Hi guys,
Is there a command to see the startup-config?
Or a command to see "what exactly" am I going to save when receiving the below message:
The system has unsaved changes.
Would you like to save them now? (y/N)
I tried show run-config vs uploaded configuration file, but the format is different so I cannot compare...

With Areonet OS (5508,2504,etc) you do not have this freedom
If it is IOS you can do this using a single command "show archive config differences nvram:startup-config system:running-config" So with 5760/3850 you can do this.

With Areonet 5508,2504 if you need to know what commands your configuration will adds to your config, you can do some sort of workaround (though it is not clean,still you can see what lines adding to WLC config)
Do "debug aaa tacacs enable" on your WLC CLI & then make a change using WLC GUI, you will see on your CLI what commands it will add to your config.
So you have to make your changes one by one to learn all the CLI config addition to your configuration.

Report issue , logical name of the system has been changed

Recently our system has been upgraded to ECC5.0. In a particular report while drilling down we get error. The error says the original doc can not be shown as it belongs to logical system ( DRH-123) . Now we know that this logical name of the system was in old box . The new logical name is DRH-100 . We are saying it's a basis issue and the basis team is saying it's FICO issue.Has any body encountered this type of problem. ? In my report i have never mentioned logical name of the system.Hence unable to understand it. But so far what I have understood , that the each box has been partioned and given a system name which is called logical name.Now that logical name they have changed in new box.My initial response was change the logical name but basis says that is a big task and more over it has been a while when they changed it.
Gurus, Kindly shed some light on this mess.

Error: "The search cannot be executed because the table has pending changes that would be lost."

Hello,
I'm working a developing an OA page that will displays the contents of an Oracle table and allows the user to update records in a table as needed.
When I hit submit button to save the changes in the update page, the control goes back to main page (where all the table records are displayed). It displays the updated record with the new information.However when I hit "Go" button on the mainPG, I get the error "The search cannot be executed because the table has pending changes that would be lost. and the changes are not committed.
ANy suggestions on where I should look will be greatly appreciated.

Hello, Currently we are seeing this issue with a couple of our Lenovo T420s laptops with a Solid State Drive. ruffly about 10 or so. The Reboots happen randomly and do not create a dump file. We have contacted Lenovo and they are
not sure why its happening. Since this Crash I set it for Minidump this did not work my next steps will be to Disable Automatic restart on System Failure to see if it brings anything up. I am also looking at using Procmon to dump to a file as well.
If anyone has any other ideas please let me know.

We have tested and checked both the Bios and firmware of the SSD Drive's
Bios was up to date and no issue
Firmware was also up to date as well.
Users are still experiencing random Reboots.   I tried to capture the issue with Procmon but since the PC shutdown (Goes to a black screen no power at all even when turning the "Automatically
restart" off under Startup and Recovery) No dmp files as of yet. Unable to configure Procdump due to not knowing where the issue is and what is causing it to happen.
Going to replace one of the PC's with a New one with different hardware to see if this resolve the issue. If anyone has any idea's to be able to capture what maybe happening that would
be great.

The system and namespace change option

Hi Experts,
I want to integrate a certain SAP Source System within RSA1. After submitting the correct settings for Background User and RFC connection the process leads me to the Source System where I logon with an User which has authorizations in SM59. From there on (the RFC Connection backwards is already defined) I got asked whether I want to user/check/cancel this existing RFC Connection. I click on use, wait for a while and then the error (please see below) appears.
When proceeding with the steps mentioned in the error message (transaction SE03, Administration node, ...) I cannot find any IDOC Object ZSSA009. I think maybe it's related to some software component or somenthing like that which should be set as "modifiable" but I don't know which....
Any Ideas on this?

The system and namespace change option set for this SAP System does not allow any changes to be made to object IDOC ZSSA009.
System Response
Editing is terminated, the object can only be displayed.
Procedure
If you want to edit the object IDOC ZSSA009 in this SAP System, have your system administator set the SAP System to "modifiable" for this object.
This can affect the modifiability of the namespace &1 or the namespaces that correspond to the pattern &1, as well as the global setting of the system change option.
The system change option is set using the Transport Organizer tools (Transaction SE03). Expand the Administration node and execute the program Set system change option. The options are described there.

Ok worth repeating, hope this works. Finally spoke to AppleCare Support and walked me thru following...restart computer holding down "command" and "option" keys at the same time with letters "P" and "R" when computer turns on. This is what he called a PR restart, clears out discrepancies in memory (if that is what the error message actually is). Then went to Systems Preferences/Network/Sharing and deleted the number that kept increasing every time MAC would wake up.
Even tho this was just done, I am hopeful that error pop-up won't happen again. Fingers crossed!

There are several possible causes for this behavior.
1. Two (or more) computers on the local network have the same Bonjour name, such as "X's-MacBook-Pro.local". Resolve the name conflict by renaming one or more of them in the Sharing preference pane.
2. You have two simultaneous connections to the same local network: probably Ethernet and Wi-Fi. If applicable, disconnect the Ethernet cable or turn off Wi-Fi.
3. A Mac wakes from sleep due to network traffic. This is a bug in OS X that may only affect some models.
4. A device that gets its network address from the router wakes from sleep, and the address it was using before has been assigned to another device.
5. A third-party wireless router has incompatible settings or firmware. In that case, refer to the manufacturer or ISP for support. Restarting the router may help, temporarily.

In this particular case, you cannot start Tomcat because you have another web server or some other program already listening to the same port that Tomcat wants to use.
(If you don't know what a port is in this context, write back and we will go into more detail.)
I would guess that you may have Microsoft IIS running, particularly if you're on a corporate machine. You may have to look at the services running on your system and see if any of them are using the port - either check out start->control panel->administrative tools->services or do a "netstat -a" at the command prompt.
Alternatively you may configure Tomcat to use a different port. The instructions that came with Tomcat will tell you what you will need to do - it's usually just changing one line in the httpd.conf file or whatever the latest Tomcat uses now (I'm not certain anymore).

I am only allowed to deploy the VI if I save these changes. What are these changes referring to?
Has the link between the variables on the Host PC and RT target broken due to which this message occurs?

Do you not get an option to view the unsaved changes? If you want to find out the changes that have taken place in a VI, here is a description. If you navigate and open the VI and then go File->VI Properties. Under the General tab there is a button marked List unsaved changes. This will show you the changes that have taken place.
If you have made no changes that you are aware of to this VI, it maybe that you are converting it from a previous version to the most current version.

The record has been changed....on default form

Hi,
I'm facing a strange problem....
Trying to alter the prompt in the menu default form, for one and only one record, the message "The record has been changed.Re-query to see the changes." appears...!!!
I have seen this message on custom forms.... but on default form which also insists even when i close the form and re-open it..., first time....
What do you suggest me to do...???
Note: I use eBS 11.5.10.2 and DB10g v.2

Hi sgalaxy,
It looks the system is detecting something different between the record shown in the form and the record stored in the DB table, and that's why it's showing the error message. Typically the issue is caused by date columns that are truncated in the form or by trailing spaces in text columns. You will need to compare columns in form and DB table until you find the problematic column and update it manually (truncating date or removing trailing spaces in DB)

I'm getting the following error ..... The search cannot be executed because the table has pending changes that would be lost .... in the following scenario ....
My 1st page is a search page with resulting rows from which the user can select specific rows to process ..... next button will populate the VO for the 2nd page by manually looping thru the selected rows in the VO of the 1st page. Loop logic is in the AM and it calls a method in the VORowImpl that uses setAttributeInternal .... the 2nd page displays the selected rows .....
Pressing the back button of the 2nd page will display the 1st page and if the user tries to do a new search .... the error shows up.
Any suggestions on how to handle this?

It seems to me that you are using the same VO on both the pages. If that is the case try to use separate VO for each page.
And as suggested by Sumit, Never use/ rely on browser back button. Instead put a Back button on the second page through you can handle the event yourself rather than leaving on the mercy of browser.

On Search Page, I have searched for the record(s) then deleted a record and got confirmation message i.e. Record has deleted. Next when I search for any record I'm getting below error.
Error
The search cannot be executed because the table has pending changes that would be lost.
Could you please help me to fix this issue. Your response is highly appreciated.

So I get this message when I try and click "Solved" :
An error in the system has occurred. Please contact the system administrator if the problem persists.
And then when I try to send a 'comment' AppleCare I get
"An error has occurred. Please try again later".
Is it me or them ?
