Tare weight specific to HU level - how calc. total Tare ?

Working on 4.7 ext. set 200
Wish to implement Handling Unit Management.
When a HU is generated the system appears to only take in to account the packaging specific to that level when calculating the Tare weight.
For example
Gross weight of carton + content = 1.5 kg
Tare weight = 1 kg
Content (loading) weight = 0.5 kg
10 cartons (+content) are packed in to one Shipper (weight 2 kg)
SAP will calculate the weights for the 'Shipper' HU as:
Tare weight 2 kg
Loading weight 15 kg (10x1.5)
Gross 17 kg
We need to declare the total weight of packaging so the weights/calculation we require per Shipper (and same logic at higher levels e.g. pallet) are:
Tare weight 12 kg (10x1 + 2)
Loading weight 5 kg (10x0.5)
Gross weght 17 kg
I can sort of see SAP's logic but many bodies e.g. EU, want to know the weight of the packaging, in total and not simply of the highest level. Does anyone have a solution or ideas on how to address this ? For example make use of a particular Badi/Exit and two of the 'free' HU customer fields is one thought I've had.

We are getting this intermittently on clicking the "Tare Weight" to calc tare after we replace and alternate packaging spec on a trade. Any ideas on where to start? should we put a ticket in?

Hi David,
I would log an SR with steps to reproduce, and reference this posting too. There may be some specific conditions that could trigger this that need to be handled properly having to do with a Trade's related material spec, based on the formulation context. Not quite sure, so the more information you can provide, the better. For example, does the formulation output represented by that related material have an Approximate Yield and does it have a packaging configuration tare weight?

Set your ruler increments to pixels Preferences>Units & Increments. You can fill the text box with placeholder text Type>Fill with Placeholder text and get a word count from the Info panel with Show Options turned on from the flyout.
From the Transform panel you can set a text box's width and height

I used TAR backup as below.
tar -cvf test01.tar /uo1/oracle/bin/java
its created testo1.tar file.
Now i wanted to untar or recovery only one file instaed of whole tar file.
for e.g: i wanted to recovery only file under bin folder callled config.
how to un tar file?

You can look inside the tar using the 't' command:
tar tvf file.tar And you can untar only one file with:

You can't move the Yahoo Toolbar from IE to Firefox, they are totally different "behind the scenes". However you can install it, [http://us.toolbar.yahoo.com/ http://us.toolbar.yahoo.com/] and I believe if you log in with your Yahoo account it will sync your data.

How Can I See How Many Total eMails are in My Inbox?

My mail boxes on the left side of the window show how many emails have been unread, but I I want to see how many total are in each inbox. Is there a setting that I am missing to be able to see not only the unread, but also total emails?

Thanks for the response. I am using a POP account. When I click on a mail box and goto Account Info I have three options:
1) Messages on server, nothing in there for display
2) Mailbox Behaviours where I get Notes diplay option, Sent mail option to delete or not, Junk nothing to do with display or Trash, when to delete, nothing on display.
3) Summary - no options here for any display.
Am I missing something?

Automator workflow to TAR multiple files in a single directory into multiple TAR archives, in succession?

Good afternoon,
I have set up an automator service that TAR's a folder into an archive for me and it works quite nicely. Idealy however, I would like to be able to highlight several folders, right click and have automator tar each folder into it's own TAR archive, but do it one by one.
Example:
FOLDER 01
FOLDER 02
FOLDER 03
Highlight all - Right Click - "TAR Folder" - Automator takes over at this point and TARs each one into:
FOLDER 01.tar (Once complete moves onto:)
FOLDER 02.tar (Once complete moves onto:)
FOLDER 03.tar (Finished)
I'm not 100% sure so I guess it would be a good time to verify, is there a problem with having the system try to TAR multiple folders at one time? If it is not a problem then I guess this discussion itself is pointless and I can simple right click on each folder and select "TAR Folder" and just wait until they're all finished. I would think that it would be ideal for the system to do each one individually and not try to do them all at one time.

I don't think I have the following totally fleshed out but you probably can extrapolate on it. This is a service which you can right click a set of folders and it will tar the files within those selected folders with then file names "name xxx.tar", where name is the tar'ed file/folder and xxx is a count within the folder.
I think that is what you originally specified so I am a bit confused by your script with the bit about Archive.tar.
Anyway here the basic idea:
I ran the script directly with a folder argument just to see it indeed tar's up all the stuff inside, one tar per item.

This cannot be achieved through std process.
Alternate way is, As soon as you create material with different revisions better to create document with material no as document no with different versions.
In SPRO->Document Management->Define document types->Define Object links,for object MARA set document version as 1:Default:current version ,so that whenever you view material in MM02/MM03 of different version you can see document with current version only.

But all trap are receved in my Trap viewer is same and it is Clear(5)
Is there any way i can change this trap level ,to critical , or major etc ...

I have a current iPhone 5 with all my apps and games at certain levels, how do I use iCloud to transfer current game levels as only a few games have transferred and other games want me to start all over again on my new iPad?

I currently have an iPhone 5 that I play games on regularly and I have just bought the iPad 4 and I want to transfer all my game progress from the iPhone to the iPad. I have turned on iCloud on both devices and backed up and while all my games transfer only some of the games maintain progress where others want me to start all over again. I pretty sure I doing something wrong... Can some help or give me idiot proof guidance on how do do this successfully. I'm generally pretty tech savvy but this has me stumped and iCloud is ment to be easy to use.

I would not be able to give you idiot proof guide, since different games are different. Some of them have icloud integrated already, but those already taken care of. Some of them use specific logins and once you log - you get your info. General recommendation is to contact support sites of those games for enabling icloud instructions or enabling of transfer. There are other purely apple ways - like sync your phone in itunes and then sync apps with ipad, but those are only one time transfer. There is another way that is not typically recommended - restoring ipad from iphone backup. It may transfer your game content, but once again sync in the future has to be done by game.
So if I were you, I would address that individually with every game provider.

I'd like to do this so that my son's ipod is impacted as little as possible -- specifically, his game scores/levels and other 3rd party data remain intact after the 1st sync and the organization of his icons remain intact.

Sorry, I obviously wasn't clear. If you replicate the library from Computer 1 to Computer 2 by copying it, then all will be well. I routinely sync my iPhone and iPad both at home and at work using a single library that I migrate between the two locations via an external drive which is kept up do date using SyncToy.
Backup the iPod touch on Computer 1.
Copy the entire iTunes folder from Computer 1 to Computer 2, replacing any existing iTunes folder on Computer 2.
Check that content is accessible in the migrated library. (Won't be a problem for a standard iTunes library where all the content is inside the iTunes Media folder which in turn is inside your iTunes folder).
Connect iPod touch to Computer 2.
Sync.
In the unlikely event that something goes wrong (it won't) then you can connect the device back to Computer 1 to restore it.
Note device backups are not stored within the iTunes library and stay on the machine on which they were created. It is theorectically possible to migrate them but there isn't really any point. Once you have synced the iPod with the copy of the library on Computer 2 then Computer 2 will make its own backup of the device.

If your BC Assistant shows the option to create a USB Installer, it automatically is marked as bootable. There is no need to have manual intervention to make a bootable USB. Once the process is manually modified, it is supported by the person modifying it.
You have two or three options (depending on your Mac Model).
1. Create USB... - Use a USB2 flash drive, which is erased and formatted. If your Mac supports ISOs then BCA will prompt for the Media. Any Mac which does not have a built-in Optical drive will support an ISO. There are specific Mac models which support both, DVD and USB based installation.
2. Download Software from Apple servers...
3. Install Windows...

i am frustrated here because i opened the audio panel and it appears for can make instant on-the-fly adjustments of your audio. so now i'm trying to just tweak the whole video portion of my clip. i keep trying to drag the video effect to the clip on the timeline, but i cannot figure out how to actually apply the video effect to the clip so i can see the result in the program monitor.
i don't have a step-by-step book to do this and although i love adobe's products, their online help is always generic and not enough detail to figure things out. i do wish they had real-world step by step tips on how to do things. anyway here's my screenshot and i simply cannot figure out how to apply opacity, video levels and so on to the clip. i apologize for this and hope someone can help me.
