If you are seeing the Ts & Cs link in the Downloads tab in the iTunes app then that just means that you don't have any ongoing/queued downloads - your film has finished downloading and should be in the Videos app (iTunes on the iPad is just the iTunes store) :

Hi, I am suck on the Terms and Conditions screen after the upgrade and have agreed, but I am not progressing further from this sceen after agreeing? What do I need to do?

Have you tried resetting (Hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons and don’t let go until the screen goes dark and the Apple logo appears) and starting the set up again?

Restart your phone and if that doesn't help, reboot the device.
Restart the iPhone by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reboot the iPhone by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the phone start up.

  • Frozen "Terms and Conditions" screen after trying to update iOS 8.0.2

Can anyone help me with this problem? Update for iOS 8.0.2 freezes at the "Terms and Conditions" page. I also noticed that a bitton in an apple support email would not work.

At 11pm ext on 9/29 i was finally able to get past the Agree window on my iPad trying to update to iOS 8.0.2 after I made a change and activated or agreed to terms for iCloud.
Unfortunately, I am now not able to get past the Update Requested (grayed out) rectangular window below Learn More.
Additionally, not able to update any application nor is my CNBC application openable nor updatable. Really frustrating.

  • Terms and Conditions change on 10/15/2014 negatively affecting people with multiple Apple IDs

I have two Apple IDs and purchased songs and videos through iTunes using both IDs.  Apparently, Apple has changed the Terms and Conditions for iTunes presumably at 12:01am on 10/15/2014.  The most notable change affecting me is related to people with more than one Apple ID.  I downloaded some songs on 10/14/2014 from the iCloud to my MacBook Pro which had been purchased a long time ago with my first Apple ID.  Early the morning of 10/15/2014, I tried to download songs and videos from the cloud to my MacBook Pro this time using a different Apple ID.  When I clicked on the cloud icon by the song or video in iTunes for Mac, I received a pop up message in iTunes stating that I can download past purchases on this computer with just one Apple ID every 90 days.  It continues by saying that my computer can be used to download past purchases with a different Apple ID that user cannot download purchases made using a different Apple ID in 90 days.
I have a real problem with this change in Terms and Conditions because Apple is telling me that I'm not allowed to have access to purchases I made until 90 days have passed.  These purchases were made prior to Apple's most recent change made to their Terms and Conditions, so they have retroactively restricted my use of media that I purchased legitimately.  I've posted on the support page because I would like to have Apple respond to my post and explain their rationale behind making this change.  Apple?  the floor is yours.

Ed.  Thanks for your response.  I made the assumption that the 90 day restriction had just been put into place because I was working with Apple support earlier on the 14th and was attempting to download content from my original Apple ID so I could back up everything to my computer and overcome the issue caused by having two Apple IDs.  During the support call, I was able to log in to iTunes and download previous purchases from the cloud for both of my Apple IDs.  When I attempted to do so early this morning, I received the message described above when I logged in to my primary Apple ID and attempted to download the songs I ran out of time to download while on the phone with Apple support.  Thanks for the clarification about the policy.
The goal of the Apple support person was to overcome the problem of having two Apple IDs.  It would be terrific if Apple came up with a solution for this problem as they have customers like me that would very much like to consolidate all of their purchases under one Apple ID.  Restricting access to legitimate purchases for 90 days is a pretty terrible policy to inflict on people that have paid for the use of these songs and videos.
I have to give you a hard time about part of your answer (in good fun).  Your answer could be summarized as saying "The best solution to your problem is not to have your problem in the first place."  What it means is that the problem is a legitimate problem that doesn't have a good solution.

  • When were the video game trade-in program terms and conditions changed?

I ask because the T&C on this page( http://www.bestbuy.com/site/null/null/pcmcat257100050022.c?id=pcmcat257100050022#howitworks&h=488 ) now say that the trade-in program is limited to one copy of a particular title per person per year. It WAS three per title per system per person per year.
But I know that some stores made up their own limits as allowed by corporate and already had the 1 per title per platform. Yet now it is listed as one copy of a title within a year. I guess corporate doesn't think that people may own multiple systems and have the same games across those systems.
Not only that but the new(to me anyway) T&C say that people are limited to 50 games in a year. Honestly, some of us go through multiple games just in a single month. Not only that but some people may now be trying to purge their PS3/360/Wii collections in order to grab a PS4/Xbox One/Wii U and may easily go over that 50 title limit.
One thing I want to know. Is the system set up to alert the cashier doing the trade-ins that a user has previously traded in their limit of a title or will something pop up to alert the cashier doing the trade-in transaction that there is a hard and fast limit of 50 per year now? Or are we required to keep a spreadsheet of everything we own and everything we've traded in prior and/or may trade in in the future?
it just seems like corporate is desperately trying to kill off the gaming and game trade-in portions of the business as fast as they can. Between jacking up the Gamer's Club Unlocked to $60 a year and REQUIRING people to buy in for TWO years to now this change in limits to the trade-in portion of the program.
For those who are like me and do trade-in games fairly often to Best Buy and may have not read it as of yet, here's the revised T&C(item 12 on the FAQ page, which looks like it was a hastily added item since #13 isn't even in the right location on the page):
    Best Buy T&C:
Can I trade-in more than one item at a time? Are there any limits? For Video Games, you are limited to no more than one copy of a title within a year, or more than 50 games total in a year. If you have more you are considered a Volume Seller and the prices offered on the website, as well as any bonuses or promotions, may not apply. Contact trade-in customer service for a custom quote (1-888-602-6963).Persons or companies intending to trade-in six or more items of substantially similar products (like mobile phones, or laptops) are considered Volume Sellers and the prices offered on the website or in store, as well as any bonuses or promotions, may not apply. Contact trade-in customer service for a custom quote (1-888-602-6963). Do not bring your products to a Best Buy store as our stores are setup to only handle individual consumer transactions.

    Hello CheapestGamer,
This change is new information to me as well.  While I am not aware of the date the change was established, you can expect to have your game limits based on a 365 day rolling calendar.  If you were to trade in 20 games by the 15th of this month, you would be able to trade in another 30 until January 15, 2015.  The same goes for individual title rule.
While the system may recognize if an item has already been traded in prior to a current trade-in attempt, it is still possible that the transaction will go through.  Violating the trade-in restrictions, even if the system does not catch it at the time, can result in trade-in bans.
I will try to find out if any trades done prior to the change are not currently counted toward your yearly trade limits, but unless anything different is said you should expect that current rules apply and if 27 trades were completed at the end of December,  then 23 are remaining until the end of this next December.
Thank you for participating in Best Buy's trade in program.  I trust that the program can continue to help you keep your game library fresh as new games are released.

  • Printing terms and conditions for a report in last page

    Hi all,
I am facing a problem in reports 6i, I have PO printing Report with layout to be printed in two pages first part will be printed with po details, and for every po number after printing all the details for that purchase order, in the last page i have to print terms and conditions can any one help me out
    Regards
    Vizith

    Hello,
You should post also the report type (Tabular, Group..etc) you are trying to create also. Because without that like these type of requirement can not be suggested.
I can only make guess that you are creating report as Group Above and group frame is for PO. Then just put your terms and conditions frame after the detail frame inside the group frame. Then it will print after completing the details for each PO.

  • Get past terms and conditions page when updating to iOS 7

i can't get past terms and conditions screen after updating to iOS 7.  I have agreed to Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy an software license agreement, but there is no next option

I am using a PC.  Do I have to download Safari for it to properly operate now?

  • Where is the accept button for the new terms and conditions

After scrolling through 54 pages of the new terms and conditions, lo and behold there isn't an accept button.  Where is it?

I installed the upgrade last night on my imac and accepted the new terms without any problems.  My problem is with the itunes store app on my iphone 4s.  When I click on the app, there is a white page and at the bottom of the white page there are the categories music, tv shows and etc and nothing else. In the app store app, I try to update apps and I get a prompt to read and accept the new terms and conditions.  After scrolling through 54 pages, there isn't an accept button on the last page.  Where am I supposed to agree to the new terms and conditions for my phone when there isn't an accept button?  Is the itune radio replacing the itune app store?

  • I can´t find how to accept the terms and conditions in the itunes to see the podcast i downlowded.

I have an IPAD 2 and I downloaded some podcasts and when i try to watch then i see that I have to accept the terms and conditions and takes me to a link where I can´t find where to accept or to click "I agree" so I can watch what I downloaded.

Its been so long since I have had to do this but  .... can you swipe down in that screen to get to the Agree button?
Or are you seeing the Terms and Conditions screen after you completed the download in iTunes? That is the default screen after the download completes. Look for the podcast in the Music App if it is an audio podcast - tap the more button at the bottom - if it is a video podcast - look for it in the Videos App.
