Transporting table values - Problem

I just created a new entry in Z table. Now I want this entry to be in transport so that this will be transported.
But the option Table Entry->Transport Entries is disable in transaction SE16.
Can you please help me assign this entry to transport.
Just for your information
1) This table is assigned to package ZZZ0 - "Basis - Cross Landscape Objects"
2) In table maintenance generator screen, in frame "Dialog Data Transport Detail" the option button "no, or user, recording routing" is selected.

do the following:-<br>
1.goto SE10 & create a work bench request. You can delete the Unclassified task. <br>
2.Then double click on the main task. Fill it as below:=
   program ID= R3TR<br>
   object = TABU<br>
   object name = your table name from which entries to transport<br>
press enter<br>
3.Now double click on this record which will lead you to fill the table keys. There you have to fill in the entries of the key values of the table.<br>
4. save and release the request

  • Temp table value problem

    I created temp table like the below, select into the values, however, I got the error says"There is already an object named '##report' in the database.".  Please help
    Create table ##report
    OMSC# int,
    Total_Received int,
    Total_Action int,
    Monthly varchar(10),
    Percentage decimal
    select *
    into ##report
    from Requests

    In addition to Vaibhav's comment,##report is GLOBAL temp table (##), the scope is global. Hence, if other session is already created, then the current session tried to create it, it will show the error message.
    If you are looking for session scope temp table, you may use the below:(note that only one #)
    Create table #report
    OMSC# int,
    Total_Received int,
    Total_Action int,
    Monthly varchar(10),
    Percentage decimal
    select *
    into #report
    from Requests

  • Problem with dg4msql and table-valued functions

    Have configured dg4msql to connect from my oracle db to ms sql server.
    Am able to do simple SELECTs from ms sql tables like:
    select * from "sys"."procedures"@dg4msql;
    or
    select * from "dbo"."SomeTable"@dg4msql;
    But am unable to do a SELECT from a table-valued function:
    select * from "dbo"."GetData"@dg4msql('param1value');
    or
    select * from "dbo"."GetData"('param1value')@dg4msql;
    In both cases I get:
    ORA-00933: SQL command not properly ended
    It does not like the parameters portion of the query ("('param1value')")

    Have tried the other set of params:

    HS_FDS_RESULTSET_SUPPORT=TRUE
    Same story. After changing the init*** file have bounced both Listeners (DB and Gateway), reconnected, and re-run the query.
    Have I missed something?
    Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Somewhere in this forum I've seen a message that the syntax "SELECT ... FROM sp@db(param1, param2)" works.
    Anyway, even with the PL/SQL block the error message is the same - ORA-00933 "SQL command not properly ended"
    and the cursor (* in SQL*PLUS) is put just at the first bracket.

  • Problem with editable combo box and creating dynamic table values using js

    Hai
    I have used jquery.jec.js to make my dropdown list as editable... I need to create dynamic table values on the onChange event of dropdown using javascript.
    Now am facing the problem in it...
    I am getting duplicate rows in the table... think(assumption) this jquery.jec.js is calling the dropdown again creating duplicate values...
    Please help me out.... Any help is appreciable... Thanks in advance

    Thanks elOpalo, for your valuable response....
    I have found the correct way of doing.
    Before i had my code like this,
    <html>
    <head>
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1">
    <title>test</title>

    </table>
    </form>
    </body>

    The problem is with the function i have called on the onChange Event.. Now i have defined it inside the jquery function of dropdown to make it as editable...

  • Problem with passing table values to RFC

    Hi all,
    I am passing values in table in RFC. There are no import/export parameters in RFC. We are passing only tables.
    There are two tables in the RFC I_Dept and I_Subdept. Initially RFC is executed for getting the Dept which works fine as for this there is no need to set in input table value. But to get sub department I need to set the dept in I_Dept and after executing RFC I should get values in table I_Subdept. The code is as below:
    wdContext.nodeOutput_I_Dept().invalidate();
    wdContext.nodeOutput_I_Subdept().invalidate();
    Z_Bapi_Dept_Values_Input d_Input = new Z_Bapi_Dept_Values_Input();
    wdContext.nodeZ_Bapi_Dept_Values_Input().bind(d_Input);
    Zdept dept = new Zdept();
    dept.setZname("Sales");
    d_Input.addI_Dept(dept);
    try
    wdContext.nodeZ_Bapi_Dept_Values_Input().currentZ_Bapi_Dept_Values_InputElement().modelObject().execute();
    wdContext.nodeZ_Bapi_Dept_Values_Input().nodeOutput().invalidate();
    catch (WDDynamicRFCExecuteException e)
    msgManager.reportException(e.toString(), true);
    Is anything wrong in this code because even after executing the RFC the size of node I_Subdept() is zero. But the RFC works fine in the backend.
    Regards,
    Jaydeep

    A typical misunderstanding when populating structured input data
    via code is the following:
    - You have bound a WD context node hierarchy to the model say
      N1         >         M1
      ->N2       >         ->M2
                                                                                    where N1, N2 are WD Context nodes (N2 is child of N1) and M1, M2 are
    model classes bound to the context nodes. Important: M1 has a relation
    to M2 on the model side, means there is some method M1.setMyM2(M2)
    (assuming the target role of the relation is called "MyM2").
    - You create context elements for N1 and N2 which are bound to a model
    class instances of M1 and M2 respectively.
    Assuming that M1 is the "executable" model class (*_Input) and M2
    represents an input structure needed, the M2-input will - using the
    above approach - not be available on execution. Why? The relation on the
    model side (MyM2) is not available if just maintaining it via the
    context, i.e. context and model are not "in sync". As RFC execution is
    done via the model the M2 input will not be available.
    You best create complex/nested input structures on the model
    side and then bind the top-level model object to the resp context node.
    In the above sample this would be:
    M1 m1ModelObject = new M1();
    M2 m2ModelObject = new M2();
    m1ModelObject.setMyM2(m2ModelObject);
    Hope it helps!

  • Problem: Can't edit any table values

    Hi,
    I'm using the latest version of Oracel SQL Developer in XP and cannot edit any table values (ie: the actual data). I've tried the reset of Accelerators as previously suggested to no effect. I know the user has access since TOAD and DreamCoder all allow edits.
    Any ideas?
    Cheers,
    Peter

    I was trying to edit by double-clicking the field, which opens an Edit box. And then I had believed I could type a new value in? This was behaviour I was used to in Toad so I appreciate I may be doing it incorrectly.
    Is this not the correct way to edit a value? (without using SQL).
    EDIT: I re-read you're reply and I see what you mean. Going to Table> MyTable > Data (tab) I can add rows and such. But this seems to mean I can't execute an SQL query to pullback specific data and then edit it in-place, in the grid?
    Cheers,
    Peter

  • Problem with Table value QAMR....

    Hi All,
    I am developing one report from QALS, QAMR for PRUEFLOS.  The result value is always stored 1.240000000+02 format in table (QAMR).
    1) What is required to do to get this value exactly same as entered. I mean suppose it is entered as 0.124 or 124 but when getting the value, I have to assign some decimal places and the value is shown 0.124 and 124.000
    2) If I enter the value 0, it is shown as zero. If I don't enter the value, then also it is shown as zero. (In this case I want blank display ). Both the cases, the table value is 0.0000000+00. Please advise
    Thanxs.
    Umesh

    just take it in type p variable it will automatically take the value.. this is because the data element is defined as float ...
    if you want blank uinstead of 0 then you have to take in a char var...

  • How can I save the first dept. for an employee in a transport table?

    Hi All,
    I have created a table to store the transports to an employee from department to another department.
    the first department number to every employee is stored at the parent table called employees.
    when I insert a new record to the transports table (which is the child for the parent employees) for an employee and the manager agrees for this transport the original value of department number in employees table will be changed to the new one. I done this process through a db trigger on the transport table.
    Now the problem is that the original value of the first department number will be lost cause of the db trigger that changes this value after manager agreement!
    I looked to solve the problem by adding a new column in employees table to save the first dept. no. for each employee only if Count of records = 1 for that employee like this:
    -- Before Update DB Trigger on Transports Table:
    DECLARE
    pragma autonomous_transaction;
    N NUMBER;
    BEGIN
    SELECT count(EMP_SID) -- emp-sid is the FK referenced from employeess.emp_sid
    INTO N
    FROM TRANSPORT_TRANS
    where emp_sid=:NEW.EMP_SID
    GROUP BY EMP_SID;
         IF :NEW.AGREE_FLG = 1 AND N = 1 THEN -- If the manager agrees and this record is the first one for that employee
         UPDATE EMPLOYEESS E
         SET E.FST_AD=E.ADMINISTRATION_SID, -- E.ADMINISTRATION_SID has the oroginal value for admin no. and FST_AD is the new column to save the first value
                E.FST_HE=E.HEADQUARTERS_SID,
                E.ADMINISTRATION_SID = :OLD.ADMIN_SID, -- changing the value with then new one added on the table
                E.HEADQUARTERS_SID = :OLD.HEAD_SID
               WHERE E.EMP_SID = :OLD.EMP_SID;
         ELSIF :NEW.AGREE_FLG = 1 AND N != 1 THEN -- if the manager agrees but the record is not the first record for that employee
         UPDATE EMPLOYEESS E
            SET   E.ADMINISTRATION_SID = :OLD.ADMIN_SID, -- only change the original  values
                     E.HEADQUARTERS_SID = :OLD.HEAD_SID
                     WHERE E.EMP_SID = :OLD.EMP_SID;
         END IF;
    END;But the form gives me this error if I deleted (pragma autonomous_transaction;) st. :
    ORA-04091: table transports is mutating, trigger/function may not see it
    But when I keep it, the form gives me this error:
    ORA-06519: active autonomous transaction detected and rolled back

    Dev. Musbah,
    First make sure that the insert statement executes. And check whether other error messages are getting. Currently you are checking only NO_DATA_FOUND. so change the exception part with
    EXCEPTION
         WHEN NO_DATA_FOUND THEN NULL;
         WHEN OTHERS THEN MESSAGE('Some Error Occured');Regards,
    Manu.

  • Transporting table entry with primary key 120 char

    Hi all,
    I have 2 separate questions which I feel are closely related.
    In the url:
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/cf/21eb6e446011d189700000e8322d00/content.htm
    It says:....
    <i>If the key length is greater than 120, there are restrictions when transporting table entries. The key can only be specified up to a maximum of 120 places in a transport. If the key is larger than 120, table entries must be transported generically.</i>
    <b>How do I transport the table entries "generically" for such a table?</b>
    To further illustrate my actual problem:
    My problem in the real world lies with the MIMETYPES table, maintained in trx SMW0.
    I select the mime types row by row and do a <u>Table Entry > Transport Entries,</u> but get an error that says
    <i>"Key entry for table MIMETYPES may only be generic"</i>.
    As a result it fails to attach to my transport.
    (Note: the primary key of MIMETYPES is 128 chars long)
    The Diagnosis long text says "<i>The key is longer than allowed by the Change and Transport System (120 characters</i>)."
    The Procedure says:
    <i>1.  Make sure that you only specify the character fields before the
        first non-character key field. You must enter the key with a generic
        ending. Enter the generic symbol directly after the specified part
        of the key.
    2.  You must enter the generic symbol at the latest in the 120th
        character of the key.                                              </i>
    <b>What is this generic symbol that i need to insert at the 120th position??</b>

    Thanks Nick!
    So the mysterious "generic character" is actually the asterisk (*). It works.
    Strange tho as the error long text says to insert the "generic character" at the 120th character position of the key, but I found that altho I can save it, the transport still fails with the same error.
    I tried placing the * right after the key value e.g.
    KEY123*
    and it worked.
    Thanks again!

  • How to Refresh "Internal table values" in User EXIT.

    Dear All,
    My requirement is to place some checks in exit ZXQQMU20 in different tabs from the TCODE IW21 . IW22 etc.

    Hi, I was thinking just like XVBAP and YVBAP values in the USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT.
    Plz check u have x /y versions or tables like _old/ _new suffixes and then move the value accordingly.
    otherwise there may be inconsistency.

    Hi All,
    I have created a Web Dynpro ABAP application which contains an Interactive Form, That Adobe Interactive Form contains Dynamic table (New rows can be added manually and deleted using a button).
    I am not able to read the Dynamic table values in Web Dynpro u201COn Submitu201D.

    How can I resolve this problem.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Boopathi M

    that means, when u add the table instance at runtime, you will also have to add an element to the node that is bound to the table.
    probably addNew() mathos may be useful to you.
    it appends a new record to the record set.
    xfa.sourceSet.dataConnectionName.addNew()
    also when on the exit event of the table field, do the following:
    var i = xfa.parent.index
    $record.rootnodename.tablenodename.data<i>.fieldname = $.rawValue
    xfa.host.messageBox($record.rootnodename.tablenodename.data<i>.fieldname)

  • JDBC Adapter Call a Table-Valued Function

    Hello to all,
    we're using the JDBC adapter to access a MS SQL-Server 2008.
    I have to call a "Table-Valued Function" via JDBC.
    Has anybody done this?
    I've tried to call it like a stored procedure with the following:
    <ns1:LGBuchungSAP_REQ xmlns:ns1="http://xyz.de/pi/mav/kantine">
         <fLGBuchungenSAP>
              <Tablename action="execute">
                   <table>dbo.fLGBuchungenSAP</table>
              </Tablename>
         </fLGBuchungenSAP>
    </ns1:LGBuchungSAP_REQ>
    but I get following error:
    com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: Error processing request in sax parser:
    Error when executing statement for table/stored proc. 'dbo.fLGBuchungenSAP' (structure 'fLGBuchungenSAP'): com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException:
    Fehler bei der Anforderung für 'fLGBuchungenSAP' (Prozedur), weil 'fLGBuchungenSAP' ein Tabellenwertfunktion-Objekt ist.
    Calling with a select-statement also fails:
    <ns1:LGBuchungSAP_REQ xmlns:ns1="http://xyz.de/pi/mav/kantine">
         <STATEMENT_NAME>
              <Tablename action="SELECT">
                   <table>dbo.fLGBuchungenSAP(&apos;20101101 00:00:00&apos;, &apos;20110101 00:00:00&apos;)</table>
              </Tablename>
         </STATEMENT_NAME>
    </ns1:LGBuchungSAP_REQ>
    with error:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?>
    <!-- Eingangs-Message -->
    <SAP:Error xmlns:SAP="http://sap.com/xi/XI/Message/30" xmlns:SOAP="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" SOAP:mustUnderstand="1">

    Hello to all,
    I solved the problem.
    You have to call it this way:
    <ns1:LGBuchungSAP_REQ xmlns:ns1="http://xyzde/pi/mav/kantine">
         <STATEMENT>
              <LGBuchungSAP action="SQL_DML">
                   <access>select * from dbo.fLGBuchungenSAP(&apos;$DatumVon$&apos;, &apos;$DatumBis$&apos;)</access>
                   <key>
                        <DatumVon>20101101 00:00:00</DatumVon>
                        <DatumBis>20110101 00:00:00</DatumBis>
                   </key>
              </LGBuchungSAP>
         </STATEMENT>
    </ns1:LGBuchungSAP_REQ>
    But I get the next error: "A result set was generated for the update task"
    <SAP:Error xmlns:SAP="http://sap.com/xi/XI/Message/30" xmlns:SOAP="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" SOAP:mustUnderstand="1">
         <SAP:Category>XIAdapterFramework</SAP:Category>

         <SAP:P2></SAP:P2>
         <SAP:P3></SAP:P3>
         <SAP:P4></SAP:P4>
         <SAP:AdditionalText>com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: Error processing request in sax parser: Error when executing statement for table/stored proc.          <SAP:Stack></SAP:Stack>
