Tax not printing in MEDRUCK

Hi All,
I am facing a problem while printing copied MERUCK form.
I have specied tax in Purchase Order in TCODE ME22N.I have entered Tax(I1) in INVOICE tab in ME22n.IF i click the Taxes button there i am able to c the Total Amount including TAX.
But while i take the printout its not calculating the TAX.Its giving TAX as 0.
So is there any thing to be modified in the Purchase Order or in the Copied Medruck Form .
And in the final printout we can observe clearly the message at Bottom as Total Amount Excluding TAX.
Is there any other Form which considers the TAX to and print Total Amount Including Tax.
Good Answers will be appreciated.
Thanks in Advance.
Regards,
Sudheer.

Are you saying that TAX details are not appearing in PO preview ?
Are you using stardard SAP form/SAPScript for this . Then you need to modify that form/SAPScript . ABAP help is required. Check that tax code printable or not in configuration also .
Please ensure that your print program is SAPFM06P and Form is MEDRUCK.
Just change customizing to this and share the behavior.

• Taxes not displayed in PO

Dear SAP expert,
When we created PO ( Scheduling Agreement ) for certain stationary items, the system calculates the taxes correctly, the calculated values are not printed in the PO document. And system showing zero against tax condition in printout.
Where should i check for the same?

• Tax in print preview of PO

Hi Friends
PO created on in Apr 2008 (before Apr excise duty was 16%)
In invoice tab of PO Excise duty is calculating by 14% correctly
But in Print preview of PO excise duty is showing as per 16%
I checked in J1ID excise duty rate is 14% (TAXINJ Procedure)

Hi,
Normally tax % values we will not print in Purchase order and in standard PO smartform also its not available.
In like Pricing procedure you dont hve any control to print the condition type values. So abaper has to modify the PO form.
May be your abaper hard coded the tax % value as 16%.

• Added tax not in IDOC

We added a new tax to our materials, but in the idoc is not showing.
Segment E1WPA07 is only showing the tax code that was already configured.
Where can I check why the new tax code is not printing in the idoc WP_PLU with transaction WPMA.
Thank you, Regards,

Hi Juan,
the behaviour that you describe is a fall back that indicates that your price sequence is not determined correctly for the POS Outbound / Assortment list.
However the correct set up is kind of complicated.
For the schema determination you normally take attributes from the document (KALVG) and the customer (KALKS) and read the corresponding entry in table T683V. As there is no document in this particular case the document it read the document schema from talbe TWRPGP (field KALVG -You can find this in the IMG --> Logistics - General --> Retail Pricing --> General Parameters for Pricing).
The determination of the calcschema for the customer is a little bit more complicated. The first challenge is to determine the right customer. If there is a anonymous customer maintained in the POS INBOUND profile for aggregated sales (you must check what POS inbound profile is assigned to your store) the customer calc schema KALKS is read from there. If this field is empty it is read from the customer master data of your store. Only if there is no entry found in T683V the application falls back to one of the standard pricing procedures ( VKP001 - 003).

• Extended Withholding Tax Certificate Printing-Missing data elements

Hi
I am working in 4.7 version and am faced with some issues in TDS.
(1) In the TDS certificate printing, the certificate number is not appearing even though the number ranges are exactly maintained for the current year. I note that for some Official tax keys, it is printed perfect, but for some others it is not printed.
(2) Another problem is the Cheque number details are not appearing in the certificate.
(3) Eventhough the PAN number is mentioned in the Vendor Master, the same is not picked up rather it is coming from the J1ID data elements.
Your valuable comments will aptly rewarded.
Regards,

Hi there morinallen,
Try downloading and running the print and scan doctor located here to ensure there are no software conflicts:
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c03275041&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en
It can fix a lot on its own and if not give a better idea of what is going on.

Hello @ Averus89,
Welcome to the HP forum.
I understand you have done quite a lot to resolve your M176n and its connection to the ePrint service.
I would like to help you with this issue.
If the printer is not printing the web services info sheet, or allowing you to add it to HP Connected, I
would set a manual DNS.
I wont go into great detail about setting this up. From your post, I feel you know your way around the printer and your network. If I am mistaken, let me know. I will go into detail.
The DNS to try is:
Primary: 209.244.0.3
Secondary: 209.244.0.4
Set the DNS then try printing the web services info page again.
Let me know if this helps.

• HP Laserjet 4100 on network will not print

Since I’ve installed Snow Leopard, I have not been able to print with my HP Laserjet 4100.
My set-up: new 24” iMac, many hard drives and more. Two devices: HP Color Laserjet 5550 and HP Officejet J5750 are connected to the iMac through a USB Hub. Although initially scanning did not work with the J5750, I was able to make that work once additional drivers were downloaded from HP. Both work fine.
I also have an older HP Laserjet 4100 which has been my steady workhorse for years. It only has Ethernet and serial port outlets. It is connected to an AT&T 2-Wired Ethernet Hub/DSL Modem (model 2701HG-B) that is connected to the iMac.
I’ve contacted HP and Apple about this problem. None of the three people I worked with at Apple could help and the HP representative was unsure if they could help but that it would cost me $40 to find out. According to HP website, since Apple Talk no longer exists, we are required to input the IP for the device. For the 4100, the IP address is 10.0.1.100. I tried this two ways: in the “Add Printer” window under “IP,” inputted as the IPP, and inputted as the HP Jetdirect Socket (as per the HP instructions). When this is done, the printer shows up when you give a print command. However, it does not show up in the “Add Printer” window under “default” or anywhere else.
Status: If I connect the 4100 Ethernet cable directly to the back of the iMac, the “Supply” level indicates the true level of toner in the 4100. However, it will not print. If I connect the 4100 Ethernet cable to the Ethernet hub, the supply level does not show nor can I print.
Any suggestions?

I am struggling with the same problem. I have two HP 4100dtn printers on ethernet. Each has a manually assigned IP address. I can set up the printer(s) just fine in the Print & Fax Preference and Snow Leopard finds the printer just fine when I enter the IP address and chooses the correct HP Driver.
When I try to print, my print job appears in the queue as expected, than an error appears that something about a "bad command". Sorry, I'm home right now and don't have direct access to the printer so I can't give you the precise language of the message, but the gist of the message is that the system tried to connect to the printer to send the print data but the printer does not know how to respond to the command that was sent.
It's as if the firmware in the 4100 just doesn't have something in it's lexicon that Snow Leopard needs. The HP web site is no help. One page I found says the printer is supported (http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&obje ctID=c01664444&jumpid=regR1002USEN ) and another page I found says that it is not supported (http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&obje ctID=c01879014&jumpid=regR1002USEN). The HP on line chat won't let me log in and hold a chat with HP unless I know the Serial Number of the printer, which I don't have here at home.
More to follow tomorrow.
Anyone have any ideas?

< Edited by Host >

Well, another week has gone by without a solution.
Again, here is the problem:
I have a 24" iMac connected to a USB hub and an AT&T 2-Wire DSL/ethernet hub. When I upgraded to Snow Leopard 10.6.1 and now the update 10.6.2, the two printers on the USB hub work fine but the HP Laserjet 4100dtn does not print. This old printer has only ethernet or serial ports. I've downloaded and installed the HP driver updates from Apple and HP to no avail. According to HP, I must add the 4100 manually using its IP. I've followed the instructions while adding a printer to select IP- HP Jetdirect - Socket. The address of the printer is 10.0.1.100. When I type this in, the window says that this is a valid and complete address. It searches and then says the "Print Using:" is a Generic PostScript Printer. The driver for this printer, I believe, should be "HP LaserJet 4100 Series v.3010.107" Regardless, when I click Add the window "Determining Installable Options" shows "Status: Connecting to printer..." It never establishes a connection.
The 2-Wire DSL/Ethernet Hub/Modem, has an IP of 192.1687.1.66, Submask 255.255.255.0 and Router (DNS) 192.168.1.254.
If I plug the ethernet cable directly from the printer to the iMac, the supply level shows correctly but will not print. If I plug the ethernet cable from the printer to the 2-Wire and then to the iMac, it neither shows supply level nor prints.
Any suggestion as to how to fix this problem? (I've been on the phone with 3 different Apple respresentatives and 1 HP representative with no success.)

• Officejet Pro 8600 - Macbook Pro and Macbook Air will not print

Products:
HP Officejet Pro 8600
Macbook Pro (Mac OS X, Version 10.7.5)
Macbook Air (OS X, Version 10.8.2)
Question:
Why did my Macs initially print fine, but now will not print at all?
Full Story:
I have a wireless network at my house that consisted of a 30mb cable internet, Netgear 900n, HP Officejet Pro 8600, 2 Dell Laptops with Windows 7, a Lenovo Laptop with Windows 7, and Dell Tower with Windows 7 - All printed just fine.
The HP Officejet 8600 was added to my network about 2 months ago.
I added a Macbook Pro and a Macbook Air about 3 weeks ago. Both Macs printed just fine for about a week. Then suddenly they stopped. I spent about 2 hours on the phone with HP Service, and they finally said it must be my router. So I called Netgear. Netgear was useless! They wanted me to agree to charges for services before they would even discuss the issue.
Due to information provided by HP's service support, and because Netgear will not support their product, I promptly purchased a new router - an Apple Airport Extreme.
The Macs recognize the printer, will print if hardwired via a USB cable, but will not print wirelessly to the Officejet Pro 8600. The PCs print fine.
The frustration that is being felt is compound by the fact that the Macs printed just fine with the Officejet Pro 8600 2 weeks ago, and now the printer just shows "idle"... even with a new router. (see image below)
Please help, I appreciate any support.
As a side note, the HP Service rep was very friendly, and definitely tried to support the HP Product, which is much more than I can say about Netgear.
Thank you,
This question was solved.

Hi,
More likely the issue related with Multicast, which Apple devices relies on to communicate with teh device through the network.
First try unplugging the router for 30 seconds.
Plug it back to the power and wait for 2-3 minutes.
Turn the HP printer Off and back On, then check for any difference.
If the same persists, try changing your router configuration as following
Note: the settings below are not related with the HP product, I provide you the steps as a best effor and those are only based on my own knowledge. you may try modifying the router settings at your own risk:
Open the router configuration page (can be found listed as the Default Gateway by clicking the Wireless icon on the printer, then print a network configuration report.
Click the Advanced tab.
Click the Setup option from the menu, then click on WAN Setup.
Make sure to uncheck the box next to Disable IGMP Proxying and Apply the changes.
Click the LAN Setup on the same Setup menu.
Set the RIP Version as RIP-2 and Apply the changes.
Reboot your router and then check for any change.
I hope you may find that information useful, you may also use the user guide below for further information:
