Complaining to the regulator - OFCOM

I was under the impression the regulator worked for us and that it was in place to help assist when the usual complaints process proved unsatistactory.
A quick look at the OFCOM website suggests this is not the case and my only avenue is to complain to BT about the dreadful BT complaints procedure to get my phone & broadband issues fixed.
Is this correct? Has any one has success with BT's formal complaints procedure?

    Try this  - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.     2015 january 30 set charger (usb cable and power adapter 220) were put on the warranty repair service brand, Saint-Petersburg, 11 line V.O. d.22, where I was told that the charger will be ordered and waiting time of 5-7 days.
    2015 february 10 me was to make a call to the service brand, where I was told that in order to service center to order, it is necessary to me on the phone to disable the "Find my iPhone". On the legal question as to why I did not said when accepting the goods for repair to answer and could not, the question of why not call, said that rang, but I did not answer, though missed calls on my phone between 30.01 - 10.02 was not. Maximum kindly informed that now disable the function as soon as the call. At the end of the tube said ok, ordering, delivery time 1-2 days!
    2015 february 25 After 2 weeks and one day I made another call to the service brand and once again asked the fate of my charger.
    Long something figured out and said that in a way. On the question of how long these things usually come was said about 5-7 business days. Argue that the previous call was 10 february and it was already 10 workers and 5 days off could not. On direct and specific question: "When will the charge in your office?", Said vaguely: "Maybe next week" Suppose ordered just that, at the time of the call, and then about 5-7 working days to all converges and 10 february just scored forgotten etc.
    I think that this behavior is unacceptable authorized service representative and discredit the bright image of Apple in Russia.

  • How to complain to the NI headquarter if a NI Subsidiary sold a wrong product to the customer

    As I have posted in another thread: part number of 68M-50F
    NI China refused to replace the wrong product with the correct one, despite this wrong product was comfirmed by their sales guy in the first place.
    Does anyone know how to complain this situation to their headquarter? I feel very disappointed with NI China, both of their knowledge and attitudes.
    Or what is the normal response from NI in this case?

    I want to know how to complain to the NI headquarter after you have sent 6 or more e-mails and 2 long distance phone calls to a NI Subsidiary and the staff showing no respect, not writing back a single e-mail with the PRICE of the product!!! (We´ll be sending it, in 24 hours. Hold on.) The deadline of our project is today, practically over, and we have to accept as inevitable to buy a DAQ board from a different brand. I think its a complete lack of respect and it's against recent global marketing procedures. We have being buying (and being the responsible for this decision) NI products for almost 12 years! Shame.

    Select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
    Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will need to click the large ‘Report A Problem’ button under the list of previous purchases in order to reveal the ‘Report A Problem’ link for your recent purchase. If your purchase is listed as a previous purchase use the small arrow on the left side of its listing.
    Alternatively you can use the receipt email to report a problem.

  • HT5622 I just got my iphone.  I pushed the app button and it's stuck on the regulations.  I can't do anything to bring the app page up.  I set up my apple id but it just stays on that page.

    After four days it's definitely not doing anything. The spinning 'beachball' means it's siezed up. Can you click away from the window involved and get to the Finder? Try hitting command-option-escape and force quit anything listed there are 'not responding'. If you can't get that list up you'll have to force a shud down: hold the power button until it shuts down. Then try again with your fingers crossed.

    Other than a couple of minor adjustments, such as the one that Diavonex suggested above, there is nothing that a user can do in settings to adjust color. There is no way to calibrate the color like you can do with a computer monitor.

    I've had the single-worst customer service experience I've ever had with an online retailer when I tried to buy 3 iTunes email gift certificates on Xmas Day, and I want to send the story of this nightmare to someone who might actually care or do something about it.
    I'll post the story that I sent to the Level 2 support supervisor below, but she ended up doing nothing to fix my problems & then refunded my purchase instead of trying to fix the problem.  I want to complain about her & the service in general...who do I go to?
    Here's the note I sent the supervisor on 12/29:
    Here's the deal:  On Christmas day, I wanted to purchase three $20 email gift certificates from iTunes.  They were for three separate people, but all were being sent to the same email address:t
    At first I tried to pay via PayPal, but that did not work; I did everything properly...got sent to PayPal's site, authorized the payment, and PayPal says "You have successfully created a billing agreement".  But then when you hit the "Return to iTunes Store" button, a "Launch Application" window pops up that says "This link needs to be open with an application"  Then the white part of the box says "iTunes, there's a "Choose an Application:Select" button.  At the bottom of this box, there's a checkmark box that says "Remember my choice for itmss links".
    I choose 'iTunes' in the 'select' box, and then it opens a new iTunes page.  But when I check the 'Account' options, it shows "No Credit Card Selected"...it did not recognize my selection of PayPal, it did not recognize PayPal's APPROVAL of my selection to use them for my iTunes purchases.
    This exact thing happened back in November, I worked with many iTunes techs, and I thought it was resolved...but apparently it wasn't.
    Anyhow, back to Christmas day...I went ahead and bought two of the certificates using my debit card.  They went well, but then when I went to purchase the third card, a box popped up & said "You cannot make any more iTunes purchases.  Please check back later".  That's right, you were telling me NOT TO BUY ANYTHING ELSE, even though the debit card was fine.  So I changed the credit card info to another card, and I was able to purchase the final certificate.
    But I noticed I didn't get any receipts in my email...I figure it was a busy day, it'll just take a while.  About 6 hours later, when talking to the recipients' father, I told them I sent the certificates, but they checked, and nothing had arrived.  I came home, & opened the transactions & hit "Report a Problem", then went to bed.
    The next day, Monday, I noticed that the receipts finally arrived in my inbox.  So I figured this meant that the cards were sent to the recipients as well.  I was so certain of this that I didn't check with the recipients until Tuesday, and they said they had not received anything.
    Now it's Wednesday, and I get the follow-up email from Raffi in your customer service department, and he sent me some 'canned' crap about " This can happen if the recipient's email address was typed incorrectly, or if the Gift Certificate email was deleted or filtered as junk email."  I'm not a moron; I entered that email address correctly over a dozen times, and the recipients aren't morons; they know how to check the spam filter, and they're LONG TIME Apple customers who deal w/iTunes all the time. 
    He also told me how to 'Resend' the certificates using the 'resend' button when you pull up the transactions in iTunes 'Account' info.  But when I tried to resend them, I got a message that says "Your request is temporarily unable to proceed.  Please try again later".  That message STILL comes up, over 24 hours later.
    After that happened yesterday, I went ballistic & contacted Apple via the phone, which escalated to you.  The supervisor I talked to said there was a 'block' placed on my account preventing PayPal payments...but that didn't really address the other issues.  The issues are:
    Why am I prevented from buying things with PayPal. 
    Why was I prevented from buying the 3rd certificate on Xmas day?
    Why am I unable to resend the certificates...it appears I'm 'blocked' on this, too.
    Why haven't these certificates been delivered?
    I'm REALLY furious over all this.  I thought Apple was supposed to be the best (we're new customers, buying our first product in November, an iPod Touch)...but I've had nothing but problems.  Not from the product, but from trying to SPEND MONEY WITH YOU!!!
    I want answers.  I want YOU to send official, Apple-branded email gift certificates to the recipients.  I do NOT want to send them an email from me with the redemption codes, which show up in the transactions when you pull them up in 'Purchase History' in the 'Account' screen in iTunes.
