create or replace procedure p5 as
begin
  for i in 1 .. 5 loop
    testins.x := i;
    testins.y := i + 1;
    testins.z := i + 2;
  end loop;
  execute immediate 'begin
for i in 1..n
loop
insert into test (a,b,c) values
(testins.x,
testins.y,
testins.z);
end loop;
end;'
    using 5;
end p5;You have the package variables as numbers, not collections which is why you cannot use them with an array index viz.
testins.x(i):=i;Hope it is clear.
