I first noticed it was not holding charge. Then it would only work when plugged in. I bought a new iphone5s. But i went to give this one to someone else to use and discovered it had done this:

My iPhone 5 did the same thing and the batter kept shutting off prematurely. I took it to Apple today at lunch and they said they have a program to replace the swollen batteries at no cost to the consumer. I should get it tomorrow, they had to order it. I would ask Apple again if you aren't getting the answers you are looking for.

Apple will exchange your iPod for a refurbished one for this price. They do not fix yours. The price depends upon model and capacity

TS1292 my code on my itunes card has come off, how can i redeem it with =out the code,

when trying to take the sticky off the back of the card all the code has come off. I do have receipt for it as i bought in a supermarket today, how can i redeem this itunes card now, as i paid 25pds.

Mid 2011 macbook air. command key has popped off and is now missing the 2nd metal bar. can this be replaced?

The command key popped off my mid 2011 macbook air. It is meant to have two metal bars but can't find the 2nd one. I have clicked it back into place but if I press the button at the bottom the top pops up and I'm worried that if I don't fix the problem I may end up losing the key altogether!
Can you buy replacement metal bars? should I just remove the other bar completely?

You won't see anything in the Application Support --> Bootcamp folder unless you have previously downloaded the Windows Support Software. Good find.
ADDENDUM STEP:
This step should be placed between 9-10.
Open Bootcamp Assistant. Uncheck everything BUT, "DOWNLOAD THE LATEST WINDOWS SUPPORT SOFTWARE FROM APPLE". You will be prompted to burn the image to a CD/DVD or save to a USB Key. Save the image to a USB key. This will format your USB key properly in preparation for the files. The download commences and if you're lucky, the files will simply be saved to your USB key without having to manually copy them over to the key using the steps above.
IMPORTANT - Even if the support software hangs when its being saved to the USB key, you should now be able to navigate to the directory and see the image. Follow the steps above.

In terms of the battery, if you are not already doing so you should go through at least one charge cycle per month i.e. charging to 100%, running it down so that powers off, and then charging back up to 100%, which should help keep the battery indicator accurate - it's recommended towards the bottom of this page http://www.apple.com/batteries/ipad.html

This is most often faulty Charger or Battery. Find another good working Wall Charger, or try Computer USB, but USB port is inferior to Wall Charger. While connected to Charger try a Reset, hold both home and power buttons until the iPhone begins to restart itself. If still problem, Apple Store can perform free quick (minutes) battery diagnostic testing, make Genius reservation to avoid long wait.

I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. AT this point whatever data you have on yoru phone is already gone since it is in recovery mode.
However you can restore from your backup, when your phone reboots from recovery.
YOu do have a backup right?

That happened to my brother earlier. He went into Facebooand then into another app and the same thing happened. he ended up having to restore it. Mine stayed with the Apple logo for a bit but its back to normal after pressing the buttons a million times. I hope you get your problem sorted. Goodluck!
