Writing this message was not my first intention but I posted questions on this forum and had no answers. So I went to the SAP support to open a case on my problems but the site brought me back here.
Who am I supposed to talk to when I have questions for which I ABSOLUTELY need answers ?

Complaining to the regulator - OFCOM

I was under the impression the regulator worked for us and that it was in place to help assist when the usual complaints process proved unsatistactory.
A quick look at the OFCOM website suggests this is not the case and my only avenue is to complain to BT about the dreadful BT complaints procedure to get my phone & broadband issues fixed.
Is this correct? Has any one has success with BT's formal complaints procedure?

HT5622 I just got my iphone. I pushed the app button and it's stuck on the regulations. I can't do anything to bring the app page up. I set up my apple id but it just stays on that page.

After four days it's definitely not doing anything. The spinning 'beachball' means it's siezed up. Can you click away from the window involved and get to the Finder? Try hitting command-option-escape and force quit anything listed there are 'not responding'. If you can't get that list up you'll have to force a shud down: hold the power button until it shuts down. Then try again with your fingers crossed.

AT&T customers service reps. (Phone) and in the store not on the same page!

On 6/27/15, I called into the 1(800) number to order a new phone and change my plan to the "Next" plan. I went through whole process with the rep over the phone. I asked if I could pick up the phone from the AT&T store in my area. She told me I would have to go into the store and got through the process there. She stated, I would only have to pay the taxes (around $42) on the phone and pick what installment plan I wanted. Well I went into the store and spoke with a sales rep. picked the phone I wanted and proceeded with the process. First I was told I had to pay my bill which was not an issue $127 the rep double charged my card. In which a manager had to fix. Then I was told I had to pay $200 for downpayment to be on the Next plan. When questioned was told oh we do this for customers getting an additional line, t(the rep I spoke to that morning said paid the taxes for the phone) so I paid the $200. On 7/9/15 upon paying my bill I happened to look at the details of my account. I notice the charge of $201 on 6/27/15 but my bank account reflected the amount of $242. from AT&T. So I called customer service and spoke with a rep by the name of Robert. Robert explained the confusion then, stated I did not have to pay the $201 for the Next plan. I asked if I could have the $201 moved towards my bill, he stated yes it would not be an issue. When he tried to make the adjustment he was unable to and informed me that I would have go into the store. He also verified with his supervisor of the issue. He said he would have all the info needed documented on my account. Later that day I went on the AT&T site to remove the mobile TV app and was unable do. So I got on the chat live contacted a rep Arvin, who helped me with issue. Then I asked him the same question in reference the Next plan. He confirmed with a supervisor that indeed I did not have to pay downpayment, just the tax. He also put in notes on my account and said go into the store. I arrive to the store (Snellville, GA) and was approached by Pamela. I told her the issue and she proceed to tell me, that AT&T runs credit checks for additional lines. Which when I transferred to AT&T they ran a credit check. But for an additional line and switch to another plan. I told her what the other 4 reps which includes the original rep that I started the initial order on the morning of 6/27 told me. Pamela stated that they were wrong and did not know what they were talking about and they don't deal with customers as the store does. And she would look at my account and see. I told her I have the print out of the chat from Arvin. After she read the notes she proceeded to tell me I was wrong and the other reps were wrong and then she called the 800 number spoke with a customer service and the rep she spoke with told her "NO" they don't do that and I was correct in what I was saying about my the issue. Pamela told her, she was incorrect and that she need to go read the regulations and gave her reg to look up. During this time my mom was with me and she informed me a family friend was supervisor for AT&T Corporate office and to call her. In which we did and she stated the same of course Pamela said we wrong and was nice nasty in reference to it as in being a know it all that she just couldn't be wrong. My issue wasn't resolved and I felt like AT&T took my money and called myself and the 5 employees that worked there liars. For a company that has been on the news for overcharging their customers you would think that your company would have better customer service and all on the same page. And if the majority and a Supervisor were agreeing and saying that same thing. Pamela should have did the change on the account and not have a customer your company says it values to leave the store feeling the way I did. Meaning knowing that I was upset and that I was told the same thing by 5 employees of your company, Pamela should have tried to compensate me or made sure that I wouldn't have any thoughts of going to another phone company. I was made to feel like I was lied to. It's bad enough when you walk into the stores the reps are on you like vultures. And you feel overwhelmed and like you're at car lot. And the reps are wheeling and dealing for their commission. Now I'm concerned if I chose the right company???

I didn't even do the survey and the reps in the store said it had to be done over the phone I just never called back I had already taken time to drive to the store I wasn't about to waste more time dealing with an upgrade over the phone I just figured doing an upgrade over the phone would be the same as doing it in the store I don't understand what the difference is

How to change the date considered for taxing purposes?

Hello All,
In the preparation for the new tax rate in Québec, I need to configure the system to consider two dates in order to proporly select the TVQ rate. The change date as well as the current and the next rate were already set in FTXP. But when I try to make a payment the rate is taken according to the invoice date.
The regulation requires it to be the earliest of (Due Date) and (Payment Date). How can I configure that?

under UK legislation, if your are out of contract (and not owing the carrier any debts!) they are LEGALLY obliged to unlock you, and within a certain number of (few) days.. search OFCOM for the regulations.
That said, they are also entittled to charge you for this (usually about £20!)
I believe, that this can also be done via an APPLE STORE, but the first option is always the Origional Network carrier.
Orange has a terrible repuation now for customer service (which is just one reason they changed their name to EE!, and yes, this is fact which is why they came Bottom in several recent customer satisfaction surveys.. so they are not going to rush to help you leave them are they..)

Foreign trade! Legal regulation control

If someone has worked on FT-Legal Regulation,kindly tell me whether it is possible to control regulations on the basis of Sales Organisation rather than Country of origin(which is derived from plant).
The requirement is in Intercompany Business <b>wherein the delivering plant is the same</b> and the regulation needs to be picked on the basis of sales organisation.
Ex :
Sales Org 1000 only blocks for Z2 and does not block for Z3
Sales Org 2000 only blocks for Z3 and does not block for Z2
Sales Org 5300 does not block for Z2 or Z3 Legal Regs

I have done a Foreign trade implementation.
The core team of the client are FT experts and they would tell you about the legal requirements. Your job is to map them in SAP FT.
In this process you would gain Knowledge about Foreign trade regulations of that country. Remember its country specific.
The ECCN's are provided by the client. Info abt the same is extensivley available on the NET.
You have to get the list of all the mtrls which fall under the controlled cantegory of the respective commerce ministry and then start the config setting these mtrls as relevant for FT checks.

Problem of synchronization during the export

Hello.
My config: Windows 7, premiere elements 9
The movie lasts about 4min, I have 3 video tracks and 3 audio tracks).
The first exports were completed but since I made modififications of titration, nothing goes more.
At the end of 2m30 of movie I 2 track sound move then become again synchronous.
I'm looking for solutions since many hours without finding anything, so all the ideas are welcome.
I already have to try several tracks among which the one was to return to the version 7 of quicktime because I know that with avid there are sometimes problems of export because of incompatibility of software and among others quicktime.

I filmed with a camera Canon XA10.
The regulations were 1920*1080 50I.
The video files are in the .MTS (25 f/s).
I have a track sound with the music in .MP3 and two track sound in the .MTS
My regulation of project was HDV1920*1080 25 f/s for the video and 48khz for the audio.
I tried all the possible formats of export but the one that I want is the MPEG2 1920*1080 25p.

I keep trying to poke them into action. I did send a email to the regulator who seemed to indicate the license or regulations we good to go . Maybe thier so hard pressed in building sites as you said although it seemed wrapped up a year ago. My friend ATT service is excellent here and the exact location has att tower there so I know this would work its just a matter of prodding Verizon into action . my hope is they will notice and do something about this .

Regulations will not appear until you assign objects to your organization such as Sub processes , policies and Indirect-Entity-Level Controls that have been assigned to regulations.

AE CC 2014 - Error: Unable to allocate enough memory to render the current frame 7 :: 66

AE CC 2014 13.0.2
Error while rendering a 3840 x 2160 Quicktime movie in AE CC 2014. Always gets to about 16 seconds of the 30 second render and fails. One layer in the animation is 5000 x 5000, big but certainly not a problem in the past with AE CC and 64GB of ram.
Have not had this problem on AE CC or my previous Mac Pro.
Current MAC PRO:
Tried adjusting ram, purging, setting "clear frames" under the secret menu. Disk cache set to 128GB.
Here are a few more strange things:
If I have MAX ram set to 52 GB how is AE using 100% of 64 GB?

OK. So, here's what happened in AE CC 12.2.1.5 using my 5000 x 5000 Quicktime source files in the project. Failed. Error 7 :: 66 again.
Happened at approximately the same time 16:06 of 30:00.
I watched at RAM data at the bottom as it rendered. The % kept climbing as it rendered. When it got to 80-82% of 64GB it leveled off, then it would go from 82% to 81% to 80% then back up to 81%. Looked like AE was regulating the amount of RAM used. But it steadily kept rendering with very little slowing. Then around 12 seconds (comp time) it went past 82% and climbed all the way to 100% of 64GB RAM and failed. Seems to do the same in AE CC 2014 13.0.2.
3000 x 3000 source Quicktimes work ok and don't go past the regulated % of RAM. Seems strange and a shame though. Obviously AE can handle the large resolution source video files. If I was rendering a 10 second file movie I'd be golden and the error would most likely never happen. We are doing lots of 4K for up coming TV projects so the higher resolutions will be very important.
Thoughts?
Any other tests I can run to help sort this out?

DG_CL USER DEFINED TEXT POPULATING THE DG MASTER DURING FILL

Good day,
My question is regarding having the Dangerous Goods User-Define Text (SAP_EHS_1022_042) characteristics SAP_1022_042_PPDG (Profile) & SAP_EHS_1022_042_TEXT) populate on to the DG Master during fill.
1. The characteristics are maintained on the DG_CL
2. The Regulations are assigned the appropriate DG Profile
3. Table mapping is in place (verified via CGAC)
4. User Profiles have been created
I am looking to have the DG Fill populate the above information to the following fields on the DG Master: DG Profile (PPDG1 & PPDG2) and User Defined Text (PDGF1 &PDGF2).
When the DG Fill is executed, the DG Master is created with Class, PKG, SEG Key, Description....etc; however, the User Defined Text information is not brought over.
Our data model is that we inherit the DG_CL data on to the Real Substance.
I appreciate any assistance or information you can provide.

I can not go intodetails but please check EHS DG customizing. You will find an activity in which the mapping is done (EHS product safety structure/data to DG data); by enlarging you should be able to get the data filled. May be you need to implement an additional function module.

Get the property tree details of a specification of a material

I have a requirement to get the details of the properties of a specification like regulations,physical properties etc. in a report.
please help me to get the values of the properties.
For example, if you have the TSCA list in the regulation, i need to get the entries of that.
I tried with the FM C1F2_SUBSTANCES_READ_WITH_REF. But it is not working.

may be I misinterpret you. This would be my understanding:
a.) using a e.g. list of materials you would like to find the specifications related to them
b.) then as specifications are found you would like like to get "values" read from property tree.
As mentioned in many threads. this is EHS "core function"; therefore I would never try to generate a new report or a new transaction to solve the demand. The best option is like this:
a.) using CG02 you can upload a list of materials (by be some OSS might be missing in your system to do so) ; by doing this you will get a hit list
b.) by using one of the standard output variants you will get the output as required (and quite flexible !)
This is very user friendly. If the existing output variants are not "useful" you can create easily your own one and combine this with the "search" options as mentioned above This output variant can be designed to use "ALV".
If you take a look on EHS standard in theory you have further options. Using HSM solution you can "map" EHS core values to a HSM master data; this data you can then analyse or e.g. distribute per ALE etc.
The "main" issue in your approach is: what is the question which you would like to "solve" (address)? Is there the need to check values regularly ? and if so why?
Example: in most cases there is the need to maintain in e,g. "Density" at least three data records (and if you are acting in NAFTA region may be more). The same is true for many "properties" as well; many people believe that there is only one data record per property; but this is in many cases not correct (e.g. GHS data, etc. etc.).
Depending on the "physical data" your would like to get: partially such data is prepared in the "DG" master as well (e.g. flashpoint etc.).
I would try always to use the EHS core functionaly as much as possible. Therefore the use of "output variants" are in most cases a very good option to solve the demand (and in 90% of the cases the existing variants are sufficient).
Check: Search and Data Output in the Specification Information System - Basic Data and Tools (EHS-BD) - SAP Library
But clealry you can use a combination of"function modules" as existing in EHS. Please check the links I have provided. I would suggest to analyse e..g. output variant "EXCEL" to "learn" how SAP has done the job in retrieving the data: this is always a good approach,

Pressure regulator

Now i'm doing a project with labview which is about how to regulate the pressure inside the tube. Each time when we inject fuel into tube and at the other end we have another drive to drain the fule in order to keep the pressure constant inside the tube. But this two actions are not happen simutaneously. when we inject for a while and notice the pressure in the tube is out of the range we will began to let the empty valve to open. I have an idea but it's not so accurate. Is there any labview build-in regulating stuff that can accurately control the filling and emptying process? i have attached my vi, that is just a simple idea, the drain and fill vi is to generate pulse to control injector action. Right now we can not decide how big signal should give to injector that can give very accurate results. Is there any way to accurately offer pulse as we want. If some one have any idea about it, give me a hint is also ok.

I have attached the manual for the regulator (known as a beta positioner). Please see page 2 for the schematic. There are only two wires. I have confirmed this with a representative from the company, but they were unable to help with the wiring.
We have had this air supply system for a few years, and previously (before I came here) it was using a PC-AO-2DC card for the current output, and the connections were as follows:
Regulator (+) to +24VDC power supply
Regulator (-) to PC-AO-2DC (ICH0 - pin 1)
Power Supply (-) to PC-AO-2DC (AGND - pin 11)
(We are using an 'International Power' power supply which provides 24 VDC at 1.2 Amps.)
As I mentioned in my first problem statement, I have tried a similar setup with the PCI-6704 but that did not work.
Please let me know if you need anything else.
