Trigger outbound CONTROL & APERAK messages

Hello All,
We have a scenario that customer transmits their EDI - ORDERS message and upon receipt of ORDERS, requires us to forward CONTROL after we receive the ORDERS and APERAK for any issues with ORDERS message. Checked different outputs and did not find suitable one. WIll appreciate, to know, the corresponding message/idoc types for CONTROL and APERAK and how to trigger.

I tried the following Message Control settings for Message Type - PORDCR1 / Partner - SNC Logical System:
a. Application = EF; Message Type = BAPI; Process Code = ME10 ; Change Indicator = Checked
b. Application = EF; Message Type = BAPI; Process Code = ME11 ; Change Indicator = Checked
c. Application = EF; Message Type = BAPI; Process Code = ABI_AIDN_OUT (the only option available in dropdown) ; Change Indicator = Checked
I tried chnaing an existing PO after saving each of this setting. There is not outbound Idoc that is getting trigerred.

i am trying to trigger outbound idoc whenever PO is CHANGED and then saved .
i have created partner profile
PARTNER TYPE : LI
MESSAGE TYPE : ORDERS
BASIC TYPE : ORDERS05
APPLICATION : EF
PROCESS CODE : ME11
BUT, NOT ABLE TO CREATE CONDITION RECORD .
please guide me for the same considering i am new to ale-idoc

Hi,
Try to use the Message type as ORDCHG and processing code ME11.
In NACE transaction-->application EF --> copy the std output type 0003 to Z output type.
In this type in the default value tab enter the VN or LS.
In we20 :
Create the partner profile in the LI or LS .
message type as ORDCHG
process code : ME11
message type : output type which you created
Application :EF

Trigger Outbound Idoc on Customer Master change/ Create

can anyone provide me some information on how to trigger outbound IDOCs when a customer master is changed/created and which IDOC should be used.

Hi Julian,
For the automatic transfer of master data ,we can use change pointer technique.
Following are the steps to be followed:-
1) Enable change pointer globally (t.code BD61).
2)Enable Change Pointers for a Message Type (t.code BD50).
Here you have to check the Active checkbox corresponding to customer master message type 'DEBMAS'.
3)Specify the Fields for Which Change Pointers Are to Be Written (t.code BD52).
Various number of fields are present here corresponding to message type'DEBMAS'. If you want to add any other field , you can add here.
Apart from above three settings, all other ALE configurations are required like( partner profile, distribution model etc.)
For triggering the Idoc program 'RBDMIDOC' should be scheduled.
When you make any change in the customer master , Idoc will be triggered automatically from your SAP system.

Auto trigger outbound IDOC

Hi, everyone:
I just want to know how to auto trigger outbound IDOC to non-SAP system. For example, Customer Master IDOC DEBMAS05, Masterial Master MATMAS05.
I know we can use changer pointer, But we need run the program 'RBDMIDOC'. I want the system will create IDOC when we click 'SAVE' icon.
Does somebody have any idea? Thanks.

if the IDOC / Message type is set for immediate processing, it will be procesed immediately.

Message control for message type ,V 1499

Hi Folks,
SAP standard message V1 499 is flashed in case when i am creating the return sales order for an item which had already return in place.
Following message is displayed 'There are already returns for item 000010: 348 IT'.
Above messge is at item level..for each of the item which had return system will flash message.
My clients requirement is that this message should flash at header level..
For example:-
Now i have invoice which had return order as per following:-
:- return order XXX for item no .10
:- return order XXX for item no. 20
:- eturn order YYY for item no. 30
Now when i refer same invoice for return order creation scenario once again.. system will flash above message 3 times.. As per my requirement it should be displayed for 2 times only..One message for item 10 and 20 and other one for item 30..
Is it possible to make this changes through standard configuration..Kindly let me know.

Hi,
As per i know we can not modify the V1 messages, but we can modify V4 messages. For your requirement you have to do some technical enhancement.
For controlling V4 messages you can have a check at OVAH t-code.

Output control and message types

Hi guys,
my problem is this:I have created a new message type for output control for Purchase Order but when I create a new PO and click on 'messages' I expect that the new message type appear as a DEFAULT for example other messages like NEU,etc....
Customizing is OK--> I have parametrized the tr.NACE in all points and also Message Determination Schemas...What can I do?Is there a way to set message types as a DEFAULT for Output control in Purchase Order?

I assume that you have created a new message type by cpoying a standard.
Basic:
You need to maintain access sequence, form routine, forms.. for this output types (which should not be a problem if you are copying from std.)
Important:
You also need to maintain the Fine- tuned control for message type, for the new output type.
You need to add your new output type in the output determination schema.
then the thing should work. try!

We found the Down Pay Request (doc. booked by F-47) cannot be picked up by F110. In Job log the error shown as Maintain default cost element in controlling area.

CO down payment update is active in controlling area WAPC. You must therefore maintain a default cost element and a revenue element for down payments.
Maintain the default cost element for dow payment for controlling area in the project system implementation guide.
Kindly advice.

In the define dafault cost elemens for down payments in Project system-OKEP the CE for vendor and cusotmer downpayemnt is missing

if while creating down payment request you have not assigned cost element
maintain cost elements there.

Can I change the Controls labels & messages into a different language in user interface.

I am working on China based project and they want to switch the UI controls and indicator’s labels,
menu or selection control and messages into two different language i.e. English or *****.
Please let me know is this possible using labview programming. This will be very helpfull for me if we can do using labview.

Check it in your PC, whether you can display ***** Characters for the Captions/Labels.
For control text we can’t change Language directly so, we need to create two Language Texts for each Controller/Indicator. Based on user request we need to update Caption Language.
As per below snippet,
Just I wrote, ***** & English (because I can't write ***** characters on my FP). In your case you need pass ***** & English text separately.

basic type : WMMBID01... i checked the idoc in my system, it does not have any process code....
also, i checked the exit : EXIT_SAPLMBMB_001. It has some code but nothing to fill the segments...

Distibution Model- Outbound parameters for message type could not be found

Hi SRM Gurus,
Have you ever encountered this error while buidling Distribution model in BD64 -
When I try to generate partner profile, I am getting this error-
Outbound parameters for message type BBPCO BBPCO01 could not be created
Partner not found in partner table
This error is occuring for all message types.
Please let me know the solution if anyone has encountered this error before.

hope your sender and receiver logical system are correct.double check.

did you save modelview ?
now ports automatically created . check we21 ,we20..
check your sm59 rfc destination? what type connection you made ? hope you maynot do mistake. howevercheck itup.
ask basis consultant assistance why ports anot genrated for backend system after you executed

Can Logic 7 filter out select Control Change messages?

I've got a Tascam US-428 that has gone rogue and is sending out random control change messages - a huge number of them. They are all within the range of CC 64-71 and all are on channel 16. Is there some way that I can filter these out so that Logic just ignores them?
Just for fun yesterday I left a blank song up with the US-428 turned on and it ran out of memory in under thirty minutes. That's a lot of useless data that I need to live without.
Any help appreciated!

Never mind. I figured it out. RTFM, although the index wasn't much help.
If anyone has a similar problem with a Tascam US-428 I'd be interested to know whether it's failing or if this is a just a 'design feature.' It seems to be sending way too many messages from the channel faders.

Please check the web part file which is getting added to the WP gallery. Some times when you are adding web part files in the VS and after adding if you are trying
to move the web part files to other folders VS automatically adds wrong namespace. Sometimes it will add as <type name="[namespace].[webpartclassname].[webpartclassname]........." />. So modify the web part file by removing extra class
name.

How to do configuration to create outbound idoc using message control

The objective is to create outbound idoc based on some selection criteria using message control approach.The interface will be triggered when there is goods receipt via MIGO transaction.............Now based on the material document number from NAST table i am going to fetch data and do further processing inside the function module i am going to create.later idocs will be created via program RSNASTED.How we do the configuration to set up this whole operation?

Triggering new outbound IDOC via message control.

HI All,
I have a new outbound function module which is a copy of ALE_GOODSMVT_CREATE (ZALE_GOODSMVT_CREATE) for goods movements. I have created a new process code and linked the message type to the code. This function was created by copying the standard bsuiness object for goods movement BUS2017 and registering as a new interface in BDBG.
I have created a new output type in nace for ME, but was unsure how to correctly setup the processing routine. What medium (A, 6 or 8), program and routine do I use, or do I need to create a new program to call my function module? If I use RSNASTED and ALE_PROCESSING (medium A), I get a short dump as the parameters of the function do not match the parameters of my new function ZALE_GOODSMVT_CREATE.
Has anyone ran into a similar problem or can help with this?

Hi Sanjay,
I have created a distribution model, and added the new function to the ditribution module via the createformdata method which the function is linked to. I have also created the partner profile for message type using an LS partner. I have added my new process code to this message in the partner profile.
Now when I process my goods movement I get the error message "No recipient found for message type ZSUBCON in the ALE model". The distribution model and the partner profile appears to be setup correctly. Any ideas?
