The screen is frozen on the "connect to iTunes" symbol. When I connect to iTunes it says I must restore, when I try to restore it says the download was corrupted and cant be completed. Tried several times.

You can try putting the ipad into DFU mode.

My phone froze. I restored it but none of my apps showed up. Ihave tried several times to sync it but each time it freezes up the phone again and I have to restore again....Have done this about four times now..any suggestions?
If you are restoring from a backup and you are still having problems, it leads me to believe there is a corrupt file in your backup. Restore the phone as new and then sync your applications over from iTunes. Make sure you have transferred your purchases from the phone to iTunes. Also make sure you have your camera roll imported to the computer and your contacts/calendar synced to a supported application. Restore as new gives you a fresh start, and you can then sync everything else after the restore.

Check USB connections
If there’s an issue with the USB port, cable, dock, or hub, or if the device becomes disconnected during restore, try troubleshooting the USB connection, then troubleshooting your security software.
Common errors: 13, 14, 1600-1629, 1643-1650, 2000-2009, 4000, 4005, 4013, 4014, 4016, “invalid response”, and being prompted to restore again after a restore completes.
To narrow down the issue, you can also change up your hardware:
Use another USB cable.
Plug your cable into a different USB port on your computer.
Try a different dock connector (or no dock).
Add (or remove) a USB hub between your device and computer.
Connect your computer directly to your Internet source, with no routers, hubs, or switches.
If you see your error after changing your USB connections, continue to the next section to troubleshoot your hardware.

When trying to download podcasts to my ipod I get an error message that says the download was interupted and to push get button to resume. When I push the get button the same thing happens again and again. It never completes the download. What do I do?

i just got my new laptop tonight and got the free lion download but once i tried to install it is said the download was corrupted?? what do i do??
Go into your Applications folder
Find the app named Install Mac OS X Lion.app
Move that app to the trash
relaunch The App Store
go to your Purchased list
Click on install next to Lion
It will re-download the installer -
Last night i was downloading the new update for the Iphone4 on my laptop through Itunes. After the download was done, it was starting to install, and then an error came up and didnt get a chance to check it. Now my Iphone is stuck on the screen with the USB pointing to the Itunes Icon and wont do anything else. Any advice on how to get this fixed, or do i need to go to the Apple store and have them look at it.

You may have greyscale turned on. Try going to Settings > General > Accessibility and toggle that off and it should go back to color. Check out the page below for more information.

I am trying to download Premier Pro,
Premier Pro is not in my list on Creative Cloud
And when i try and download it through the website it say ..... now downloading.
then opens Creative Cloud, Premier Pro doesn't show up in the list

When I get the message that nothing has changed, I have had to press finish. The program then says to save in G:, but I no longer have a G; My former G: is now H: , but there is no opportunity to save it somewhere else. I have an ipod classic 120gb. The other day it just quit working after I downloaded an ebook to it. I have tried 3 different computers with 3 different operating systems (Windows 7, Vista and XP) and I have received the same response from all after I hooked up my ipod to itunes (running latest version). The message comes back that the ipod has been corrupted and needs to be reloaded. I downloaded the software and it appears to be loaded onto the ipod as I get a message back that it is restarting the ipod. However, after this "restart", it just appears to die and is never recognized by itunes. I do a safe disconnect from Windows, closed itunes and bring it up again, but it does the same thing. The ipod does show up in my Windows control panel.
I feel like I am lost in some continuous vicious loop, any suggestions out there? Thanks....You may refer to this tutorial, it's about how to fix iTunes sync problem with iPod. Hope it helps. Feel free to email me if you need further help.

What do I do when a download is interrupted and then will not continue to download?
I really do not think it is the iPad or your network connection. Other users have reported this very same issue. Try this and see if it works for you - it may not work - but it's easy to try - harmless - and it has worked in the past for others.
Try signing out of your account and restart your iPad.
Go to Settings>Store>Apple ID and tap the ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button. Go back to Settings>Store> Apple ID and sign in again. -
I am attempting to upgrade to iTunes 10.6.3 and halfway through the download a window pops up that says "cannot remove an older version of Bonjour", then I click Ok on that and then further into the download and upgrade a window pops up that says cannot complete , itunes upgrade was interrupted, try at a later time.What do I do now?
(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Bonjour entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
(5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?
