This apple id has not been used in iTunes store...???what this mean??i dont have any credit card or gift card.

then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download any item from the store.
You could see if this post by mountaingoatgirl lets you review your account without needing to enter credit card details : https://discussions.apple.com/message/24303054
If not then you will need to enter credit card details (which you should be able to remove after entering them) or create a new account

The prompt you are seeing indicates your Apple ID needs some information that needs to be updated. I recommend reviewing the section titled "For iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch," specifically step 10:
Tip: If you are trying to create an account using an existing Apple ID, like your iCloud email address, you will receive a prompt telling you that your email address is already an Apple ID. Simply tap Continue, and then tap Use Existing Account on the following screen.
- Next, you'll be required to enter your billing information. To choose a different Credit Card type, tap one of the available options, and then tap Done. You will not be charged until you make a purchase.
- Once you've filled out all of the fields for your billing information, tap Next.

I have an Apple ID and trying to sign in for the 1st time on iTunes. When I do, I get the message: "This Apple ID has not been used with the iTunes Store. Please review your account information." When I do, it brings me to the same AppleID login window, and I get stuck in the same loop. I never get to the following screen to enter my account info. What's going on?? This is MADDENING!

My apple id registration is not yet complete, when I try to complete the registration it asks for payment option, I don't find any skip option in the process. Even if I enter my payment details it pops up that " payment option has been declined". can anyone help me with the possible solution to the problem. I have the same problem and when I review my account and enter my cc info it tells me "Your request is temporarily unable to be processed. Please try again later." and this is day 5 of trying again later. What the **** is the prob? It isn't the card bc it has plenty of $$$ on it.

This is expected behavior. Upon initial sign in to the iTunes Store (or a new iTunes Store region), you will be asked to accept the Terms and Conditions, as well as enter account information/billing information.

Why is my iphone does not accept my apple ID when entered in itunes and apps in settings?
Is this a new Apple iD? If it is, and you have already set it up, then you have two options:
1. Temporarily put a Credit Card or Gift Card on the account to download the free app. If you put a credit card, then once you have downloaded the app, you should be able to go into your Account preferences and change the payment option to = None.
2. You can download the fee App, and then set up a new Apple ID.

I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you to try to resolve this issue. First, you should try closing the app according to the instructions found on this website, which is a troubleshooting assistant for the iPad:
