The songs I have just bought do not play

I have just bought three songs from the same album, and ONLY one plays.
The other are in my list but don't play. Every time I try playing them, I receive a message
that my computer is not authorized to play this song.
This computer IS authorized, buy yet I authorize it again, and of course, I get a new message that reminds me what I
already know: It IS authorized.
I checked my account, my payment method, and reset my computer, but I still can't play the songs.

Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past music purchases, delete the broken tracks from your iTunes library, close and then reopen iTunes, go to the iTunes Store home page, click the Purchased link from the Quick Links section in the right-hand column, then select Music and Not on this computer. You should find download links for your tracks there.
While downloading select Downloads in the left-hand column and make sure Allow Simultaneous Downloads is unticked.
If the problem persists, or that facility is not yet available in your region, contact the iTunes Store support staff through the "Report a problem" links in your account history, or via Contact Support.

    Are you running the latest version of iTunes (7.1.1)? If not, upgrade and see if that fixes the problem. If it doesn't, or you already have 7.1.1 and other tracks purchased from the same iTunes Store account play correctly, then you probably have a corrupt or incomplete download. Contact the iTunes Store customer support department through the form at the bottom of their web page and explain the problem to them.

    Resetting won't erase the iPod, you need to restore it to do that. Restoring will erase the iPod's hard drive, reload the software and put it back to default settings. Once the restore is complete follow the on screen instructions and it should connect to iTunes and give you a prompt to name the iPod and automatically update your library onto the fresh installation. If you choose no it will default to manual mode which will default "enable disk use" and from there you can choose whatever setting you like: Restoring iPod to factory settings with iTunes 7

  • A song that I just bought won't play more than 1 minute and 3 seconds with sound.

    I bought a song 2 days ago and I tried to listen to it but only 1 minute and 3 seconds of it will play with sound. My iPod says that the song is still playing but there is no sound. The volume is up but there is nothing. I tried to "report a problem" when I got the email receipt but my iPod said it couldn't connect to the iTunes store.

  • The TV show I just bought does not register in the cloud and thus I can't watch it . . .

    Here's what's happening:
    I buy this new show called "Bodertown: Laredo." After the purchase is complete and the 'Play it now' window pops up I choose to shop for more shows instead. When I get back to the show to watch it I find it not listed in my purchased folder and in iTunes it does not have a cloud next to the title. So I purchase it again and now it says that I already own it. This catch 22 goes on for a while until I have enough of it and just purchase the show a second time. I then watch it by pressing play when the play window appears and it plays fine. But when finished it still doesn't show as purchased and still isn't in my purchased folder. So then the next day I report a claim on my itunes account and explain what has happened, customer support nullifies the transaction and credits my account.
    The strange thing is that it only happens with this one show. If I buy anything else it registers fine.

    Could you please try and import the .mulib file using the Library (Windows > Library) panel? Click the import button (highlighted int he image below) and browse-to & add your add-on to Adobe Muse.

  • Late re newing my iOS Developer Programme membership. Consequenly my app has dissappeared from the store. Have just renewed but not sure if the app will reappear. Anyone else been in a the same silly situation as me?

    I've made a silly error and not renewed my iOS Developer Membership.

    Will my iPhone app re-appear in the store?
    Or will I have to re-submit.

  • HT204406 iTunes Match is not working on my iPhone 4S after installing iOS 6.  I finally see a list of artists, but the songs are all empty and will not play, and no play lists are present.

    iTunes Match is not working after the iOS 6 install.  All music that was previously downloaded is gone.  When the "Music App" is opened, I see a picture of a cloud, and a progress bar that goes nowhere.  Then it goes away.  No playlists are present.  It shows artists, and albums, but all songs are empty. Nothing plays.
    Is there a fix for this, or are the Apple Servers simply totally overwhelmed, and this is a matter of being annoyed and patient until it finally connects.

    Same issue for me.
    Some further peculiar things I noticed:
    Directly after updating to iOS 6 I had to switch on iTunes Match again (iPhone settings). Then I realized that my music was gone (as described above).
    Under settings -> usage one could see that the memory space was still occupied by the huge music library (i.e. there where only 9 of 64 GB free). This changed after several hours. Now there are only 9 GB used, the rest is free. So the library is really gone.
    Since then my iPhone continuously downloads some unknown data from the internet (even if all apps are closed and I deselect the use of mobile networks at the several menus in the settings). All apps are closed. The iPhone gets hot and downloads something. It downloaded nearly 400 MB in the last 48 hours via mobile networks. (I got a flatrate, so I don't really care about the data.)
    Does anyone know what this means? Thanks for any help!

    I don't know how someone can purchase a $500 piece of professional MIDI/Audio software and even ask this question.
    Of course you need a MIDI keyboard, unless you're going to work with canned loops in which case Garageband would be -more- than enough for you.
    In fact, Garageband is a subset of Logic and is capable of producing professional grade output and is a perfect place to start learning about MIDI and Audio. 
    As a long time Logic user I admit it's difficult to see people using Logic without having a base of knowledge to build upon.
    If you're going to use Logic you need to read the manuals and use the online help, there is so much good info there, it will give you an understanding of how Logic works and what it is designed to do. 
    Logic is not a hand holder, It will not walk you through how to use it, it's not a Mac program per se, you have to know what you're doing to learn Logic effectively. The best way to do this is to read manuals, watch tutorials and come up with a short list of questions that can be answered effectively... in short, intelligent questions.
    Random questions of "what's this", "how do I do (fill in the blank)"  can give you an immediate answer but leave you clueless how that answer was arrived at. Knowing how to arrive at your own answers is a key to understanding and using Logic effectively.
    Not ranting specifically at you LeGringe... just a general rant to new users who've aquired Logic without much former experience in MIDI/Audio...etc....etc.

    Plug your iPhone 5 into your Leopard Machine.
    Fire up iPhoto.
    The phone should become available in iPhoto, and then you can import the camera roll.

    Installing iTunes does not cause content to magically appear on the computer.
    Your media is only where you put it.
    iOS devices are not backup devices.
    Copy the media from the old computer to the new computer.

    Your balance should show to the left of account id at the top of the iTunes store page on your computer's iTunes. You can also check it by clicking on that id, or doing Store > View My Account, which should show your account balance and let you view your payment info

    I have just bought Apple TV 2 and have followed all of the steps as directed. I have set up home sharing so I can watch the files from my MAC on the TV but I cannot get the airplay to stream my Ipad2 to the TV.
    I cannot even get my Apple TV to recognise that my Ipad is even on the same network as it as it gives me no options or recognition that it is trying to send the data.
    What have I missed to make my Ipad2 stream the screen image onto my TV...?

    I took a very quick look at the Owner's Manual for that Router.
    Much of this you will already know....but:
    1. Its a combination DSL modem/WiFi Router
    2. It does not have ariel antennas. My experience, the WiFi tends to perform poorly compared to standalone WiFi units and the WiFi range is also limited thus slower the farther away you get (or Apple TV gets)
    3. If you don't have a DSL filter infront of it I recommend using one, even if you don't use phones. DSL comes in the pair as a different frequency and its "probably" best to filter it out anyway.....even though it comes in on a dial tone and a dial tone often exists
    4. Let me know who you ISP is and I will find out what other Routers they offer.
    5. You can buy pretty much any DSL modem / Router online assuming it supports PPOe which most DSL ISPs use
    6. If you have not in fact tried running an Ethernet Cable.....try it.....you can get a 100 footer locally for just a few bucks. It could solve a heart ache

    I do not have any experience with Final Cut, but if you have existing projects that you MUST access; then you are in need of a solution on your new iMac in Mountain Lion!
    Unfortunately you got caught up in the minor miracle of Rosetta.  Originally licensed by Apple when it migrated from the PowerPC CPU platform that it had used from the mid-1990's until the Intel CPU platform in 2006, Rosetta allowed Mac users to continue to use their library of PPC software transparently in emulation.
    However, Apple's license to continue to use this technology expired with new releases of OS X commencing with Lion (and now Mountain Lion).  While educational efforts have been made over the last 6 years, the fact is that Rosetta was SO successful that many users were caught unaware UNTIL they upgraded to Lion or Mountain Lion.
    Workarounds:
    1.  Purchase a used Mac that will run Snow Leopard (with the optional Rosetta installed) and continue to run FCE on that Mac (you can actually use Screen Sharing with a "headless" used Snow Leopard Mac Mini and use the 27" screen from your iMac to view and work FCE in the Mac Mini environment);
    2.  Upgrade to an Intel compatible version of FCE and hope it converts your existing projects to its newer format correctly.  There is much debate that the newer version of Final Cut are eliminating many needed features; for example Final Cut Pro X vs. Final Cut Pro 6 -- many users are staying with version 6;
    3.  Install Snow Leopard (with Rosetta) into Parallels and then install FCE in the Snow Leopard environment:
