Problem with DBMS_JAVA, GRANT_PERMISSION

I am having a problem running the GRANT PERMISSION procedure in the DBMS_JAVA package as user SYS on Oracle 8.1.6. on Windows 2000.
I ran the INITJVM script and the package DBMS_JAVA exists, and contains many more procedures than I can access.
i.e. I can see the following procs/functions:
PROCEDURE register_ep;
PROCEDURE delete_ep;
PROCEDURE server_startup;
etc. thru:

However, I cannot access the rest of the procs/functions in the package header:

I have investigated the problem a little further. During generation of the dump file, the file is writable of course. It changes to read-only when the following function is called:
dbms_datapump.detach(l_dp_handle);
However the documentation on detach (http://download-west.oracle.com/docs/cd/B14117_01/appdev.101/b10802/d_datpmp.htm#997383) says nothing about this behaviour. So I guess that my problem is just caused by a bug in the oracle server.

Hi Experts,
Please let me know the the risks of not configuring the countries in their specific country group /Molga, rather assigning them to international MOLGA 99.
I have in my SAP HR box many countries assigned to their MOLGA, but some of them like say DENMARK is assigned to 99. So please let me know the risk of doing so (like issues with reports etc).

Suppose you are customizing the payroll international version for the country UAE. So along with the driver customization you may have to group certain functions for e.g the IF condition for checkeing the SPRN for special run off cycle payments.
We may have to group this function for country UAE ( Molga AE). But during any patch upgrade, this standard function grouping will get reset. i.e the grouping for this function will get resumed to its original version. As a result your grouping for AE will not be there in the Function, which will give you an error while executing the schema. This was experienced to us while we are migrating to EHP 4.
Since there is a standard SAP Product available for country Denmark, you are recommened to proceed with the standard product, rather going for the international version. You may be able to directly use all the standard legal/statutory reports readily available with this product. Else it will cost you huge effort in developing or copying these reports.

How to know the tcode by using tdid , tdname , tdobject

I know the tdobject, tdname and tdid how can I know on which tcode this text is maintained .

There is no such rule to know the tcode with these parameters
but by the values of the Object and Objectname we will know the tcode
for example
if the Object is EKKO and Objectname is a PO number then it becomes the PO header text which belongs to ME21N tcode
similarly if the Object is EKPO it is PO item text
if the object is VBBK then it is the Sales order header text (va01 Tcode)
see the table STXH for the Std texts with these parameters

In mail the box with arrow pointing down?

I am trying to figure out what the box with a arrow over it does in mail on the new iPad. I know the folder with the arrow on it lets you select which folder to put the email into. But what does this other one do? I have no clue where it goes right now and I'm confused from the other discussions I have read. Also are you able to customize those icons in the top right corner because I wish one of the icons was a delete icon would be much easier to delete things. Thanks for any advice.

Dbms_java.grant_permission fails during the subsequent executions

Always first call succeeds for the following lines in a procedure.
dbms_java.grant_permission('MDSYS','SYS:java.io.FilePermission','D:\temp\test.dat,'read' );
dbms_java.grant_permission('SCOTT,'SYS:java.io.FilePermission','D:\temp\test.dat,'read' );
Any subsequent call does not return error message. But the other parts of the code fails to recognize the file permission and results in error.
Workaround is to run the grant_permission for a set for files separately, then the other parts of the code recognize the file permissions.

I was able to load the Productivity Suite / Free !! on both my iPad mini and my iPhone 5s with no problems and at no cost.

How do I change my icloud email when don't know the old password after I have changed my apple ID email address and the password? icloud is still online with my old email address!!!

I got a new phone but backed it up through my itunes, and when I tried to use icloud it kept telling me I have forgotten my password, when I really really didn't. So I went to settings > itunes&appstore and changed my password, but also changed the email address too while I was at it, since I've always wanted to change it. But now here's the problem. My iphone's icloud is currently logged in with my old apple ID email address, which seems to not work with the new password, so I can't log it or even delete the account off my iphone. And ovbiously, I don't know the old password that I have "forgotten", as my phone tells me. There seems to be no way of changing the icloud account now.... What should I do?!

With a contract number, how to know the total PO release value against it?

Usually one contract corresponds to multiple PO records, now we know the contract number, then how to know the total PO release value against this contract. In other word, we would like to know the total release value of all the POs with the same contract number. To just input the contract number in EKPO table? but then look for which field in this table to add these PO release values up?

I don't think you can connect a printer since you won't have the printer drivers. I use FingerPrint from collobos.com to print to my non-AirPrint printers.

You cannot do that. The AppleID you used to create the iCloud account is an active primary email address. The email address you created with the iCloud account is also an active primary email address (all Apple domain email address automatically become AppleIDs as well). You cannot replace the primary email address on one active AppleID with the primary email address on another, active AppleID.
You can use your iCloud email/AppleID with iTunes, but it will be a separate account, so all your previous purchases remain tied to the other AppleID you have.
I don't understand your statement that you could not remeber your old AppleID password, as you would have had to use it to create the iCloud account in the first place (the first step of creating the iCloud account required you to login with your existing AppleID and password)?

If the user account is associated with an Apple ID, and you know the Apple ID password, then maybe the Apple ID can be used to reset your user account password.
Otherwise, boot into Recovery by holding down the key combination command-R at startup. Release the keys when you see a gray screen with a spinning dial.
When the OS X Utilities screen appears, select
Utilities ▹ Terminal
from the menu bar.
In the Terminal window, type this:
resetpassword
That's one word with no spaces. Then press return. A Reset Password window opens.
Select your boot volume if not already selected.
Select your username from the menu labeled Select the user account if not already selected.
Follow the prompts to reset the password. It's safest to choose a password that includes only the characters a-z, A-Z, and 0-9.
Select
 ▹ Restart
from the menu bar.
You should now be able to log in with the new password, but your Keychain will be reset (empty.) If you've forgotten the Keychain password (which is ordinarily the same as your login password), there's no way to recover it.
