Touch not showing up the apps I paid 17,98€ for upgrade

Hello iPod community.
I have experienced a really disturbing problem with my iPod touch. As I was one of the first early adopters to get an iPod Touch, I was also one of the first to get the $20 upgrade.
I was syncing my iPod from my iMac, to which I have switched from XP in October, and have downloaded the upgrade from there, but my iMac is currently experiencing technical problems, so off it went to service.
Now I connected my iPod Touch in windows to charge it and the first thing it asked was whether i wanted to transfer my last-6-month-purchases to my Windows authorized computer, through my iPod, as for the past six months I was only using the mac. I said OK, of course.
Next up, iTunes asked about upgrading to Version 1.1.4. I clicked yes, version was downloaded, iTunes said that iPod is in recovery mode so it has to be resotred first, I said OK.. and guess what... Apps GONE! Mail, Maps, Notes... everything of course.
What can I do about it?
PS. The purchase transfer missed two EMI DRM-Free songs, I did download from iTunes Store in December and I checked my purchase history to be sure and, yes, the songs were synced to the iPod as was all my "Purchased" Playlist. I just feel I have to say it.

Did you upgrade (buy the apps) on your iMac? If so, then here's the fix, you do need your iMac back to execute the fix.

I appreciate the response. I was confused because precisely I own the full CS6 Production Premium and Encore is there, I was unaware that it was deprecated in CC. Oh well...also I remember Adobe Story in Creative Cloud last year did show up so I was confused as to why it was not showing up now.
So Adobe Story is only cloud based now? hmmm...not sure how I feel about that one.

Approved App Does Not Show in the App Part Section.

I have successfully add an App from the SharePoint App Store to my SharePoint Site which was developed using SharePoint 2013. The added app was successfully Approved then when I try to add that app using the App Part to a web page I cannot Find it
in the App Part section. I looked in the Site Collection Features & Site Features I couldn't find the app to activate. I don't think I have done some kind of mistake. So then what else I have to do to add that App part to the web page.
Could someone try to solve this matter?

Synced podcasts not showing unless the app is reconnected to a network

If I sync podcasts and don't open the app before getting off the network (say, getting on the subway) the podcasts will not appear in the app until I get back on a network. Is this something that can be fixed on my end or just another flaw in this app? (I miss the days when iTunes covered my podcasts.)
I've also unsubscribed to my podcasts on my iPhone because it's wrecked havoc on my syncing with my Macbook. I'm not sure if this is why I'm having this problem.

If it's not in the app store, it's not approved for the iPad.

Cannot Add Approved App To A Web Page - App Does Not Show in the App Part Section.

I have successfully add an App from the SharePoint App Store to my SharePoint Site which was developed using SharePoint 2013. The added app was successfully Approved then when I try to add that app using the App Part to a web page I cannot Find it
in the App Part section. I looked in the Site Collection Features & Site Features I couldn't find the app to activate. I don't think I have done some kind of mistake. So then what else I have to do to add that App part to the web page.

First, are you sure the App contains an App Part? Not all Apps are written to have app parts. Second, did you add the app to the site collection from Add an App in the Site Contents page? Apps that are added and approved from the Store
are added to the App Catalog for the Web Application. You would normally add them to the Site Collection from there after they are approved.

Please help me get rid of old videos not showing in the app.

My iPad does not delete all the data when a video is deleted if it didn't download fully. How can I clear the data? Those are all videos bought through iTunes.

A lack of free hard drive space on your hard drive could cause the delays. Highlight you boot drive and do command i to see the capacity, available and used space on your drive. "Available" needs to be no less that about 15 percent of "capacity."

Some Apps not showing in the Apps page of iPhone

Hi,
I have an iPhone 4s with tonnes of apps on it. When synced with my computer in iTunes I can see a bunch of apps which I can sort by size etc and install and remove. Great. Except the list isn't complete. I seems like the newer apps I've downloaded onto the phone aren't found. This is odd because in the pane next to the list is a recreation of the home screens of my phone and I can see all the apps there.
Any ideas?

I have got my wifi working in ML now. I still have to turn off and restart sometimes.
Btw. Screens described below is translated from Swedish but I hope You understand what I mean

ATV3 is working.
I can go to YouTube etc. and radiostations work just fine.
I have turned off HomeSharing and selected an other AppleID (same as before, just wantede to redo)
HomeSharing shows the Correct ID down to the left
The menu screen on ATV shows "Homesharing on" "Click on Computers to view"
I click on Computer and a new screen comes up:
"You have to turn on HomeSharing to see your libraries"
If I go to Screensaver can choose "my photolibrary" and all pictures will show.
iTunes:
I know to choose what to share since I been with ATV since the very first one.
But for sure I unchecked all and rechecked them again and pressed "Confirm"
In the iTune right list, no homesharing are wieved.
If I Turn off homesharing and Turns it on again the list shows HomeSharing but after I
signed the password and click OK it goes away in the list in iTunes.
Ipad3 and Iphone 4S no longer have the airplay icon.
I can not go back to earlier revisions of the program as my TM goes back to the day I installed ML.
I read in the newspaper tha Apple now is the biggest with a huge capital. Perhaps they could take a few dollars to fix this.

There is no separate icon for FaceTime. You access it through contacts. Go into the contact you want to call and tap the FaceTime button.

Android doesn't have this problem, any music I put on my phone is recognized as music and can be played through any of the music apps. Am I missing something or is Apple to inflexible to handle this?

You can't. The only way to get songs in the Music app is to sync from a computer or to download from iTunes.

What iOS is curently on your iPod (Setting>Genral>About>Version) you need as lest 2.0 for apps but most apps need 3.0 or later.

You can move apps around in iOS 7 the same as iOS 6. Press an app icon until you see it wiggle; then drag it to where ever you want it to be. Drag it onto another app to create a folder with the two apps. Tap the Home button to stop the wiggle.

Have you tried a reset which is similar to a computer restart and is done by pressing and holding the home button and the sleep/wake or on/off button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo and then release?
