Can anyone tell me what this error means.
I think you have some null values in the Model you are using to load your tableview.

BSP Tableview error when trying to bind an itab within an itab

I am encountering dump while trying to run the above BSP view and the error says "BSP exception: No structure component with the name "PRODS_TABLE[1].PRODUCT_ID" exists"
Actually the user would select from the tableview via a 'select' column which would be rendered as checkbox and the MVC binding would greatly reduce the effort of manually transferring the user selections to the respective model table(s).
Please suggest if the above way is possible and if so how to overcome the exception i am facing OR do i have to manually capture the tableview selection via CL_HTMLB_MANAGER=>GET_DATA.

I am getting the dump as soon as the view is called. The tableview to be displayed is indeed the nested table only and the user can select the records via the 'checkbok' column in the tableview.
Also, when i debugged, the dump occurs exactly at the below point:
tableview_str = lr_tableview->if_bsp_bee~render_to_string( page_context ).

SIGABRT error when choosing a row of a tableview
Hello, I am creating an iPhone app and I keep getting a "SIGABRT" error. I have a tableview where I want a separate webpage pushed for each rows.
Currently, what happens is that the table displays; however, when I pick a row it gives me a SIGABRT error. Please help.

What may be wrong????
If I click anywhere on the table view it's giving a javascript error. If I try to select a row from the table also it's giving error for one or two times and on the third time i am able to select the table content and can able to navigate to the next page.

Error when updating back to ODS using tableview iterator.
I get this error when I try to execute my bsp page. The page collects a cell value that was edited on the previous page and updates it to the ods.
The error is "Function not possible in a captured session"
The termination type was: TH_RES_FREE
When I debug, every thing looks fine. ITab3 returns values it's supposed to. So I am not sure what's causing it to fail. Any ideas? Thanks.

Error when displaying amount field in HTMLB Tableview
Hi all,
I am displaying some 'X' table in HTMLB Tableview and it has one amount field.But reference(currency) field of that amount field is in other table . I know it gives the error.
Please tell me there is any other way to resolve this problem with out adding reference(currency)field in the same table?

Error in displaying hierachry report with TableView and Tableiterator

I tried to create a BSP as shown in this tutorial:

When starting the BSP I get an error that a field symbol is not assigned in the method get_column_name.
When debugging the method get_column_name I can see that row_ref is initial. So the field symbols <row> and <col> are not assigned to any values, which causes the error some lines below.

TableView; Navigation; Runtime Error

I,m getting a 'Runtime Error; Error: Object doesn't support this property or method.' when I'm trying to navigate in a Tableview.
If I choose to debug this (because I have Microsoft Script Debugger), I have an error on:
function ur_table_getCellHeaders(s){ result = null....
This function is inside '../sap/public/bc/ur/Design2002/js/sapUrMapi_ie6.js'.
I'm currently with SP47, IE6.0.2800.1106 and using design2003.
I'm not getting any error if I use design2002.

JSresult sounds like a very common name, likely this and similiar words are already used ...
In general, it is a good ides to maybe prefix your IDs, this avoids problems with existing IDs or functions:
For example, <b>tv_</b>result (tv for tableview).
In our current application I have a 60kb+ javascript file, lots of functions and variables in there, all are prefixed the one way or another, didn't run into any duplicate-name problems yet. -
Error in receiving tableview data for selected row

We plan to realize an application for the maintanance of planning data . In the first step we created a value help page by using a tableview with iterator class ( 1 of the 3 methods of the Interface was filled with logic ) . We don't use any controller for that application .
A global internal table with the relevant help value data ( fgrvalues ) is used for the tableview and the call is :

We always get the selected row in TABLE_EVENT->SELECTEDROWINDEX and the table TABLE_EVENT->ALLCOLUMNNAMES filled ( column ZX_FGR1 is the 2nd column )
but we never got the tableview data for that tableview row no matter what we tried . We tried it with a tableview-event fired on 'rowselection' by user line-selection . We have deactivated the iterator or changed the BPS design value . With the same result - nothing was given back .

Please Remark: It's no solution for us to read the data by using the created internal table fgrvalues and the selectedrowindex cause in a later step we plan to update an ODS table with the manual modified planning data of an editable tableview .

The <htmlb:tableView> renders a table to the browser. It does not keep a copy of the table. The browser will also never return the table. Never. What it can return are inputfields for each cell. But then only if each cell is custom rendered as an inputfield.

The problem is with Vector which i used to store the retirved information.
After cleared that i got the proper result.
I thought the problem is with tableview.But it is not.
Note: To clear the vector i used Vec.clear() method. It doesn't work. So i created that vector newly inside the loop.

Error in check_tableview_all_rows for a page with more than 1 tableview
Hello Gurus,
I have already seen few postings on the same issue but still couldnt find solution to my problem.
I have a page with 3 tableviews. My requirement is to select entries across the 3 tables, change the values and then save all the entried selected across the 3 tableviews and then they should all be unselected again as soon as the save is done.
I managed to do all but when I am using the method shown below in a loop^of that 3 tables or outside the loop onlmy the 3 rd table which is last field in the loop is getting unselected rest all still appears to be in selected state.

Thanks for the reply. I am passing on the correct ID.
Whats the problem am facing is I am using this statement in a loop and then I am passing the corresponding ID ...It works but I guess its kind of behaving like over writing the previous.
I also tried using the same statement 3 times separately one after the other with each table id and still its happening the same with only the last table getting unselected and rest being the same as selected.

Getting filtered values from TableView
Hi,
We have a TableView whose columns can be sorted. Iwant to select a few rows and make the selected rows editable in another page.
If it is a unsorted/unfiltered TableView, am able to do it as the ABAP Internal Table and the TableView are the same in terms of record index positions. But am facing problem after i sort/filter the TableView because now the index of the TableView are different from the index of the ABAP Internal Table present in server.
Anybody who has dealt with this problem earlier and can guide us.
