Translate text in titlebar

I want to translate text in tiltebar,
in t-code se41,select title list,but in the screen,the 'translate" is inactive,
then how to translate text in titlebar?

In SE51 - PBO, You can see the title bar.
module STATUS_9000 output.
* SET PF-STATUS 'xxxxxxxx'.
   SET TITLEBAR 'ABCD'.
   " Other code
endmodule.                 " STATUS_9000 OUTPUT
There double click on ABCD, You will get a pop-up and lick ALL TITLES.
There in the menu path GOTO->TRANSLATION, you can do the translation.
Finally activate it.

I am getting this error while English to Arabic translation in the Seed translatable text step
ORA-20001: Seed insert error: WWV_FLOW_ICON_BAR.ICON_IMAGE_ALT ORA-00001: unique constraint (APEX_030200.WWV_FLOW_TRANSLATABLE_TEXT_PK) violated

How to change translation text in XLF file without re deploying?

Hi All,
I want to change the translation text of WebDynpro application without using NWDS. The application is already deployed in Production. Is there any way to change the translation text directly from the server (without changing the message in XLF file through NWDS) and re deploying the applicaion?

Problems with translated text in captivate 7

I want to create a multilingual e-learning version. I can translate all texts. Unfortunately I can not change the selected text in the pop up window. I have no idea how I can change this text. Can someone give me a tip.

Hellou guys, Somethink similar: After installing 7.0.1 patch the project created 7.0, lose translated text inside Succes/Failure etc. captions and show default English texts, for example in quizes captions. Hmmm... In preferences dialog default labels are still translated, but after publishing project, the captions are English. So I used trick - Find/Replace dialog - and change manually all text captions with translated version. After publishing works fine. When I create new project directly in 7.0.1, there are no problem Perhapse, small bug. Can live with it because the new enhacements inside 7.0.1 is much important.:)

Table for entering translation texts

Hi,
We have couple of queries in web with RRI linking. These query elements ( Row /column header ) we entered translations for French in RSZELTTXT table. All the query text part works fine, but the RRI jump reads as technical name of the query. Are there any other tables to be edited in order to get this jump texts read French not as query techincal name ?

Basically its all RS* tables...but tons of them...finding the right one is really tedious. I started with switching on trace and found these tables

What is the best practice for creating master pages and styles with translated text?

I format translated text all the time for my company. I want to create a set of master pages and styles for each language and then import those styles into future translated documents. That way, the formatting can be done quickly and easily.
What are the best practices for doing this? As a company this has been tried in the past, but without success. I'd like to know what other people are doing in this regard.

I create a master template that is usually void of content, with the exception I define as many of the paragraph styles I believe can/will be used with examples of their use in the body of the document--a style guide for that client. When beginning a new document for that client, I import those styles from the paragraph styles panel.
Exception to this is when in a rush I begin documentation first, then begin new work. Then in the new work, I still pull in those defined paragraph and or object styles via their panels into the new work.
There are times I need new styles. If they have broader applicability than a one-off instance or publication, then I open the style template for that client and import that style(s) from the publication containing the new style(s) and create example paragraphs and usage instructions.

Error in Seeding Translation Text

Has anybody ever seen the following error when seeding the translation text?
ORA-20001: WWV_FLOW_SEED_TRANSLATIONS.SEED_UPDATE_ERROR
Following the error above, updating the translate file produces the following error:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [koklsotyopn-1], [], [nversion erroround[/b]
I know this is all kind of vague, but if anybody can help me find the cause of these errors, I'd really appreciate it.

It shows many errors that synonym already exists, may be because I tried to reinstall.
Along with that it has following things

How can I view captivate files emailed with translated text?

I cannot open captivate files with translated text. System states the file is not damaged. If file was an attachment make sure it was decoded correctly.

I think I was encountering the same issue.
I solved it installing Itunes 10.5.1(42), even if I'm not using Itunes at all.
Albumarts will now appear in every folder from the finder.

Java library for Translating text

I need to translate texts.. english <-> german.. english <-> french and so on.
I would like to know if you know any Offline, software (commercial too!) that offers some java library to translate text strings.

What's the quickest way to access translation text to another language?

I translate text to Spanish fairly regularly and sometimes I need to make sure that I'm writing it correctly. I'm not a native speaker. Can I do this from my desktop and see my translation side by side with what I'm writing in English? My viewers are both English speakers and Spanish speakers.

It looks like the SSODATAN that you are running is from the Beta version. What version are you running. If it is Beta or even Early Adopter (3.0.6.3.3), I would strongly recommend that you go to one of the production versions. Also, make sure that you are running the ssodatan script that is the same version as the product you are installing.

Can I just say however that as someone who has posted a first comment here and quite clearly never used a forum like this before, your comment unfortunately comes across as very excluding. It makes me feel there are a set of unwritten rules that I should know, and that I don't know them shows that the forum is not for me. In short, it's exactly the kind of response that stops people like me using forums like this.
I'm sure it's not intended to be received like this and I am sure that the way you have responded is quite normal in the rules of a forum like this. Bex objects translated text not displayed for all

Hi,
I have an issue in Bex elements language translation in Bex report output,
Translation of Bex elements to PT language has done successfully and few of the Bex elements are getting displayed in PT language, but the problem i am facing is with the Chars / Key figures objects used in Bex (Like: 0GL_ACCOUNT / 0AMOUNT / 0MATL_GROUP...) which are used directly in report, for these objects text is still getting displayed in EN.
When checked in backend tables i can able to see texts for objects with both languages maintained, and when i check the info objects short description from RSD1 by logging with PT language; i can able to see description in PT.
But, in Bex report i am not getting description in PT for these.
Please let me know whether i am missing any setting in between Bex and Backend objects.

How to translate text on a page into actual data on another page?

I would like to translate (parse and replace) the words that are on one page into their actual values on another page. These words are in a text area box that are displayed as the following: [[type name]] and [[start date]]. Again, I'm trying to show their actual values on a different page. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

They are in a text area. I'm basically trying to get what is in the Problem Description text area translated into actual data from the database i.e. EVENT TYPE NAME=EVENT.EVENT_TYPENAME.
