To replace SAP script with smartform in customer statement using t-code F.27

Hi, I have a requirement to replace SAP script while generating a customer statement form using F.27 with Smartform. The standard program which triggers the SAP script is RFKORD11. Can anyone tell me how can we achieve this. Thanks in advance. BR, Karthik.

I have a requirement to automate sending customer statement form which is triggered through T-code: F.27. For this we are trying to replace the SAP script which is triggered from program RFKORD11 with Smartform. We have tried copy the program RFKORD11 to a custom one which assigned to the correspondance type in t-code OB78 and do the modifications, but we could not do so as we are not authorized to copy the program. Re your question A:
F140_CUS_STAT_01 and F140_CUS_STAT_02 are SAP standard forms for customer statement. You can use either one but usually you will create your own (by copying) to add company logo and name, etc.
If you use program RFKORD11 for customer statement, you specify the form to be used in the "Correspondence" field.

Yes you can migrate script to smartform there are different ways to migrate.
Use program SF_MIGRATE..
to migrate from scripts to smartforms.

Hi All,
We have an urgent requirement where we need to search for a character string in all SAP Scripts and Smartforms in our system.
It would also help if we can get the names of programs/function modules which are internally generated for the same.
Any pointers on the same would be helpful.

You can create a variable window in the main window.
You can restrict the last item of the main window by varying the size of main window. In your wite-form ,

No function module is there..
But go to T-code..Smartforms and in the menubar..
Utilities-->Migration->Import SApScript Form.
U can thus migrate SAPScipt to smartforms...
How ever a lot of changes have to be done in the migrated one,,

Toolbar: replace SAP icon with custom icon

Hello,
in the account overview (component BP_HEAD, view BPHEADOverview), the implementation class (CL_BP_HEAD_BPHEADOVERVIEW_IMPL) contains method IF_BSP_WD_TOOLBAR_CALLBACK~GET_BUTTONS where the buttons for the account overview are collected.
Here you can check which buttons are used by SAP standard, e.g. for the PDF fact sheet, an icon is added:
ls_button-icon_src = '/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_ppm/w_pdf__s.gif' .
Now, I wanted to replace the given icon by another, customer-specific icon. I've tried to change the given URL to anything else, however, it didn't work. I even found out that the given URL is not necessary, it even works with this:
ls_button-icon_src = 'w_pdf__s.gif' .
ls_button-icon_src = 'i_do_not_exist/w_pdf__s.gif' .
Thus, I assume that there's some kind of mapping of the icon name (e.g. "w_pdf__s.gif") is mapped to any table entry or whatever hard-coded.
Does anyone having experience with replacing the icon with a custom-specific one and can provide the necessary steps?

           You can use below sample code to get corresponding url for any standard sap icon:
lv_icon = 'ICON_LED_GREEN'.
*   Convert icon code into URL and prepare bee
    lv_icon = cl_bsp_mimes=>sap_icon( id = lv_icon ).
    lr_image->src = lv_icon.
Also, all the icons are available in the database table 'ICON'.

Customer Statement using SAP Script and Standard print program RFKORD10

Using sap script and standard print program RFKORD10 I need to create a customer statement where the main window will be as follows

For each document number selected there will be one to many records in VBRP. For each invoice item in VBRP:
u2022     Select BSTKD from VBKD where
o     VBELN = VBRP-VGBEL and
o     POSNR = VBRP-VGPOS
u2022     If no hits then select BSTKD from VBKD where
o     VBELN = VBRP-VGBEL
If there is more than one PO per invoice then list them in the Customer PO field without repeating the other fields.PO shouldnu2019t come more than once per invoice.
             Debit Amt         if BSEG-SHKZG = S then WRBTR ELSE 0
             Credit Amt        if BSEG-SHKZG = H then WRBTR ELSE 0

The custom form is getting displayed properly. But the requirement is to have it as an editable PDF. So the functional team is working on configuring the settings of PDF forms with customers email address.
But for right now, i customized the standard form F140_ACC_STAT_01 and standard print program RFKORD10_PDF and did the configuration. It is getting displayed (I tested only with the transaction FBL5N - customer open line items..)
Please let me know any further details on this.

Invoice SAP SCRIPT is not printing Customer master text.

I was given a SD-invoice# XXXXXXXXX, which has problem with in it's SAP SCRIPT --> is the text is taken from "customer master data head office text" is not printed on the SCRIPT out put.
1). What I don't understand by going to /nvf03 --> by giving invoice number , then how can I view the script output ?
The text is supposed to print in footer ...however the coding inthe FOOTER window is
/: INCLUDE 'Z_FOOTER_SO_4700_INV' OBJECT TEXT ID ADRS LANGUAGE 'IT'
So, do I need to add coing for text of customer master data ?
Any idea about text and field name ?

Hello,
To see the output go to /VF03, enter the billing document number but don't press enter. Go to Billing Document in the menu bar, Issue Output to, select a line and do a print preview (if there's nothing there, the doc hasn't been printed before).
To print the text, ask somebody to navigate to where it is in SAP. Double click on it, choose Got -> Header. This will give you all the information you need for the INCLUDE.
The INCLUDE statement you have is for a standard text (trans: SO), not the "customer master data head office text".

Not able to Export sap script with RSTXSCRP in different languages IT,ES

Hi all,
I am trying to export sap script to local file using this program RSTXSCRP, but it's working fine for English but not other languages like IT,ES and DA. Even if i specify parameter in selection screen Language vector as IT. It's not exporting code from sap script for IT language. By default it's exporting only EN.
Can you please tell me what I have to do to export sap script from different language.

For Translating you can do it by
Going in transaction SE63 -> Translation -> Abap objects -> Other Long Texts -> FS Forms and Styles.
There you have to enter client and form name source lang. and target lang.
Then you export it with the program RSTXSCRP in the language u have translated....
As you have form created in English and you can download and upload it in only English .

You will have to congure in the SAPscript name and the driver program against the desired output type
In the transaction NACE - > select the application type - > out put type button on top - > Select the output type from the list and then click on the Processing routines from the tree on right . Now maintain the Program name, SAPscript name , etc here.

What is the functionality of &VBDKR-NETWR( 10)& in sap script and smartform

I came across this &VBDKR-NETWR(<10)& when I was migrating the script as smartform. I would like to know wht is functionality of &VBDKR-NETWR(<10)& i.e. <10's meaning. I am facing problem in printing the amount. So many alignment problems are coming.

Dyanamic table is SAP Script with horizontal and vertical lines

Hi,
I need to display the data of the table in the SAP script which is having both horiziontal and vertival lines.
the out put needs to looks as it in Excel...where there are multiple records with 5 fixed coulmns each seprated from one another by horizonalt and vertical lines..
I thinking about useing the Box with XPOS and YPOS who value changes dynamicaaly..
But again as the number of pages might be more than one..i think there will issues,
Can you let me know how to proceed in SCRIPT ,,,, where the number of records might vary ..and also ..it might continue to second page..

well it is possible but quite tricky.
All you got in SAP-SCRIPT to achieve this is the BOX-Statement.
The BOX statement works with variables for XPOS, YPOS, WIDTH and HEIGHT. what you need to do is:
- calculate those variables during runtime
- add box-statements with those variables.
to calculate those variables you need to count used lines and so on. i hope i showed you a way, rest is a lil brainwork then.
