To maintain two rates under one Dep Key

Hi Experts,
It is not possible to maintain two rates under one Dep Key.
If your requirement is such that you need to maintain 35% and 15.% for book dep,and first rate 30% will be charge for 1st year
from capitalization date and 2nd rate applicable form next years.
if it is possible please late me inform.

Use t.code AS02. Go to Depreciation Area. Double Click the Depreciation key which you want to change. Double Click on More intervals tab which you can see at the bottom of the screen. Click on Add Interval select the new depreciation key and give the date from which it is applicable.
If you change the existing depreciation key system calculates depreciation from the date the asset has been capitalised.
So there can be one rate under one depreciation key.

Jim,
Before starting the database A, did you set ORACLE_SID=A from command line? You can run as many instances you want from single server provided you enough memory, processing power. Also try starting your instances usign window services and check and post some lines from alert.log for database A.

Two devices under one apple ID, how do I keep my privacy?

I have two devices under one apple ID, my sister's iPhone 4s and my own iPod touch 5. iMessages and FaceTime requests etc are being sent to both devices instead of the specific one it's meant to be sent to. For example, I am recieving the iPhone's iMessages on my iPod as well, when they are meant to be only sent to the iPhone. Also, will safari history and bookmarks/app downloads and passwords etc be shown on both devices as well?

Remember this construct:
One Apple ID per individual; one device per Apple ID. If you have two devices you should have an Apple ID for each unless you want both devices to draw from the same iTunes Library. This is your situation now.
If you open iTunes and select one device to configure, then go through the configuration options for Apps, Music, etc. and select what you want synched to that device. Repeat the process for your other device. This is the best you can do to keep each device's configuration different.

Two iPads under one apple account at AppStore

Please advice is it possible to use two iPads under one Apple account in Apostore ? It's necessary for me to get the same apps for my iPad and for my wife's one.

you can do this with no problems. i have several 4 ipads/iphones all using the same apple account with no issues. in itunes you can choose which apps go to each ipad/iphone - by default all apps go to each, but you can turn this off and choose what you want. a bonus of using the same account is that if you do want the same app, you only have to buy it once.

The requirement is that all should be in one roadmap, that is this all should be done one after the other.
Is it possible that the employee will also be able to skip applications.

There is no problem to use like taht.
you can create any number of tasks of diffrent users or same user under same Transport Request.
it won't create any problem also.
you need to transport those tasks with that Transport request.
individuval taska won't be transported.

I'm using a PCI-6221 card and CVI 7.1.
I have a tri-axis vibration sensor and two other pressure transducers.
I want to take 10k samples from each vibration axis at 80 kHz. This is
possible by configuring the scan rate of the "vibration task" to 240
kHz. (The card maximum is 250 kHz).
I want to take 1k samples from each pressure transducer at 250 kHz. This happens very infrequently.
Each measurement is required by a separate task.
I thought I could do this by setting up three finite tasks (1
vibration, 2 pressure), but DAQmx won't let me run more than one AI
task at a time. I've read other posts here, and I realize I have to
add/remove physical channels on-demand.
What is the best way to optimize this setup so that I'm not hogging up system resources?
Should I do the following?
1. Stop the task
2. Remove the vibration channels from the task
3. Add in a pressure channel
4. Configure the pressure channel
5. Start the task
6. Take the pressure samples
7. Stop the task
8. Remove the pressure channel from the task
9. Add in the vibration channels
10. Configure the vibration channels
11. Start the task
Also, the vibration portion is running in finite mode, but I'm looping
it. Should I switch it to continuous and run the "DAQmxReadAnalogF64"
to sample the latest 10k samples. (If the task is continuous, would I
pull the latest 10k samples, or would I pull some old buffered samples
instead?)

Hello Nobody,
If you configure your task timing to acquire a finite number of
samples, then you can only read the number of samples that you
specified in your configuration. Once you try to read more
samples, you will receive the error you are seeing.
If you configure your task timing for continuous acquisition,k then you
can read samples indefinitely. Any given DAQmx Read will read the
oldest unread samples in the buffer.
If you are going to be switching between different tasks, you will definitely need to stop one before you start the other one.

Maintaining two separate calendars - one for work, one for home...

I have the original iphone with all the updated software. I am currently running 2.1. I was very encouraged by the fact that the iphone now supports different calendars, however I cannot figure out how to do so.
I would like to use Outlook 2003 at work to maintain my work appointments and then I would like to use Google, or Outlook 2003 (anything would be fine, I just do not want to pay $100 just to get a calendar) at home - anything to post my personal items on.
I do not mind if my work items are posted to my personal calendar at home (in an Outlook folder called "home"), but I do not want the reverse. I do not want personal appointments posted on my office calendar.
I got it set up that way on my home Outlook, but when I got to work and tried to sync my phone, it created a weird third calendar even though I selected the option only sync the main calendar (called calendar on both my home computer and my work computer).
What am I doing wrong? Any help would be much appreciated.

You cannot have two different TC setups.. at least until Mountain Lion.. it did introduce some changes but I am not sure if you can setup two different configurations for TM.. you can use two different devices to back up to. I doubt this will help you.
You might be better using a real backup software.. superduper, CCC, chronosync etc.
The TC by default is available to any Mac in the network to do backups. TM will sort itself out and put each computer on a different backup. These are kept in separate sparsebundles.. so that is all fine.

Two artists under one album cover

There is two albums on my itouch that the songs from two artists have been added to each others playlists.
I open the music folder select the artist then the album and everything seems ok but when I select a song then look at now playing and tap the album cover the songs that are displayed have another artists within the list.This is also the same if I flick through the album covers then tap the same one the additional songs are in the list.
I have tried to re-load these albums but it just happened again.

Do the two albums by any chance have the same title? The iPod has trouble handling albums with the asme title, in that case you can change the titles to distinguish one from the other. For instance if the albums were both Greatest Hits, rename one Artist A - Greatest Hits and the other Artist 2 - Greatest Hits.

I’m using oracle database 10.2g, with data (~40G) since 2005 for retail, account, time attendance.... systems,
1-i don't want to lose any of those data
2- I’m not going to change our application we just finish the whole implementation,
So I’m planning to split the database to two users one (historical data) and the other (Current data),
But i still want the finance, and credit control department to run the reports as it is.
So can i create a new user (middle_layer) with views to read the data from the two users (historical Data) and (Current Data)
And update, insert and delete on the data of (current data) user only?
For example:

May I using one iTunes base (library, rating, configs etc.) on two PCs (two iTunes under one AppStore account)?

My music is on the portable disk, may I place iTunes files there and configure its like as portable apps?

Yes, though having only one copy of the library isn't wise. Here is an earlier post of mine on this topic.

Although it isn't possible to sync an Apple device with two different libraries it is possible to sync with the same logical library from multiple computers. Each library has an internal ID and when iTunes connects to your iPod/iPad/iPhone it compares the local ID with the one the device normally syncs with. If they are the same you can go ahead and sync...
I have my library cloned to a small 1Tb USB drive which I can take between home & work. At either location I use SyncToy 2.1 to update the local copy with the external drive. Mac users should be able to find similar tools. I can open either of the local libraries or the one on the external drive and update the media content of my iPhone. The slight exception is Photos which normally connects to a specific folder on a specific machine, although that can easily be remapped to the current library if you create a "Photos" folder inside the iTunes Media folder so that syncing the iTunes folders keeps this up to date as well. I periodically sweep my library for new files & orphans with iTunes Folder Watch just in case I make changes at one location but then overwrite the library with a newer copy from the other. Again Mac users should be able to find similar tools.
As long as your media is organised within an iTunes Music or Tunes Media folder, in turn held inside the main iTunes folder that has your library files (whether or not you let iTunes keep the media folder organised) each library can access items at the same relative path from the library folder so the library can be at different drives/paths on different machines. This solution ensures I always have adequate backups of my library and I can update my devices whenever I can connect to the same build of iTunes.
