The new php_oci8 don't want to work at all

Question

I'm about to throw my server by the windows (from the 6th story). I want to run that new extension with all those new features.
I installed the instantclient 10.2 with PHP 5.1.2 and Apache 2.0.55 on a Windows XP SP2 box. Everything is installed fine, I can run SQLPlus with the instant client, the oci8 module appear in my phpinfo().
BUT
Each time I run a PHP script that use oci8, Windows raise an error with Apache2 and OraOCIEI10.dll and the Apache Server crash. I replaced the php_oci8.dll with the old one from PHP 5.0.5 and now It works... But I want to use the new extension!!!
I read some post that was saying that the instantclient 10.2 have compiled with the MFC 7.1, so I downloaded all the MFC 7.1 dlls and installed them in my windows/system folder, but Apache keep crashing when I run a script.
Is there somebody who is running the new extension on a config that is similar to me? Please tell me what you did!
And please don't tell to flush Windows and to run the thing on Linux, because it is not my choice, my boss is a MS fanatic and is affraid by Linux.

Hi! I'm sure it's uncomment as I did exactly as it said in instruction
(Uncompress the PHP package to a directory called "C:\php-5.1.3-Win32".
Copy php.ini-recommended to C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\conf\php.ini
Edit php.ini and perform the following:
Change extension_dir to "C:\php-5.1.3-Win32\ext", which is the directory containing php_oci8.dll and the other PHP extensions.
Uncomment (remove the semicolon from the beginning of the line) the line extension=php_oci8.dll
For testing it is helpful to set display_errors to On so you see any problems in your code.
Edit the file httpd.conf and add the following lines. Make sure to use forward slashes '/' instead of back slashes '\':

LoadModule php5_module c:/php-5.1.3-Win32/php5apache2.dll
# This next section will call PHP for .php, .phtml, and .phps files
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
