Thunderbird is deleting my emails of my profile and server minutes after I receive them. This happens even after I remove profile and re-install it.

Please do not use capitals as this implies you are shouting. I understand you are very frustrated, but shouting at those who are trying to help is not the answer.
Please offer some info so to understand your situation and setup.

Thunderbird is deleting old emails from my folders.
Using IMAP and Thunderbird 31.4.0.
In the synchronizations I have "don't delete any message" for every folder.
I reinstall Thunderbird several times. I deleted my account and made a new one.
I was using my university server and then I switched to Gmail but still I have the same issue.
The emails are deleted randomly. They can be either 10 days or 30 days old.
This is occurring for one year.
Any idea?

The problem for this case I think is gmail that deletes 30 days old emails. I could fix it by using the option "when i delete a message move it to this folder" different from trash. But here i think TB has a bug. I will create another question for the forum for this specific issue.

On my ipad mini, when I delete an email from the inbox (and it goes into Trash), it immediately deletes that email from the server (ATT/Yahoo). I've called support for both ATT and Apple and can't find a way to have the emails remain on the server.

[The curious thing is, if I "move" the deleted emails from Trash on my iPad Mini into the Inbox, I can go to my notebook, open my online email and they are back in my ATT/Yahoo Inbox.]

BTConnect SMTP server doesn't accept password authentication.
So, outgoing server just needs to be setup as follows:
Host Name: smtp.btconnect.com
User Name:

Use SSL: Off
Authentication:

You need an IMAP type email account a opposed to POP 3. Google the two words together to find out more.

My 9790 just stopped sending emails and BBMs. It does receive them on a huge lag.

Having problems with email on iPhone, iCloud, and Automatic downloads after changing email.

I recently changed my email and because of it, I can no longer use iCloud or Automatic Downloads. Automatic Downlloads says "This device is already associated with an Apple ID. Please wait 80 days to associate it with another one." iCoud says "The max amount of free accounts have been activated on this iPhone". Also, when I try to send and email from my iPhone and I type in "M", the first letter of my name, it comes up with my old email address, although it is not part of a contact my the iPhone. Would restoring the iPhone in iTunes help in solving these problems?

Restoring your phone won't fix these issues. Once you turn on Automatic Downloads you associate your phone with a specific Apple ID, which can only be changed every 90 days, as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4627. However, just because you changed you email address doesn't mean you can't keep using your former Apple ID. As for you email question, the autocomplete email suggestions you get when addressing email cannot be removed without restoring your phone as new.

You can't delete from one without affecting the other. simply change the limit on how many days of mail you want the phone to sync.
