Apple ID (your e-mail address) that was used to purchase apps are forever tied to that Apple ID for updates.
Apple ID cannot be merged or transferred to another Apple ID.

Sorting and organizing photos on IOS devices is one of the things that really need to be improved. It looks like the developers simply did not expect the users to want to keep large photo libraries on an IOS device, where the ordering would matter. I'd send feedback to the developer team, so that they see, what the users want and need:

restore your app from the trash and then properly uninstall.
if that fails, CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed

Backup your music to an external source before doing this, just in case you delete the originals by accident.
iTunes will show you the duplicates. But I recommend tagging their comments or another field once selecting them to ensure you don't accidentally delete both the original and duplicate. You can always select all of them and change all their comment tags at once. Once you've done that, stop showing duplications, and then sort by the comment field. This will allow you to determine whether only the duplicates were shown in the show duplicates, or the originals. If you see any without comments, then you can go ahead and delete the duplicates.

If you're able to connect to your email server and are able send email to other email addresses and if the failures are specific to one email recipient address, then please contact the intended recipient of the failing email, and confirm their address is valid. (This is the way I'm reading your question.)
If you are unable to send any email to any other email addresses and this is specific to your email address, then try the web mail client interface (if one is available) to verify your login user and password, and check with your email ISP for assistance. If your email password works via web mail, follow this Apple troubleshooting guide, then — if everything else fails — I'd probably then entirely remove the email account from Mail.app and re-add it per your email ISP's particular setup requirements. Maybe your looking in the wrong "Library". On my Mavericks; I open the HD to see a folder below the Library Folder called "Systems". Open the Systems Folder to see a "Library Folder". Open that library folder to see "Extensions folder". Open the extensions folder to find the "AppleUSBethernetHost.kext" and delete that extention. Following Lanny's post, do this:
1st- Close iTunes.
2nd- Delete the system extension “AppleUSBethernetHost.kext” from here:
//System/Library/Extensions/AppleUSBethernetHost.kext
3rd- go to iTunes 11.4 download, here: https://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
click on the "Download Now" link.
4th- Find the downloaded iTunes11.4.dmg file, open it, now open the Install iTunes.pkg
After the re-install as above I got the successfully installed window and no “pop up”

I'm sorry, but Apple does not provide a downgrade path for iOS. Because downgrading is unsupported by Apple we cannot discuss it on these forums, but you can use Google to find information on how to install an older version of iOS on any iDevice.

Sorry, but you are describing many different problems all in one go. Have you changed your FaceBook account and the passwords for all your email accounts ?
You say you have changed all the passwords for all the accounts you use, including your Apple/iTunes account if you have one. If this hasn't done the trick I suggest you restore your iPad to factory conditions, set it up again from scratch, and download the things you've paid for again. You will not need to pay for things bought through your iTunes account again.
