The upper part of the page is not opaque, and the desktop shows through. Thus, the menu bar is hard to read. How to remedy this?
The area behind the menu bar and the line above it, all the way across to the minimize, maximize and close icons is not opaque and the desktop and desktop icons show through. There is nothing I can find in Firefox Help to change this. Also, it would be nice if the menu bar could be made larger and more visible -- and if I could delete "Yahoo!" from the menu bar, leaving just the important items (File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools, and Help). Any suggestions?

What is the url of the page? Without such information, can't really provide specific directions that would be sure to work as you make others guess at what you might be looking at. I don't recall seeing a picture of a tree at a Mozilla site.
Typically you can use these extensions together to block undesirable items that slow things down or make for ugly or kindergartenish like appearances of Mozilla pages.

It is probably a background image, which you should be able to identify the image and block with Adblock Plus using "Open Blockable Items (Ctrl+Shift+V)"

Elements 9 editor screen splits apart and desktop shows through the gap- Help
I run elements 9. on a mac. Never really had a problem before. Today I decided to open a photo from iphoto to edit in photoshop. Neve been a problem
before but now the various panels of the editor screen have split apart and the desktop shows through. The same thing happens when opening a photo from inside the Organiser. Hope someone can help to get it all back together. At the time I was trying to design some Christmas cards.Thanks so much- I didn't realise it was an option-must have clicked it by mistake. I can see now how it can be used but the project box at the bottom is off the screen.

Problems with buttons and links at the top of the page not working can be caused by an extension like the Yahoo! Toolbar or a Babylon extension that extents too much downwards and covers the top part of the browser window and thus makes links and buttons in that part of the screen not clickable.

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

Unable to browse the hypertext in the upper part of a website by using Firefox
I can't browse the hypertext in the upper part of a website by using Firefox. For example, in the website of Firefox, the cursor fails to change from 'arrow' to 'hand' when I point to 'Sign Out' or 'Inbox'. But it's ok for the remaining part of the website (i.e. not upper part).
However, if I use Internet Explorer, I havn't encountered the same problem. Please help advise.That problem is caused by the Yahoo! Toolbar that extents too much downwards and covers the top part of the browser window and thus makes links in that part of the screen not clickable.

I'm using LV 6.0 to create an interface man/machine and i'd like to delete the upper part of my screen, where there are all buttons which that aren't usefull to users!!!

LacouleIt depends on what the buttons are connected to. If you just delete the buttons (which you can!), you will get broken wires on the diagram. So, you first want to make sure you really don't need those buttons.
The easiest would be -- so as to not break the code -- to change those buttons into constants: right-click on them and select change to constant.
Again, it all depends on what the buttons are supposed to do.

I know how to use about:config & have had the usual problems with newtab page tiles but this is more like a bug- using 33.0.1. Doesn't show tiles icon in top right corner just shows a gear that is used to hide the empty tiles that I can't fill with sites. First it would only show 2 rows of 4 columns even though I had it set to 5 & 6 then few days later for no reason they went empty with a serrated line around the tiles & can't drag from the bookmarks---- really bloody annoying!!!!!!! Possibly a setting in the about:config but i can't fig it out?Reset Firefox to its default state

You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using
Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
In the dialog, click "Start in Safe Mode" (''not'' Reset)

I created a website with iWeb but use GoDady for hosting it rather than MobileMe. The images on my Gallery page do not show at all on the external domain but they DO show when seen on MobileMe. Has anyone encountered this problem before? Many thanks!Just create a new page (or use the existing photo page) on your external site and use html to add an iframe sized to the page and link it to the mobilme gallery page. Works for me just fine when showing my gallery from a yahoo site.

We have a strange error with multiple views under "Configuration Items". First of all with some users the error happens almost every time and there are a few users where this never happens. If it happens the following errors appear in the SCSM
console and the server evtentlog after clicking on a view.
Currently it looks like domain administrators don't face this problem. But SCSM admins and regular SCSM users have the same problem.
