This document contained certain rights...

I've been having trouble with usr rights being lost after a form has been saved once. Looking through the forum I've found some similar cases. I've tried to create a very simple form with two fields and saving it as a dynamic form. I'm still only able to same the form once then I get the "his document contained certain rights..." message when I open it again.
When I save the for as a "Static" pdf, I save as many times as I want. This seems to be contradictory to another post I read.
I'm using LiveCycle designer 7 and Document Server for reader extensions 6.0. Could the document server be the problem. Is there away to get an upgrade -> 6.1. Would it help? Does any know about this issue? thanks

Hi all,
I have a problem with a pdf created with LC Forms with some dynamic fields but, when I use ReaderExtensions with it and set some rights in it, the dynamic fields aren't saved. I use these rights;
UsageRights useRight = new UsageRights();
useRight.setEnabledDynamicFormFields(true);
useRight.setEnabledFormDataImportExport(true);
useRight.setEnabledDynamicFormPages(true);
I have tried to set the same rights using the webUI but it doesn't work.
Is neccesary another kind of rights? How can I do for saving these dynamic fields?
Any suggestion is appreciated. Thanks in advance
Dani

  • On file open: "This document contains JavaScript code for a widget that no longer exists."

    I had an existing, functional datepicker in a web page.
    Recently I downloaded the UI Datepicker in the Widget Browser and installed it in DW CS5. Now every time I load the file that calls the datepicker that I added myself, a warning opens with the following text:
    This document contains JavaScript code for a widget that no longer exists. If you don't remove the code, the browser might display JavaScript errors when loading the page. Would you like Dreamweaver to find all instances of this code for you?
    Widget: $("#reservDateBegin").datepicker();
    Widget: $("#reservDateEnd").datepicker();
    Clicking "Yes" opens the file and shows the search box at the bottom of the window with [current document] in File and $("#reservDateEnd").datepicker(); in Matched Text. Clicking "No" just opens the file.
    The error is wrong, since installing the widget is what caused the error in the first place!
    How can I get DW to stop showing this message?
    Thanks for any help.

    I do understand you're trying to be helpful. I was just hoping providing the relevant code snippets would be sufficient so I didn't have to take the time to provide a "cleaned" version of the files and upload those to a public-safe location.
    Zabeth69 wrote: If you don't understand what 'code at the bottom of the page' means, you have not used one of those systems. I don't know what causes the error code to come up (besides removing a Spry widget, I mean). So if it doesn't apply to you, ignore it.
    This is exactly my point: I haven't used any of the DW "systems". I've always manually coded in DW, so I can't have removed a Spry widget in the first place. It wasn't until I installed the Widget using the Widget Browser that I started getting the error (I don't mean adding the datepicker widget to the code using the DW Insert menu - I mean installing the Widget into DW itself). Ignoring such an erroneous/incorrect error seems kind of silly, since every time I open the file I get the error message.
    Anyway, as requested, the following are links to the contactUsCleaned.php page, and the php included headerCleaned.php file. Since these use php includes to complete the rendered HTML, they won't look right in the browser, but as you know viewing the source will show the relevant html, javascript, and jquery code. I didn't see any way to upload the files in this forum, which, due to the php code, would be preferable to see exactly what my code looks like...
    http://www.eventidewebdesign.com/public/contactUsCleaned.php
    http://www.eventidewebdesign.com/public/headerCleaned.php
    The footer.php file the contactUs page includes is simply a set of HTML links to the pages on the site, copyright info, and the Google Analytics script. There is no other code in the footer.php file.

  • 'This document contains a link to an asset being upscaled'

    When opening two separate Muse sites I have received the warning message, 'This document contains a link to an asset being upscaled. You should resize it smaller, or relink to a larger asset using the Assets panel'. However, none of the assets that the site links to have been amended.
    Does anyone know why this might be?
    Thanks.

    I believe the warning you're referring to is "This document contains a link to an asset being upsampled."
    Upsampling refers to the fact the image has been resized to a size larger than it's original pixel dimensions. For example a 72x72 pixel square image may have been placed then resized to 100x100. Such an image will be exported by Muse, but it will not have an optimal appearance in the browser due to being larger than it's original dimensions. (It's been "upsampled.")
    In general you want to have all the images in your site be the same size or smaller than the original placed/imported image data in order to avoid upsampling. Slight upsampling can result in an image that looks dull or slightly blurred, depending on the browser being used. A large amount of upsampling will result in an image that appears pixelated in the browser.
    This message is a warning. Whether or not the result of the upsampling is acceptable is a judgement call only you can make.
    The Assets panel displays an icon next to any image that's being upsampled.
    One other case where this will be reported is for any image that is larger the 2048 pixels in width or height. Muse initially limits image data to a 2048 maximum in either dimension. If you have an image that is larger than 2048, you need to select it in the Assets panel, right click and choose "Import Larger Size" from the context menu. This will pull in the additional image data for whatever size the image is in Muse and thus avoid any upsampling.

  • Error message: "This document contains photoshop data which appears to be damaged."

    I saved the file I was working on by choosing "Save" from the "File" menu. Unfortunately after 10 min as I saved my work  my PC had "issues" and needed to be manually shut off. I was trying to open the psd file after restarting my computer and I get this error message: "This document contains photoshop data which appears to be damaged. Continue and ignore the photoshop data?" I clicked okay and then I get just a black screen. No Layers or any pictures.
    I have tried to preview in Graphic Converter, in Illustrator, in ACDSee, etc... Nothing... I just get a black screen. Also, I have tried file recovery programs: Stellar Phoenix PSD Repair V1.0 and Advanced PSD Repair v1.4
    The program Stellar Phoenix PSD Repair V1.0 was able to recover only BMP picture 3.4 KB, it is so tiny that you can't see anything on the picture.
    I also have tried to install plugin "psdrecover", for Adobe Photoshop. Unsuccessfully for some reason. The plugin does not want to be installed into the "plugins" folder. I did follow the instructions.
    I am using Photoshop 6 version and Windows 7 operating System.
    I am in dire need of help. I've been working on it for days. Is there any way to recover that file back?

    I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you're likely out of luck.  We almost never hear of anyone recovering image data from a damaged PSD.
    Some thoughts:
    1.  Set up backups.
    2.  Get in the habit of saving your master file in several different locations as you work on it.
    3.  Consider upgrading to Photoshop CS6, which auto-saves your work in the background.  I'm not sure whether it would have recovered the data in your particular case, but it's possible.
    4.  Don't feel bad - go back and do the image again, and I'll bet it comes out even better in less time.

  • "This document contains Adobe photoshop data which appears to be damaged.

    "This document contains Adobe photoshop data which appears to be damaged. Continue and ignore the photoshop data?" --- I am getting this message when im trying to open a photoshop file which I have worked last couple of days and when I say “OK” I’m just getting a blank black background screen and nothing on it.. but the file size remains 10mb... Please help me to recover my designs..!!! pls..

    Did you try opening a flattened version of the file? Press and hold down Opt + Shift (Mac) or Alt + Shift (Win) as you open the file. See if you're able to at least recover a flattened copy of the file that you can save as a JPG.
    If not, I'm sorry to break this  - you may be out of luck. There are lot of PSD repair programs - but they hardly work to recover all of lost data.
    This error message is very rare and is usually caused due to a bad sector on drive, improper eject of USB (if your file was once stored there) or a hard drive that is about to conk. This is one of the reasons you should keep 'Backing up' - make it a process!
    Btw, are you on Windows/ Mac OS?
    Good luck.

  • How to get list of folders containing documents of certain type?

    Hello,
    I need to perform iFS search which returns list of folders containing documents of certain custom document class. What is the best way of doing it?
    I tried to build search clause in the following manner:
    JoinQualification jq = new JoinQualification();
    jq.setLeftAttribute("FOLDER", null);
    jq.setRightAttribute("FOLDERPATHRELATIONSHIP", "LEFTOBJECTCOPY");
    JoinQualification jq2 = new JoinQualification();
    jq2.setLeftAttribute("FOLDERPATHRELATIONSHIP", "LEFTOBJECTCOPY");
    jq2.setRightAttribute("RELATIONSHIP", "LEFTOBJECT");
    SearchClause sc = new SearchClause(jq, jq2, SearchClause.AND);
    JoinQualification jq3 = new JoinQualification();
    jq3.setLeftAttribute("RELATIONSHIP", "RIGHTOBJECT");
    jq3.setRightAttribute("CUSTOMDOCUMENT", null);
    sc = new SearchClause(sc, jq3, SearchClause.AND);
    But this doesn't work - I get 'Access denied' error because, I guess, RELATIONSHIP class is not public.
    Any help will be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you,

    For some reason, my post is not showing up. Trying again. Sorry if duplicate.
    Here is what I understand that you want to
    do :
    Let's assume, there is a custom document
    of type PurchaseOrder, you want to find
    all folders that contain PurchaseOrder
    documents.
    It will end up with some SQL looking
    like this.
    SELECT folder.*
    FROM folder,
    folderrelationship fpr,
    purchaseorder po
    where
    folder.id = fpr.leftobject and
    fpr.rightobject = po.id;
    You just need two JoinQualifications.
    Each clause in the WHERE condition
    above represents one joinqualification.
    jq1.setLeftAttribute("FOLDER", null);
    jq1.setRightAttribute("FOLDERRELATIONSHIP", "LeftObject");
    jq2.setLeftAttribute("FOLDERRel..SHIP", "RightObject");
    jq2.setRightAttribute("PurchaseOrder", null);
    Then use AND operator betwen jq1 and jq2.
    Hope that helps.

  • No appropriate line item is contained in this document

    Dear experts.
    I am trying to do a Vendor clearing through F-44. The vendor line items display shows 2 line items as open items. These 2 documents have been posted with a special GL indicator.
    With the required specifications when I try to clear the Vendor line items, the error message "No appropriate line item is contained in this document", what could be the reason for this is not to appear in F-44 while clearing the vendor lines.
    regards

  • RFBIBL00 - No appropriate line item is contained in this document

    I have an LSMW based on RFBIBL00 for generating FI Docs. Unfortunately it doesn't find the FI doc to clear.
    In BSELK  TBNAM = ‘BSELK’and AGUMS = ‘AK’.
    In BSELP I use the FI reference document, so TBNAM = ‘BSELP’, FELDN_1 = ‘XBLNR’ and SLVON_1 = the reference with the leading zeros.
    When I process it gives a warning message “No appropriate line item is contained in this document” FB05     3     SAPMF05A     0733     6     W     F5     228.
    It processes the item but without clearing the reference document.
    Any idea how to solve this?
    Thanks in advance,
    Peter

    Hi Tamás,
    Thanks a lot for your help. Unfortunately this OSS note is valid until SAPKH46C15, and we are already on release 4.70x200 (SAPKH47024).
    If I set the BSELK-XNOPS flag, the clearing item is found, however I still have problem with the amount.
    Best regards,

  • No appropriate line item is contained in this document : Error in F-03

    HI All,
    when I am trying to clear a G/L account in F-03, for a document I am getting the error
    'No appropriate line item is contained in this document'
    I can see the open item in FBL3N and this is not a special G/L item
    what can be the possible reason. Please let me know.
    Regards
    Rudra

    Hi All,
    Let me explain the situation a bit more clearly.
    The document contains 4 line items. with g/L accounts A, B, C, D .
    In F-03, I am entering the document number and G/L account A .
    Then when I am trying to clear I get the error, ' No appropriate line item is contained in this document'
    I checked in FBL3N. I entered the above document in selection criteria and entered all the 4 G/L accounts.
    In the output I can see 2 items. One with G/L account A , with a RED DOT and other with G/L account B
    with a TICK Symbol.
    There are no clearing documents linked.
    So please throw some pointer as to what can be the possible reason of the error and the corresponding
    solution.

    I have the same problem. I've tried to restart my Ipad and downloaded the book again several times but nothing has changed. There aren't any reviews on the book with that problem and I've got the latest version of iBook so I don't know what else I can do to get the book which I've paid for. Does anyone have another idea what I could do? (maybe one of the above might help you, Paul)

    Hi, my phone is showing this [N] symbol on right side of the status bar for certain apps like Facebook, Whatsapp, etc. Any one knows what it means?

    BTW it normally only shows if jailbreaked and also tells you that those apps are running in the background so the notifications can be poled .
