Use the trackpad to scroll, thats what it was designed for. The scroll bars automatically disappear when not being used and will appear if you scroll up or down using the trackpad.
This is a user-to-user forum and most people will post on here if they have problems. You very rarely get people posting to say there update went smooth. The fact is the vast majority of Mountain Lion users will not be experiencing any major problems with the OS, or maybe with apps which are not compatible, but thats hardly Apple's fault if developers don't update their apps.

If you are saying that the iPod asks for the password for the network and you do not know it, what may work is to turn on iCloud keychain for the iPod and iPad., Thet may sync the password from the iPad to the iPod

Otherwise you will have to go into the router settings and reset the wifi password in the router

IPhone 4: I can't find all the songs on my phone that show up as on the phone.

I wanted to put 4 meditation CDs on my IPhone 4. I finally managed to get them all copied and loaded. When I plug my phone into my computer these CDs with all the tracks show up but I cannot find them on my phone anywhere. I'm at wits end and ready to throw my IPhone 4 through the window. I really, really need those meditation tracks.

Since the songs have the cloud download button, it means they are not currently on your iPhone. They are capable of being downloaded to your iPhone if you choose, but they are not there right now.

Not to my knowledge. It seems it takes a snapshot from about the 10th second of the movie and creates a thumbnail for it. On a Mac the finder thumbnail shows the first frame of a movie, both don't seem to be able in getting customized.
It will be down to a good naming convention I'm afraid. Not having CS4 installed anymore but on Bridge CS6 .mov files play on an reasonable sized scale in good quality in the preview window, maybe that will help you?

I can't do that because the device was purchased from United Arab Emirates and I got it as a gift in Syria but the problem is that there is not even a single apple store in Syria so is there another way to fix that, I googled it and was told to jailbreak the device whitch I did and than hacktivated it but the problem is the device doesn't connect to any network and only shows "no service" and the battery draining too fast so is there any other way to fix this issue

When I downloaded Foxfire the home page came up with "Meet Mozilla Foxfire" then below that it shows "Become a Firefox Expert in 8 Easy Steps". I would like to delete this and in lieu of that show recent highlights and the news. I have no problem with the tool bars they are fine just the home page.

Is there a way to change the thumbnails for movies/videos?

This may be more of a Leopard question, but I'm wondering if there's a way to change the thumbnail that OSX and Front Row display of movie files. I think this feature is awesome but would love to have more control over it so I can pick a frame from the video that relevant to me. Imagine Front Row's menu for movies with a bunch of thumbnails that are title screens or your favorite scenes from your movie collection (rather than a random thumbnail that may or may not even be identifiable to that movie).
I've already included this request to Apple in a suggestion I sent along including a few other Front Row requests/suggestions I had including movie/video playlists, album art support over streaming/shared libraries, and music that doesn't stop playing when you return to the main menu.

It appears that "saving" doesn't impact the quality, but wraps the file up in the .mov format (size and quality appear to stay the same). It worked ("saving" instead of using the save as a reference movie seems to fix the starting playback from the poster-frame issue). However, now a new issue has come up... I like to save the files to DVD as the original .avi so they will play on our Philips DVD players. However, being wrapped up in .mov means I have to have two versions of the file, and if my HDD ever dies or fills up I'll have to always correct the poster frame, and save another copy from the .avi original. Kind of frustrating... I wish Front Row/Quick Time would let you easily change the thumbnail and not have to change the format, etc.

BUT this table does not show which called-tcode is the original tcode.
Using se93, I see that 1KEG is the original tcode.
Is there a table that will show only the parameter tcodes vs orginal tcodes?

I've set up a "news" channel that shows articles targeted to the current user. Basicly this on done by queryting the property of the custom "Office Location" termset.
My setup is something like the following in my term store:
The setup works perfect now. countries are not taggable so at the moment the user needs to choose City 1.. City 2 etc. for their articles which works fine since sometimes articles are also only targeted to cities and not countries.
Anyways now we have got 2 users in City 4. Here it makes no sense that articles should be targeted City 3 and City 4 in order to show articles to entire Country 2. Basicle what I want here is that if an article is targeted with City 3 it should also be shown
to City 4 users.
How is this archived best? I have tried to make the Countries available for tagging as well, however it not show anything since the user property of course still is City 3 or City 4.

You can not get hold of the parent in your scenario. You want the parent of the tagged term in the user profile, and there is no built-in mechanism in search to get this. So as I mentioned you have to use JSOM to get the parent term, and then use that in
your owstaxIdOfficex0020Location:term query.
owstaxIdOfficex0020Location:{User.SPS-Location.IDWithChildren}
would be a valid query, except it won't help you much :)

APE 10: How to select a frame be the thumbnail for the exported video file?

I have Adobe Premiere Elements 10 and using Windows 7. I create a title and place it as the first clip in the Sceneline. When I export the video and look at the file using Windows Explorer folder view, the thumbnail shown is a frame from another clip and not the clip containing the title. How can I get the title to be used as the thumbnail for exported video files?

The file created is indeed the one intended and in the correct folder. When I double-click on the file the video is played and the first thing I see is the title. So the video created has what I expect. Go figure.
I'm starting to think that there might be a Windows setting that determines how Windows Explorer picks the frame to be used as the thumbnail for video files. I have not found any reference to it so far.
Here is some new info...
If I replace the first clip that has the title with another clip, then the thumbnail is created from that first clip. As soon as I add the title as the first clip, then the thumbnail is created from the second clip.
OK ---- I just found information that states that the thumbnails are created by Windows and placed in a file that act as a cache for the thumbnails. This prevents Windows Explorer from generating the thumbnails each time the folder is viewed. In my computer (64-bit Win 7), the thumnail cache files are stored in folder "C:\Users\Ramon\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer". They have an extension of ".db". It means you have made edits but not saved them. At least, that is what it's supposed to signify.

The reason it will not be in the sent folder is, it failed to send.
If it failed to send, then you will see the Outbox icon. 'Pending' would be a more descriptive name.
When it eventually sends, the Outbox will not show in the Mail app interface.
Until it is sent it will stay stuck in the Outbox.
If it refuses to send, you can manually delete it in Finder, at the location ~/Library/Mail/Mailboxes/Outbox.mbox
Close Mail first, before you search for that email using the Finder.

Unfortunately, in your case, there isn't really a way to separate them as far as I can think.
You could try restoring from a backup, and choosing an older backup perhaps

Create one on the first Tuesday, select repeat/monthly and take the option at the bottom.
