"Top TV Shows" menu..
About two days ago, I was able to access Top TV Shows from iTunes Store. But now, the Top TV Shows menu item disappeared. Anyone having this problem?
I can't be sure but I think this might be a temporary problem at apples end. Trailers and top tens both come over the internet but from different sources, it could well be related to yesterdays problems.

No Trailers, Top Movies, Top TV Shows
My AppleTV seems to be working fine, connecting to my iTunes library perfectly, but...
For at least a week or 2 now I have been unable to get to the Theatrical Trailers (just spins and says loading but never does, even after waiting 10 minutes) and the Top TV Shows and Movies menu items are gone.
My setup:
802.11g router
DHCP disabled, everything has a static IP, including the apple tv.
Apple tv is connected via wi-fi.
iMac with all sharing turned on, connected by ethernet to router directly.
Have I just lost my connection to the internet but not my network?
I'm not sure where to start.

Just in case it isn't obvious to you, you can connect to the Internet -- otherwise you couldn't post here! The problem is the Apple TV apparently isn't connecting to the Internet, although it is connecting to your Macs through your router. (Otherwise, you couldn't sync or stream content from them.)
This means the problem is almost certainly router related. You should check its firewall settings & connection or error logs, etc. for clues, like restricted port access (1) or MAC address filtering. Make sure its firmware is up-to-date.
Also, do not use a proxy server or anything else that prevents a direct connection from the Apple TV through your router to Apple (2).

MacBook Pro doesnt start. When I start my lap top, it shows the apple and the line uploading but it only goes like to 1/3 and then it goes blank for some seconds, then it turns off by itself and turn on again and happen the same, apple logo, line .. the noise like-fan going on, then turn off and turn on again. Tried starting holding option command P and R key and didnt work either. Starting to think I have lost all my data inside

It might be helpful if you indicated the exact model/year of your MBP. Are you running Lion OSX?

When my husband and I try to import from each other's libraries, using Home Sharing, we are intructed to look for the "Show" menu at the bottom of the screen. Neither of us has anything like this on our screens. How and where do we locate it? We both have the latest itunes running.

Question
I opened my computer and the whole top only shows web search, I can not find my bookmarks and I tried reloading firefox and still nothing but tab bar. Tried f10, alt, nothing! Can I reload an old firefox? There is no firefox logo at top. When I rt click at top I see hide toolbar and leave full screen. To the right there is only a home sign. How can I get my BOOKMARKS ??????? To Reset Firefox do the following:
#Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
#Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
#Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
#Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

How can you make your persona show on the top and bottom?
Also can you make it bigger at the top to show more of the picture?Add extra empty toolbars if you want to see more of the persona.<br />
You can create extra toolbars to get extra space via View > Toolbars > Customize<br />
You have to put something on a toolbar (drag a Space item onto it) before closing the Customize window because empty toolbars are automatically removed.<br />

I am trying to do home sharing. I do see the other computer and the music on it. Then you are supposed to click on the music, then go to the home share window and export it. I cant find the show menu.

Front Row TV Show menu gets confused and jumps back
I recently upgraded my Intel Mac mini to Mac OS X 10.5.5 (Leopard). Front row seems to get confused as I browse through my TV Shows menu. For instance, if I scroll down to "Heroes" (season 2) the select bar seems to jump to "Grey's Anatomy" on it's own. After it does this it also confuses the artwork for the shows.
I've only found one instance of this issue doing a Google search, but nothing here in Apple discussion forums. Has anyone dealt with this successfully.?Still waiting

I am using an apple ipad 2, have always used facebook on it since I purchased it. now, tryig to open facebook, I receive only a white blank page. the only thing is that at the very top, it shows ' ipad with wifi running middle -- time and at the right end.. the battery amount. then my my white page. I am not understanding?
Quit the Facebook app then reset the iPad.
Double click the Home button to show the screen with running and recently used apps. Each app icon will have a sample page above it. Flick up on the page (not the app icon) and the page will fly away and the app icon will disappear. This quits that app. Then reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem. -

Thank you but I have now solved my problem.
I was trying to move music files from one iTunes library on one computer to the iTunes library on another computer.
The instructions on the Apple site tell you to open sharing on both libraries and then use the Show menu button at the bottom of the window to select 'items not in my library'
What they don't tell you is that the button is on a hidden toolbar that will only appear if both libraries are logged in to the same account with the same ID and passward in Home Sharing which is in the Advanced drop down menu.
I had Home Sharing switched on in my Preferences but was not using identical IDs & passwords.
As the toolbar with the Show menu botton was hidden I could not see it until I worked out that both computers needed an identical log-in. With that done after various trial and error efforts I found the button and was able to move the files.

Hi, I have read the directions for Home Sharing. My Shared Music Files are showing under the Shared section. The directions then say to go to the Show Menu and choose files to import. Where is the Show Menu? It is not at the bottom of the screen.

Itunes window does not have show menu or import
Hi I am on home sharing with my daughter, but itunes will not let me drag or import from her itunes account.
I have checke the help pages, it says to go to the show menu at the bottom on the itunes window ? I don;t have show menu at the bottom could it be somewhere else? or is there a problem with my itunesSally, Funny that you mention this but my mac book pro started doing the same thing after the leopard 10.5.1 update.
