Tools to list all table-field used by a program

Hello everyone
Is there any available tool providing the list of fields used by a program?
There are several tools to list the tables used by a program but I need to have a list of the fields of those tables.
Here is a scenario.
DATA: lv_matnr TYPE matnr.
SELECT SINGLE matnr INTO lv_matnr FROM mara WHERE mtart = 'FERT'
WRITE:/ lv_matnr.
The list should contain the following information:
MARA-MATNR
MARA-MTART
Because both fields are used by the program. None of the other fields of the table mara should be listed.

I imagine this is a pretty easy one, but does anyone know what the script would be to list all form fields in the console? Specifically, at the moment, I only need it for buttons, but I imagine it would be useful for any fields as well.

Its a toolbar button that lists all fields that are required. It could easily be changed to filter for any field parameter, or none.

Need a query to list all table names

I have more than 500 tables in my database.
'insert_date' & 'update_date' columns are found in more than 100 tables with data type as date.
I need a query to list all table names and 'insert_date' , 'update_date' column's content.

How to list all the Fields for an Active Directory Object

How do I list all the fields that an Active Directory object contains? I know the most common ones, but would like to enumerate through all the fields and obtain the type of fields and their values...

I have been able to obtain all the Computer, Contact, Group and OU objects without issue with this code...

To check where a table is used in other programes

how do i check where a table is used in other programes, i tried using se37, which is for checking functions but it doesnt help.

Not sure if this is simply a matter of going into SE11, put the table name in, and there is a where used option on the toolbar ?
From here you can select what objects you want to search in.
Is there a more complex requirement ?

Here you're passing only the join table t_pa0001_pa0002. If you want to display the other tables as well, then u must have an internal table that has the columns of all the 3 tables. Then u need to buil;d the fieldcatalog accordingly and then display that table,

in ABAP, read the table (keys and values) and write it to the ITS context, e.g. with field names KEY and VALUE.
On the ITS template, write code like this:

How to list a table field as a checkbox on ALV with button to update tbl

The requirement of my report transaction is to display rows of the z_table
where one of the fields (revision complete? y/n) is to be displayed as a
checkbox.
This checkbox is editable for the user to check or uncheck.
When the user edits the checkbox, there is to be a clickbutton on the ALV Grid
that says UPDATE TABLE
When the clickbutton is pressed a status screen or message should be displayed
telling the user that X number of rows were updated.
The output of the ALV grid should be refreshed to display the output but with
the edited rows gray'ed out.
Can anyone help me with an example of how to do this? I am new to ABAP so as
much detail you can give the better. Hopefully that will help others as well

The following steps might be useful .
In the final internal table for display,in the data definition define a field of character 1,
eg: mark(1) .
This must be first field for display.
Then, while populating fieldcat,make options checkbox as 'X' AND edit as 'X'.
example code:
READ TABLE IT_FIELDCAT INTO WA_FIELDCAT INDEX 1.
WA_FIELDCAT-CHECKBOX = 'X'.
WA_FIELDCAT-EDIT = 'X'.
MODIFY IT_FIELDCAT FROM WA_FIELDCAT INDEX SY-TABIX.
Now, copy the status of the standard alv program(STANDARD_FULLSCREEN) to your program.
In the application tool bar add button for update with function code (eg:upd).
Also, in the export parameters of the fm (reuse_alv_grid_display), give form name.
Eg:
I_CALLBACK_USER_COMMAND = 'USER_COMMAND'
In this form, write the coding for updating ur Z-table .
Note:
1) After selecting the entries , user must save the data, so that the data selected wil be reflected in the final internal tabe say,it_final. (the mark field wil be 'X'.)
2)While updating ur Z-table, make sure u update only the entries selected(eg: loop at it_final where mark = 'X'.)
3)Once the updation is done, pop up a message & call the form for alv display ( in the form alv fieldcat used must be refreshed & make the field edit = ' ' for all the fields that is updated) .
eg:

WA_FIELDCAT-EDIT = ' ' .

Can't get a delimiter between Reapting Table Fields using the Double Eval formula.

I have a problem in setting up the "Double Eval" formula, for a repeating table field.
Background:
I have a multiple-selection list box in an InforPath (2010) form. I want to concat all selected values in the list box and display them in a textbox with ";" as delimiter. I've gotten so far that with rules running when the list box is updated, the
textbox content is updated listing the IDs of the selected items (I'm not sure yet if I want to display the IDs or make a lookup for the true text values, but that's another issue for later...).
Problem:
My problem is that I can't get the delimiter between the values. They are all listed in sequence with the ";" delimiter only at the end.
I use the following formula ("Required" is the repeating field)
eval(eval(Required; 'concat(., ";")'); "..")
and get the following result:
What I want to get into the comments text box is the string "684;239;91;".
Any ideas what's wrong with my formula?
(Using InforPath 2010 on a list published to SharePoint 2010.)

The selections in my list box is yet stored in the field "Required" in a different SharePoint list, we can call it "BaseList", at the same site ("MySite").
So to summerize:
List 1: MySite/MyList
Fields: CT, CompGroup, Title
List 2: MySite/BaseList
Fields: Required
The different lists have more fields of course, but no need to list them all.

The FM 'DDIF_FIELDINFO_GET' gives you all the fields of the table in the Exporting IT 'DFIES_TAB' that you mention under the parameter 'TABNAME'. I am not sure why it doesnt work for you. Alternatively you can also try this FM 'DDIF_NAMETAB_GET' (This FM is actually used in the FM 'DDIF_FIELDINFO_GET' ) .
If you are still unsuccesful in meeting your requirement then please paste your piece of code.

Javascript Code to List all Signature Fields in a PDF Document

Hi everybody,
I am doing a VB.NET application that apply a digital signature in a PDF document.
My VB.NET application invoke a javascript file that signs de document. It's working very well, but I need to pass the field name to place the signature, and this is not good!
I would like to list all the signature fields existing in my PDF file, is it possible do this with Javascript? I couldn't find in the Acrobat 8 SDK documentation.
I have installed Acrobat 8 Professional in my machine.

How can I find a particular table or table-field is used in any BI extraction program or not? Actually we are doing a modification and change in the structure of a big Z table and custom developments. So I want to analyse and list the programs related to BI extraction also... which are going to effected because of this change. So please let me know... how can I find this. Actually I am a R/3 Logistics functional consultant... no much idea in ABAP & BI...

I want a list of all tables that belongs to the current user. I use the SQL above, but given "no rows selectd",but if
I replace the subquery with literal,like
"select tblowner,tblname from tables where tblowner = 'JFMDB');".
I got the list. why?

This looks like a bug that was fixed in 7.0.5.13 and onwards. I can reproduce what you are seeing in 7.0.5.10.0 (Linux x86-64 / Access control enabled instance from root install) but not 7.0.5.13.0 (Linux x86-64 / Access control enabled instance from root install).
Unfortunately I don't have a bug number to pass on. I can't see anything relevant listed in the Release Notes and I haven't found a likely candidate in our internal listings. This may well have been one that was fixed "in passing" when RnD were working on something similar.

Table fields used for basic key figures in report writer/report painter

Does anyone know how I can find which table field is actually being used for SAP defined basic key figures in report writer report? For example, HSL is a basic key figure for income statement, library 0F1, report 0F-GUVV. It only shows data is coming from table GLFUNCT. How does the report writer program knows which fields to select? What is the logic behind the basic key figures?
Any advice is appreciated!!

I have now resolved this issue.
I had to manually update TablesT804B and T804F.
I've added entries to T804A in the past without the need to update T804B or T804F manually so it appears that the way these tables work together has changed following an upgrade or application of support packs.
