Transactions in SAP

Question

Does anybody know a solution to make a transaction that includes three commands
(to make a number circle, insert to database , update to database).
You can see it in the following source.

Hi,
Again as said this query is related to ABAP for better replies please do post this query in ABAP forum.
Anyways to check the results of BAPI goto SE37 transaction and run your BAPI_PO_CREATE in TEST SEQUENCE which you will find
Function Module->Test-Test in Sequence in SE37.Give the second BAPI as BAPI_TRANSACTION Commit which is used to update the records in the database without this bapi data is not actually posted in the database.
