Thanks to this community's help, I solved my adware problem. (Hats off to Thomas, The Safe Mac). Now my Safari pages are taking very long to load-sometimes not at all. HELP!

Last night I got the community's help in eliminating [I think] my adware problem. THANK YOU Thomas and Mike! Today my Safari webpages are loading at a snail's pace, and sometimes just get stuck. What's the problem now?

Might be a cache or extension issue...
Open a Finder window. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy paste the following
~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db
Click Go then move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
Quit and relaunch Safari to test.
If that didn't help, try troubleshooting Safari extensoins.
From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Extensions tab. Turn that OFF, quit and relaunch Safari to test.
If that helped, turn one extension on then quit and relaunch Safari to test until you find the incompatible extension then click uninstall.

Fluids and electronics do not mix.
You have caused some serious damage to parts of your computer, and likely voided the warranty until Apple completes a repair and re-certifies it.
Step one is to turn it off and do NOT (did I say do NOT yet?) turn it on again yourself.
Take it to an Apple store and be prepared for a large repair bill.

Mine does the same thing occasionally, is your phone jailbroken? Sometimes it will work if you delete the book and reinstall it or put your phone into airplane mode then turn it back off.

You could try duplicating the Domain.sites2 file and launch this in iWeb. Delete the last page you edited and try saving. If that doesn't work, undo and try deleting another and so on...
If you can find the problem page you would only have to rebuild it rather than the whole site.
The other possibility is to create a new site on the same domain file and drag each page in turn down to it from the top site and try to save each time.

I misunderstood the settings. A few days ago I had tried to set it to open a specific page upon launch, and set "New windows open with: Bookmarks" instead of ":Homepage"

Have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 seconds, after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. Also have you cleared the cache : Settings > Safari > Clear Cache (and Clear History). Also, if your equipment list is correct, you update to 4.3.3

Getting "this site untrusted...". tried the fixesn help pages, but still receiving the error messages. Also some pages are not showing correctly, no graphics

Started receiving "This site untrusted...."messages on sites I open all the time in Mozilla. I have tried the fixes in the help section but problems continue. Also, some sites like facebook don't appear correctly, just text and no regular graphics etc. Even Mozilla help is "untrusted". Sometimes aI can bypass the message by allowing the certificate, but not always. All of a sudden it seems like Mozilla just "blew up" and I can't find a solution -even after trying all the suggestions in the help area.

One of the most common reasons for having problems with ALL secure certificates is a problem with the date and time on your computer. For example, if the date got set one year forward or backward. You would expect this to cause the same problem in all browsers.
If you expand the Technical Details section of the error page, do you see an error code such as the following in most of these cases:
* sec_error_untrusted_issuer
A common problem recently is Firefox not being set up to work with your security software. Some security suites include a filtering feature. In order to filter secure connections (HTTPS URLs), the security software presents a fake certificate to Firefox so it can intercept and stand in the middle of the secure connection. You erased them when you reinstalled your operating system, obviously. If you have a backup, as you should have for any important files, just restore from the backup. All is not lost if you don't have a backup, though. Make sure you have at least iTunes 10.3.1, then go to the iTunes Store, log into your account, and click the new Purchases link under the Quick Links. The new iTunes in the Cloud service, currently in beta as part of iCloud, may allow you to re-download your purchased content (music, videos and TV shows only; movies cannot be re-downloaded at this time). You can also do this from an iOS device.
