Tables for reservation number

Hi friends,
I want to know the total reservations for a particular project. I will enter the project code and I have to get the total reservation numbers for that project. Can any body help for tables and fields please....

Hi Prasana,
You can track the Changes made to Reservation in tables CDHDR and CDPOS.
Go to SE11 and Input Table CDHDR and in Field list Input Transaction Code MB22 and Object Id as Reservation number in the Respective fields and Execute.

if you are an ABAPer who has to develope a new report, then you should know how to call a function module.
The quantity for reservation that you see in MMBE is not stored as a plain number in just one table record like it is for unrestricted use stock or quality stock.
Hence you either use the function module to get this quantity, or you have to develope an own logic to read the RESB records and total the quantity in your ABAP directly.

Log table for reservation deletion date and by

Dear ABAP'ers
Can anybody share where to find reservation deletion log include when, and by whom.
I try to search it on CDHDR but it doesn't come up. I try to put reservation number in each "Change Doc Object", "Object Value", "Document Number" field, but it doesn't work.
Any advice?

have u tries tcode SM12 for log entries, just specify the object name and shall get all the details...
if still the issue is unsolved, pls let me know!!!!

Table for Cheque Number field

Hi Friends,
Iam using PAYR table to fetch the cheque number of a particular vendor, companycode, account number and postdate..
But for some vendors, eventhough the cheque numbers are assigned, PAYR table did n't able to fetch the records.
Are there any other FI Tables exist for Cheque number fields? If so, please let me know.

BSEG-BUKRS EQ PAYR-ZBUKR
BSEG-BELNR EQ PAYR-VBLNR
BSEG-GJAHR EQ PAYR-GJAHR

PLPH                    Phases / suboperations

PLPR                    Log collector for tasklists
PLMZ                    Allocation of BOM - items to operations
2) For Product costing use the below tables.
KEKO               Product-costing header
KEPH               Cost components for cost of goods manuf.
KALO               Costing objects
KANZ               Sales order items - costing objects

i've created a delivery for a STO order using VL10B.
Now i need a table which has the delivery number along with the STO doc number and item number so that i can fetch it for further processing.

You have to make the following join to retrieve the delivery and the STO corresponding to it.
Join LIKP, LIPS : LIKP-VBELN = LIPS-VBELN
Join EKPO, LIPS : EKKO-EBELN - LIPS-VGBEL AND EKPO-EBELP = LIPS-POSNR
Join EKKO, EKPO : EKKO-EBELN = EKPO-EBELN
More than one inbound delivery can be created with reference to a STO, so STO is referenced in the delivery at item level in LIPS-VGBEL.

I know this is not a recommended way or a proper approach for this.
try this if you want..
open transaction ST01 start the button Trace on go back to the Business Objects
you want to find the info about and select the fileds you want and come back
to ST01 screen and push the button Trace off.
You will get the result.

Hi,
In LFB1 table you cant get all the details, this is related to vendor master at company code level.
Can try with the below logic:
1st Get all the PO of particular vendor from EKKO table ( Po field EBELN, vendor field LIFNR)
2nd take all the PO's and pass to EKBE table ( PO field EBELN) and also give the below values in the EKBE table
field BEWTP = Q
Now you can see the invoice number in feild BELNR material document number.

Hi Ajay,
You can check table TBTCO and field STATUS.
The values are ...
A - Cancelled
F - Completed
P - Scheduled
R - Active
S - Released
Also you can use FM BDL_READ_JOB_STATUS to find job status

Setup for discoverer table for showing number of Rows and columns of Report

As oracle discoverer report show "Rows 1-25 of"(Total rows) and "Column 1-6 Of"(Total Column).
This total rows and columns information's is not appearing on our reports.
Kindly let us know its setting/setups .

Hmm, what version of Discoverer are you on? Do I understand you correctly that you are able to run a Discoverer report and see this rows and columns information? What software are you running when you do this - Viewer, Plus, or Desktop? Where is this showing up - the top of the report maybe? Or maybe the bottom of the report? The only thing I can think of to handle this is the Page Setup for a workbook, and looking at the Header and Footer sections of that setup. But I am on Discoverer 10.1.2.2 and I don't see anything I can insert on the header/footer that would show this kind of information. Desktop will let you do Page x of y pages (Plus does not), but that is not what you are seeing. You can maybe look at the page setup and see if there is something there not documented in the Discoverer guides.
