Tabs in "Item data" cannot be clicked on

Hi there
We are having problems with some invoices for a purchase order. The hyperlinks in item data cannot be clicked on, such as basic data, account assignment, etc. This is only for a a batch of invoices on one purchase order. On any other purchase order, these links can be clicked on.
Any advise?
We are on extended classic and SRM 5.0

    How to find user exits:
    Display the program where you are searching for and exit and search for CALL CUSTOMER-EXIT
    If you know the Exit name, go to transaction CMOD.
    Choose menu Utillities->SAP Enhancements. Enter the exit name and press enter.
    You will now come to a screen that shows the function module exits for the exit.
    3. Using Project management of SAP Enhancements, we want to create a project to enahance trasnaction VA01 .
    - Go to transaction CMOD
    - Create a project called ZVA01
    - Choose the Enhancement assign radio button and press the Change button
    In the first column enter V45A0002 Predefine sold-to party in sales document. 
    Note that an enhancement can only be used in 1 project. If the enhancement is already in use, and error message will be displayed
    Press Save
    Press Components. You can now see that enhancement uses user exit EXIT_SAPMV45A_002. Double click on the exit.
    Now the function module is displayed. Double click on include ZXVVAU04 in the function module
    Insert the following code into the include: E_KUNNR = '2155'.
    Activate the include program. Go back to CMOD and activate the project. 
    Goto transaction VA01 and craete a salesorder.

    Select one and hit the Space bar to view it in QuickLook. Use the forward arrow keys to move from file to file.   If the file can't be viewed in the QuickLook mode then the file is damaged and probably can't be copied or moved.
    You could try a photo file recovery application like  MediaRECOVER which can scan the memory card and tell you what files, if any, can be recovered before you have to purchase it.

  • Nautilus 3.16 Cannot double-click with Icon-View to open items

    I'm updated testing/nautilus-3.16, and it cannot double-click to open ever items.
    But goto Preferences -> Behavior to set ' Single click to open items '
    Single click is working on nautilus, It's can single click to open items.
    And goto Preferences -> Default View to set 'List View'
    Double click is working with 'List View'.
    Not have anything error code in Terminal.
    And I reset gconf and dconf, Icon View with double-click still not work.
    How to solve it?

  • Norway-RPRTEC00:Settlement of trip data -Cannot Display standard exp. form

    We are in the process of configuring Norway Travel Management in SAP.  We are able to create trip reports but when we click on "Results' Tab the itemized standard expense form is not being displayed as expected.  Instead RPRTEC00 : Settlement of trip data message is being displayed.  Along with reference to T706_CONST.
    Our question is:  In order to display the standard form do we have to configure per diems for Norway?    We do not want to configure per diems at this time.
    In the configuration section " Specify Characteristics of Statutory Trip Types' we cannot see an options to choose 'Business Trip'.  Table V_T702G.
    Can this be changed?
    Based upon our research we think there may be a calculation issue that is based upon per diems.

    EDIT: It looks like the info in that page is no longer using pre-spawned instances, but lighttpd adaptive-spawn. The documentation has been made inconsistent it looks like.
    You will note that with pre-spawned information, the config looks different[1].
    You need to do one or the other, not both (eg. choose adaptive-spawn, or pre-spawn..not both).

    We have a requirement to add a custom field in ITEM data of transactions ME21N, ME22N and ME23N. A new column is required that would appear as checkbox. We have already tried screen exit MM06E005 but it is adding a new tab and the new field under the ITEM DETAIL data. We have also read that BADI ME_GUI_PO_CUST would do the job but it will be under the ITEM DETAIL as well.

        If you want to make the new field to appear as check box...Go to the screen layout from its module pool program --> right click on that field and Convert it to Check Box. This would help you.

    I am using SRM50 and it is working but it is a bit tricky
    Example : purchase order renumber :
    - You cannot renumber while you are in the PO if you do not order or hold the PO.
    Once you have hold or save the PO, you can go in modification mode and then click "renumber items" : and now it works.

  • How to show purchasing group members in the item data of the shopping cart?

    Dear Experts,
    for s shopping cart in SRM 7.0 CS, i have the following business requirement:
    In the item data tab of the line item details, the drop down field for Purchasing group is there. Right to this field, there is also a link called "Show members".
    If i go on this link, than a small table opens that obviously is there to contain such additional information about the purchasers like name, telephone nummber or extension.
    Currently, this small table does not contain any of this additional information for any of the used purchasing groups.
    Can you please help me understand, how and where i can maintain this information in the sytem, so it shows in the shopping cart?

    Actually, the question is not how to create the organizational unit of purchasing group in the PPOMA. This is all done. I just would like to understand, whether there is somewhere a place where i can maintain the name and maybe also the phone number of the buyer himself.
    Thus, i would hope to see these details (i.e. the name and the phone number) in that small table that opens up if i click on the "Show members" link that is situated right to the purchasing group field in the "Item data" tab of the details of the line item.

    Under normal circumstance, document date should be there.  If not, do the following.
    1. Enter transaction code: SHD0
    2. Enter transaction code: FBA8
    3. Click on Screen Variants
    4. Screen Variant: Enter "STANDARD 4_1010
    5. Enter Program: SAPMF05A
    6. Screen: Enter 1010
    7.  Click on Change: Check off Document Date as required.
    8. Save and carry out a test from this screen by clicking on the test tab.
    Alternatively, you could use FBA8 instead of F-54 since they all use the same program.

      when you are getting this message just click on edit and you will find the various reasons for incompletion.just double click on those reasons and system will take you to the screen where you have missed your data.

  • The item contains one or more busy items that cannot be changed

    We have a Windows 2003 file server and we are having issues with Macs retrieving files/folders from it. There is a folder on the Windows share named "dropbin" that UserA has full permissions on. UserB has the following NTFS permissions on the dropbin folder.
    Traverse Folder / Execute File Allow
    List Folder / Read Data Allow
    Create Files / Write Data Allow
    Create Folders / Append Data Allow
    Write Attributes Allow
    Write Extended Attributes Allow
    This gives UserB the ability to look inside the dropbin folder and place content in there. This same user cannot delete or pull down anything that a different user (UserC) has put in there. UserA (the person with full permissions) should be able to pull down anything put in there.
    This works fine from an XP box if an XP user (UserB) puts content in there UserA from a Mac or a PC can get and manipulate the data. If a Mac user (UserB) puts a file up there (it seems to happen with a .txt file, a .cp file, or a .zip file) UserA from a Mac gets the following error when trying to download the file:
    "You may need to enter the name and password for an administrator on this computer to change the item named item.txt"
    When you hit continue you get the following error:
    "The item item.txt contains one or more busy items that cannot be changed"
    If you proceed to enter in the admin credentials, the file doesn't copy down to the local Mac and fails without an error.
    A couple of things we noticed....
    1. If Mac UserB puts up a Word document or a .dmg file then UserA from a Mac can pull it down fine without errors.
    2. On the Windows 2003 server we noticed that for each file we tried to upload it creates a ._ corresponding hidden file. For example, item.txt also has ._item.txt. If we go up on the server and remove the hidden file, Mac UserA can pull down the file fine.
    3. We tried zipping the files (or files and folders) locally on Mac UserB's desktop then putting the .zip file up there but since it creates a ._file.zip Mac UserA still can't pull it down.
    4. The fix we found for this is to have Mac UserB place the files they want to upload into a folder on the desktop, then upload that folder. When Mac UserA comes by they can pull down that folder's worth of stuff.
    We are accessing the Windows 2003 file share by going to the finder and using the "Go" menu and entering in:
    smb://servername/sharename
    and they use their Windows domain credentials to log in.

    We may have figured this out but it requires some more testing. The reason why the file upload creates the ._ files in the dropbin folder when UserB puts content in there is because UserB does not have the "Delete" permission in that folder. My guess is that it creates the ._ file when the file is in transit but then deletes that file after it has completed the transfer (but without the delete permission it couldn't remove the ._ file). What we did was added another user to the NTFS permissions for that folder, we added the built in "CREATOR OWNER" account and gave that user the "Delete" permission, now the ._ files do not appear under there and UserA can come along and manage the uploaded file okay.
    Hope this helps someone else out.
