Thanks and Regards,
Sarita

Hi Sarita,
I have sent you the CRM data model.  Pls do not ask for the english version as this is the only document distributed over SDN.
For the configurations check the Best practice guides.
Have a look of the link <a href="http://help.sap.com/bp_crmv250/CRM_DE/index.htm">Building block library.</a> And follow the path Technical information -> Building block library.
Here you will find all the Best practices guides.
<b>Reward points if it helps!!</b>

    How Clean ip Route Table and configuration?
    Cisco have any best practice?

    Hey Juan,
    your question is not very clear but i believe you want to know how to clean ip route table and configuration. So:
    1. Cleaning IP routing table - clear ip route * - This will refersh the routing table.
    2. Cleaning configuration - It depends on the device however in most of Cisco devices you may clear the startup configurtion and its done :)
    HTH.

  • Creating a relationship between two tables  through configuration manager

    I've just created two tables in the underlying db, each with a primary key and established a primary key - foreign key relationship. I've also created a relationship through stellent and it shows up under the 'Relations' Tab.
    However, when I go to Information Fields > Field Info > Click on my Field > 'Edit' > Enable Option List and Configure > Use the view of one of the tables and click on Dependant Field , I don't see any Relationships defined. What could I have done wrong here?
    Thanks.

    ok...solved...followed metalink note 445363.1 for clarification on the right approach to creating Dependant Choice Lists (DCL).

  • Ibase and configuration error while creating a Service Contract

    Hi,
    I am creating a Service Contract programatically and not manually through the T-code CRMD_ORDER.
    I am using the Function module CRMXIF_ORDER_SAVE for the same as the FM BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_CREATEMULTI and CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN did not work for me because of the number of parameters that needs to be passed for creating the Service contract.
    The Service contract does get created but there are errors corresponding to the Point of delivery and configuration missing.
    The error corresponding to the point of delivery says "IS-U:allocate a point of delivery to the item" even though I am passing the values in the REF_OBJECTS field of the CRMXIF_BUSTRANS_ITEM structure.
    Structure for the same is :
    ls_objects_i-TYPE_REF_OBJ = 'B'.
      ls_objects_i-object_task = 'I'.
      ls_objects_i-PRODUCT_GUID = lv_product_guid.
      ls_objects_i-PRODUCT_ID = p_product_id.

      append ls_objects_i to lt_objects_i.
      p_ls_item-REF_OBJECT-data = lt_objects_i.
      p_ls_item-REF_OBJECT-datax = 'X'.
    Similarly,the error for the configuration says "Configuration for the item missing" and here again I am passing the values in the CONFIGURATION structure.
    Structure for this is :

    ls_cuval-value_txt
      append ls_cuval to lt_cuval.

  • Position Control of compumotor linear servo table and GV-U6E with PCI-7344

    I'm referring PCI-7344 (not 7334).
    I have the GV-U6E which is a drive only and does not possess control functionality. the drive only version does not store or use programs. So, serial commands can not be sent through COM port by LabVIEW even though A few basic commands can be emulated.
    I am trying to do position control as I mentioned. For example, the motor should move A point to B point exactly with a certain speed. The points must be aboulte position.
    I would like you to see the reference comment that I have been contacting with in your website forum.

    Yes, we used an NI PXI-7344 motion control card with an NI UMI-7764 box connected to a Gemini GV-U12E servo drive. (which is a drive only.)
    We did positional control in absolute position mode.
    I can send you an AutoCAD schematic detailing how to connect the UMI-7764 to the Gemini GV servo drive.
    In regard to the Rs232 interface to the GV servo drive,
    the GV drive only model is "configurable" not "programmable". You can create unique GV configuration files with Compumotor's Motion planner then download the configuration via Rs232 using LabVIEW as desired. Or, using LabVIEW via Rs232 you can change individual GV drive parameters on demand,
    or use the GV's two analog outputs back to LabVIEW's analog inputs to measure commanded motor current or torque, etc.etc.etc

  • BPM question - Delete all entries in a table and Insert data

    Hello,
    I'm new to PI BPM and have this scenario to implement.
    I'm supposed to delete all entries in a table and then insert data to the same table.
    Is BPM necessary? If it is, what is the best practice to implement my scenario?
    I want to make sure that all entries were successfully deleted before insert data.
    How do I check if all entries in the table were deleted successfully before
    initiating insert.
    Thank you.
    -Won

    Hi Won,
    Yes, this is possible without BPM.
    You have to create 2 separate mappings, each for deleting & inserting the records.
    You will have 2 different Interface mappings as well.
    But in ID, create a single interface determination.
    In that, configure Deletion interface mapping first and in the second row, configure Insertion interface mapping.
    Please make sure that the parameter 'Mainain Order At runtime' is checked in interface determination.
    -Supriya.

  • Join multiple fact tables and dimensions and use all tables in report issue

    Hi,
    I have a report requirements and need to use multiple fact tables and unconformed dimensions as described below
    Fact table: F1,F2,F3
    Dimensions tables: D1.....D9
    F1:(joined to) D1,D2,D3,D4
    F2::(joined to)D1,D2,D5,D6
    F3::(joined to)D1,D2,D7,D8
    D7::(joined to)D9,D8 (dimension D7 joined to two other dimensions D9 and D8
    I'm trying to use columns from almost all the fact and dimension tables but getting "Unable to navigate requested expression. Please fix the metadata consistency warnings."
    Repository is consistent and no errors and warnings.
    How can I configure the repository to develop reports using all fact tables and dimensions?
    Appreciate for your help.
    Thanks
    Jay.
    Edited by: Jay on Feb 9, 2012 4:14 PM

    So you want me to convert snowflake schema to star. does it solve my problem? individual star queries are working find but when I query multiple stars together getting inconsistency errors. I removed content tables dim level totals for unconformed dimensions in logical fact LTS and set level for measures at total level for unconformed dimensions. it is still in progress and need to test.
    Thanks

    I can give you a 30,000 foot answer, but to get down to ground level I would have to know your system.  There is way to much missing information in your request to give you a definite answer.
    Employee Number - if you are using LDB PNP/PNPCE to run your report then it is the field PERNR-PERNR.
    Name - IT/PA0002-NACHN -Last Name, IT/PA0002-VORNA-First Name.IT/PA002-MIDNM-Middle Name. Depending on your system configuration these fields are also stored on IT/AP0001-SNAME (Last Name-FirstName) or ENAME(First Name, Middle Name, Last Name)
    Original Hire Date-IT/PA0041-This stores multiple date types with a specific code to identify what each one is.  You will need to know the code for OHD.
    Adjusted Hire Date - same as above
    Salary Class- not sure what you are talking about, but salary information is stored on IT/PA008
    Empl Status - IT/PA000-Stat2
    Classification-not sure what field you are talking about, but IT/PA0001 is where this type of information is stored
    Accounting Unit-same as above
    Activity(WBS)- now you are getting complicated. This is stored in Cost Distribution  HRT1019-POSNR, but you have to know how to connect the dots to get there.
    Accrual Beginning Balance(Hours)-I would go to the ABWKONTI table in the Time Cluster for this fields ANZHL & KVERB
    Accrual Beginning Balance(Dollars) - this will probably have to be computed
    Used(Hours)-You can either compute this balance by computing the difference between the Beginning/Ending balances or read back through the appropriate Time Cluster Tables or total IT/PA2001 and IT/PA2013.
    Used(dollars) will probably have to be computed
    Other/Manual Adjustments(Hours) - not sure but you may be looking at IT/PA2013
    Other/Manual Adjustments(Dollars)- will have to be computed
    Accrual Ending Balance(Hours)-I would go to the ABWKONTI table in the Time Cluster for this fields ANZHL & KVERB
    Accrual Ending Balance(Dollars) - this will probably have to be computed
    Vested Status - I have no idea

  • Object tables and procedures.

    Hi! I apologize in advance if my question is too trivial. I'm building simple object-relational database, and i would like to move a lot of my programming logic into database. I plan to build object tables based on object types that contain not only attributes but also functions and procedures. Now for example, i have object type "product" that contains some atributes like id ,name, price..., and let say procedure LowerThePrice(Percentage NUMBER) that should change the actual data.
    Now i create table Products of type product and fill it with some data. The question is how can i call/apply this procedure LowerThePrice on rows of products object table? If this scenario is even possible, how can i call that procedure using sql plus, and VB.net 2005 (i have installed and configured ODP.NET and oracle 11g).
    Thanks!

    1. Has been mentioned before - we do have a bug on it. To search across all your pl/sql, there is a report you can use.
    2. We are working on improving errors but I can't make any promises.
    3. We have heard this before but it won't be there for v1.0. You can use the Connections navigator to access the details of the objects that are accessible to you while you have a Worksheet open. You can even drag your Worksheet tab down to place it under the Connections details tab so you can see them both at the same time.
    4. In a post-v1.0 release, we will be looking at additional, alternate navigation.
    5. We have an open bug to not prompt you for the same bind more than once.
    6. I will talk to the Worksheet developer about this one. Not sure we can remember the binds from execution to execution but it would be a great enhancement.
    7. Not sure why this is failing - I will check into it.

  • Using plsql table and ref cursor in oracle forms 10g

    Hi all,
    Can anyone give me an example of a scenario where we need to create a form manually based on a database stored procedures.
    And in that procedure i have created a pl/sql table and a ref cursor in data base level.
    CREATE OR REPLACE PACKAGE SCOTT.BONUS_PKG IS TYPE bonus_rec
    IS RECORD(
    empno     bonus_EMP.empno%TYPE,
    ename     bonus_EMP.ename%TYPE,
    job     bonus_EMP.job%TYPE,
    sal     bonus_EMP.sal%TYPE,
    comm     bonus_EMP.comm%TYPE);
    TYPE b_cursor IS REF CURSOR RETURN bonus_rec;
    TYPE bontab IS TABLE OF bonus_rec INDEX BY BINARY_INTEGER;
    PROCEDURE bonus_refcur(bonus_data IN OUT b_cursor);
    PROCEDURE bonus_query(bonus_data IN OUT bontab);
    END bonus_pkg;
    CREATE OR REPLACE PACKAGE BODY SCOTT.BONUS_PKG IS
    PROCEDURE bonus_query(bonus_data IN OUT bontab) IS
    ii NUMBER;
    CURSOR bonselect IS
    SELECT empno, ename, job, sal, comm FROM bonus_EMP ORDER BY empno;
    BEGIN
    OPEN bonselect;
    ii := 1;
    LOOP
    FETCH bonselect INTO
    bonus_data( ii ).empno,
    bonus_data( ii ).ename,
    bonus_data( ii ).job,
    bonus_data( ii ).sal,
    bonus_data( ii ).comm;
    EXIT WHEN bonselect%NOTFOUND;
    ii := ii + 1;
    END LOOP;
    END bonus_query;
    PROCEDURE bonus_refcur(bonus_data IN OUT b_cursor) IS
    BEGIN
    OPEN bonus_data FOR SELECT empno, ename, job, sal, comm FROM bonus_EMP ORDER BY empno;
    END bonus_refcur;
    END bonus_pkg;
    i want to populate the data in forms manually not using forms data block wizard and programmatically.
    please reply...

    Can anyone give me an example of a scenario where we need to create a form manually based on a database stored procedures.Typically, you would use a procedure based block when you have a collection of data from multiple tables presented in a Form and your user needs to be able to update the information displayed.
    From your code example, it looks like you are using Oracle Support document "Basing a Block on a Stored Procedure - Sample Code [ID 66887.1]". If this is the case, keep following the document - it walks you through all of the steps. There is no need to Manually configure things that the Data Block Wizard will perform for you!
    i want to populate the data in forms manually not using forms data block wizard and programmatically. Why? Let the Data Block Wizard take care of configuring your block based on a procedure for you. There is no need to manually loop through the data! I've actually done what you are attempting and it was more work than was needed. Let Forms do the work for you. :)
    If you absolutely must do things manually, I recommend you use the PROCEDURE bonus_query(bonus_data IN OUT bontab) instead of the bonus_refcur(bonus_data IN OUT b_cursor) . Then, in your code create a variable of type BONTAB and then call the bonus_query procedure. Then it is a simple case of looping through the table of records returned by the bonus_query procedure. For example:
    DECLARE
       t_bonus    bonus_pkb.bontab;
    BEGIN
       bonus_pkg.bonus_query(t_bonus);
       FOR i in 1 .. t_bonus.count LOOP
          :YOUR_BLOCK.EMPLOYEE_NUMBER := t_bonus(i).empno;
          :YOUR_BLOCK.EMPLOYEE_NAME := t_bonus(i).ename;
          :YOUR_BLOCK.EMPLOYEE_JOB := t_bonus(i).job;
          :YOUR_BLOCK.EMPLOYEE_SALARY := t_bonus(i).sal;
          :YOUR_BLOCK.EMPLOYEE_COMMISSION := t_bonus(i).comm;
       END LOOP;
    END;This code sample demonstrates the basics, but as it is sample code - you will have to adapt it to your situation.
    Also, I strongly recommend you look at the article InoL listed. This is a very comprehensive discussion on REF CURSORs. If you are set on using a procedure based data source - it is more efficient to pass the table of records back to your form than it is to pass a ref cursor. Using a ref cursor, you might as well just using a standard named cursor and loop through your named cursor. The effect is the same (one row returned at a time creating lots of network traffic). Using the table of records is more efficient because the entire data set is returned so network traffic is reduced.
    Hope this helps,
    Craig B-)

  • Table and index in the same tablespace

    I have a table and its associated indexes all in one tablespace. Now, will creating a separate tablespace just for the indexes and drop and recreating the indexes the table has in the new tablespace help ???
    Thanks

    In all probability, no. This may have some housekeeping/ recovery benefits but it is very unlikely to have performance benefits. Most modern disk arrays are configured so that data access is spread pretty evenly across all the spindles. If your disk is configured such that you have "hot" and "cold" disks, and if you can move the index to a different tablespace that can be placed on one of the "cold" disks, this will tend to balance out disk I/O and may improve performance.

  • Problem with transaction CUNI and configuring decimal places

    Note: I'm actually an ABAP programmer and do not know almost anything about SAP configuration.
    Note2: Sorry if this was posted in the wrong section. I am trying to avoid an ABAP solution so I did not post this in the ABAP section.
    Note3: Sorry for cross posting. I'm trying to make this visible to as much experts as possible.
    \[Problem\]
    I'm tasked to increase the number of decimal places that a certain standard program in MM accepts.
    \[ABAP solution I'm trying to avoid\]
    The consultants' initial recommendation was to make Z copies of the standard table and the standard programs that references that table. This would be rather dangerous as there is the risk of missing certain parts of the code If I was to replace all occurences of the old standard table with my custom Z table.
    \[Standard solution I'm trying to do\]
    Now I've read several threads here that makes use of transaction CUNI to adjust decimal places of certain units of measure (see Re: Unit Of Measure problem and change decimal places in PO quantity). However, when I tried it, It does not work the way I expect it to.
    In SE11, I created a custom table that has a quantity field (length: 13, decimals: 3) and a unit field (length 3)
    In CUNI, I created a new ISO code TST (for test). Then I created a new Unit of measure ZTT (ZTesT) which makes use of my ISO code TST. I set the decimal places to 6.
    When I insert data into my custom table, instead of 6, the number of decimal places remain at 3.
    Please help in adjusting decimal places without touching the table.

    Hello Dzed,
    I've read several posts that suggest transaction CUNI to adjust decimal places in standard unit of measures. What I tried is a simplified simulation of what is needed.
    In a more realistic sense, consider table VBRP and column FKIMG. What If I want to store items in VBRP and allow 6 decimal places for FKIMG but I am not allowed to modify the table? Is making a Z copy of VBRP the only solution? Or is there a more standard way of doing this?
    My worry is that If I copy a table, I also need to copy the programs that use it and modify them accordingly. Our Basis do not want the standard tables touched.

  • Multiple routing tables and/or policy routing

    Hey all,
    I'm trying to configure a Mac Mini (10.8) for multiple routing tables and policy routing.  This server runs Ostinato, a freeware traffic generator.  My purpose is to generate traffic on multiple VLANs towards different gateways and different destinations.  To that end, I have VLAN tagged the (only) Ethernet port and configured 5 VLANs on it.  The first one has the default route (I manage this Mac over this VLAN).  The other four have IP addresses in the test range I'm using.
    The goal is to have traffic sourced from IP-address-X go out vlanX towards gateway-X.  It's counterpart on the far end runs Linux and I have configured it in this way:
    ip route add default via <gateway-X> dev ethX table X
    ip rule add from <network-X> table X priority X
    Researching on OpenBSD forums (since it's the base of MacOS X), provided this:
    route -T X add 0.0.0.0/0 -iface <gateway-X>
    echo pass in from <network-X> to 0.0.0.0/0 rtable X | pfctl -mf -
    However, the Mountain Lion "route" command does not support the -T option, so that killed that idea.  Another forum suggested that this would have worked on 10.4:
    ipfw add X fwd <gateway-X> ip from <IP-address-X> to any
    I tried this on 10.8 though the man page says it's deprecated, and (surprise, surprise) it did not work.
    Any ideas to get this working appreciated!
    Thanks,
    Aaron

    Still doesn't have it in 10.9.4.
    irene:~ cschwartz$ sudo bash
    bash-3.2# route -T add
    route: illegal option -- T
    usage: route [-dnqtv] command [[modifiers] args]
    I'm guessing you want policy-based routing due to VLANs...? If you can get a USB-to-Ethernet adapter, then maybe you can work around this by using multiple physical links instead of VLAN tagging. But if you need source-based routing etc. then no.
