i don't have tools needed but , i see one thing is that you enqueue
every time you are greater 3 that means about every 2-3 ms so consumer is really sought
is it really what you want ?
may be you want to start on a treshold so you can use a treshold fonction
if i don't make mistake your square is 10 hz and the daq is configured 25000 sample 25000 hz
so you aquire 1s of signal every 100ms , there is something to correct
make tests and tell us

Hello, hope someone can help.
I've got a Toshiba SAT U500 with Realtek audio driver. I want to send the video to the TV (via HDMI) and still send audio via SPDIF to the digital receiver. By some reason it is automatically enabling HDMI audio when I connect the TV, and on the SPDIF output (icon on Windows 7 -> Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Sound) a telephone sign appears.
What does that telephone sign mean? How to make the system not to disable SPDIF output when connecting a HDMI device?

View output button disabled when publishing to pdf

I am using Captivate 4 and must publish all my Captivate files to pdf for distribution throughout my organisation. I have two issues:
1) After publishing to pdf, the View Output button is disabled, and I get the message you must have Adobe Reader 9 or better installed to view
I have Adobe Reader XI installed
I am able to open the pdf from my desktop
I saw elsewhere to try unticking the Zip files output option. Zip files and all other output options are unticked
I have tried publishing using Flash Player 7 (the earliest version available in the Flash Player Version menu) with same result
So the question is, is there some setting I am missing to enable the view output button, or another solution?
2) This wouldn't really be a problem, except some users with Adobe 9 installed are reporting they cannot open the pdfs from their desktop. I thought I would try publishing so that output is compatible with earlier versions of Adobe Reader but can't figure out how to do that.
So, is there some way to publish to be compatible with Adobe Reader 8 or earlier? Also, many users are accessing videos through a terminal server - could that be the problem?

You aren't printing the PDF. You're printing the spool because the user ID has the print immediately field selected and the GET_PRINT_PARAMETERS picks up that setting. You simply need to blank out the value of TDIMMED in your l_print_parameters
structure...

Excel output gets expanded when developing Xml publisher report !!

I am developing a report using XML publisher which generates Excel output ....
And my layout keeps repeating for every unique delivery...(i am passing 'x' deliveries as input)
1) When i try to generate a pdf output, my report works fine but when i try to generate an excel output the table size expands..
2) The jpg file inserted in the rtf(layout template) appears when i generate pdf report and does not appear in the excel output..
What could be the reason ??

So the control will switch from existing report to another program namely zvadin11 and gives script output.
Now,in my current program i am trying to send script output through Email,for which i am converting script output to OTF data.Then sending the data through mail,using function modules 'SX_OBJECT_CONVERT_OTF_PDF' and 'SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1'.
I am able to send the data through PDF attachment as required.But i am unable to see Script output.If i comment the OTF related code from open_form and close_form,i am able to see the script output,but i am not getting data into OTF internal table.
Can i get both the functionalities of seing the script output and also get OTF data for Email.
Can any one help me?

We are getting the following error when running our SSIS packages on Microsoft SQL Server 2012 R2 on Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1:
Error: 4014, Severity:20, State: 11. A fatal error occurred while reading the input stream from the network. The session will be terminated (input error: 109, output error: 0)
SQL Server Data Tools and SQL Server Database Engine reside on the same server.
We tried the following:
Disabling TCP Chimney Offload
Installed Windows Server 2008 SP1
Splitting our SSIS code into multiple steps so it is not all one large continuous operation
The error occurs during a BulkDataLoad task.
Other options we are investigating with the engineering team (out-sourced, so delayed responses):
Firewall configurations (everything is local, so this should not make a difference)
Disabling the anti-virus scanner
Are there other things we can try?
Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Based on the current information, the issue can be caused by many reasons. Please refer to the following tips:
Install the latest hotfix based on your SQL Server version. Ps: there is no SQL Server 2012 R2 version.
Change the MaxConcurrentExecutables property from -1 to another one based on the MAXDOP. For example, 8.
Set "RetainSameConnection" Property to FALSE on the all the connection managers.

Curve Tracer Program

I am working on a Curve Tracer project. The purpose of the project is to plot the Current Voltage curves of two and three terminal devices like diodes and transistors. I have a dll file of the program that performs the required function. But the program that I have is of a older version of LabView ( don�t know which version). Is it possible in anyway to convert the whole program( including the sub vi�s ) into LabView 7.0. In the program I have 2 AO channels and 4 AI channels connected to the DAQ board. If you want me to send more information on what I am trying to achieve I can do that.

Sorry for the confusion I am creating. I was of the belief that I needed use the DAQ assist wizard (version 7.0) to configure the input and the output channels. According to what I think( please correct me if i am wrong) the version 6.0 has a different method of configuring the AI and AO channels and you need to mention the Vout and Vin and buffer rate individually, where as in the DAQ assist wizard ( version 7.0) you can do all this by going though the wizard and the whole step is shown in one icon ( which contains input range, scan rate ). Now my question is do I need to change the AI and AO channels according to version 7.0 DAQ assist wizard or use the orignal program ( version 6.0) and use the channels
mentioned in it AI 3,2,1,0 channels and AO 1,0 channels.
In the program I am trying plot the current and voltage of a two or three terminal device. The Analog output channel AO(1) drives the input side of the device and sets a series of constant levels which is set on the front panel of the VI and AO(0) drives the output side of the device, giving a linear sweep between two levels set in the front panel. The AI is used to measure the values at four different points on the circuit ( figure I am attaching as an attachment). I am sorry for not being more detailed in my earlier mails.
The two questions I have is
1. Do I need to you the DAQ assist ( version 7.0) in the program and if yes what changes do I need to bring about from the original author's VI.
2. If I using the version 6.0 program , do I need to do anyother configuration or can I straight away use the DAQ channels 0, 1, 2, 3 as Analog input channels and 0, 1 in case of the Analog output channels.

I can no longer trace Output in Flash. Please Help!

Hi, I'm learning Flash and Action Script 3 but I'm stuck with a problem.
The Output panel stopped tracing my scripts. For example the Output panel will not display anything after I type trace("this"); in the Actions window and press Shift + Enter. I'm not sure what's the cause but this started after I tried to use Debug Movie for the first time.The Output panel still shows errors though but no tracing.
Restarting Flash and the Computer didn't help. I tried deleting the user files. I'm using Vista and I decided that Flash by default stores the user files in C:\Users\Me\AppData\Local\Adobe\Flash CS4. I removed the Flash CS4 folder there hoping that restarting with a fresh settings will fix the problem. Unfortunately it didn't. And I'm not sure it this is where Flash stores the user files because after what I thought will be fresh restart, Flash still remembers which were my most resent files in its Welcome window. At the moment I don't have any other ideas but to reinstall Flash.
I would greatly appreciate any help with this.

Now I remember that I played with that without understanding what it is. Now I know very well
Anyway I still would like to know where Flash stores the user settings files, in case I mess with other things in the future with my learning experiments.
I will read the entire manual but meanwhile I like to play with things and when stuck with something like that I rather delete the user settings files instead of bothering people here with my stupid problems.

Is there any chance to switch the TRACE output off?
Since the big changes in the ATL library and since the AtlTraceTool got unnecessary removed from the distribution ... how to configure TRACE output?

I have got this issue now in porting Sources from VS2010 (vc10) to VS2013 (vc12)
The recommended fixes in

defining ATLTRACE and ATLTRACE2 with own Custom Methods worked fine for me. All
simple TRACE - calls but only in my own code was handled better.
But afxDump - Output is not affected by this change.
After some investigation I believe the here suggested tip
ATL::CTrace::SetLevel(ATL::CTrace::DisableTracing);
will also not produce the expected results, because it will simply disable all the afxDump-Output. by returning the method.
I believe, Microsoft has to implement some flags to configure and suppress filename/category-Output for afxDump (CDumpContext), and finally in _CrtDbgReportW because CTrace::TraceV will finally run in
this method. So, the output of 3rd-party assemblies could also be affected. (probably also for ATLTRACE, ATLTRACE2 to avoid own override of TraceImplementation.
In this case I will see dump output, but without filename/category
eg.

Which language is better to develop the software that controls the Tektronix-Sony 370A Curve tracer and how to approach it. I a a fresher in this field. Please any one help us developing the software.

If you're looking to develop a driver for the instrument, one already exists and can be download here or you can get it off of the driver disk that comes with LabVIEW. If you're asking for the best language in which to write an application program that uses the driver, the obviously the answer is going to be LabVIEW. Note that you might get a different answer if you post the question to a Visual Basic or C++ forum but those answers would be wrong.

Does anybody know how to modify the driver for the Tektronix 370A curve tracer so that it will work with the 370B?

I am trying to control a Tektronix 370B curve tracer using LabView via a GPIB interface. However, there are no drivers available for download for the 370B. There is one available for the 370A, but it is not compatible with the 370B and I have been unable to figure out how to modify it to make it work with the 370B. Does anyone know how to modify this driver, or know of an existing driver that works with the 370B? Thanks!

Yeah, unfortunately, the Tektronix 370B does not currently have an instrument driver and the driver for the 370A is not supported by National Instruments (it is just posted on our website as a courtesy) - so I am afraid that there is not really any more information on the differences that might exist between the two available from National Instruments. As an alternative, you can always develop your own driver using the VISA and 488.2 drivers + a copy of the user manual for the Tektronix 370B. Otherwise, you may consider speaking with Tektronix or getting ahold of a User Manual for the 370A and comparing some of the settings - there are likely some differences in your configuration options at the very least. Or, if someone out there has tackled this before and shares their knowledge...

TRACE OUTPUT - Please help

I am running a trace using toad over an oracle 8 database which runs in a remote location.
I do not have an account to acess that machine - Only can connect to database with toad or sql plus.
Is there any other way to see the output of a trace command without accessing the server machine and opening the file stored in the user dump destination?!?!
For example output the trace result to the toad editor screen!?
PS: i do not have permissions to change the user dump destination
I'm sure you guys will find me a solution

When I've been in this unfortunate situation (like on a hosted database) I have been able to create an external table that will give me access to the trace file.
First, look up user_dump_dest so you can create a directory object for this location.
Next you need to get the spid (from v$process) for the session that you are tracing - the default file name for the trace file is ${ORACLE_SID}_ora_${SPID}.trc
So if your spid is 12345
Create the directory and external table like this:

/Now that you have the external table (trace_12345_external). Select from it, spooling the output into a local copy of the trace file.
like this:
set pages 0
set linesize 255
set trimspool on
spool MyLocalTraceFile.trc
select * from trace_12345_external;
spool offYou can now tkprof (or otherwise analyze) your trace file on your client machine.
Don't forget to clean up after yourself and drop the external table when you're done.

that is, a global variable for enabling/disabling the trace outputs of my own program. I come up with creating
a class and putting a static boolean member variable. But there is something I'm not sure about: How to use
it...
For example: every time I need to do a trace, would I have to put this ? -->
if( MyClass.VERBOSE ) trace("whatever");
So it isn't needed to instance the object because a static variable is used. That's the way, isn't it?

From the book I'm reading, the author uses it the same way you're saying:
Inside your Classes, you have
private var _verbose:Boolean = false;
I noticed he uses it always (or almost) in the constructor of the classes:
public function whatever (var:*, verbose:Boolean);
//I tend to use verbose:Boolean = false on the constructor too so you don't have to always set it.
inside the constructor you have:
_verbose = verbose;
and normaly inside methods handling events like Event.OPEN, Event.INIT, IOErrorEvent.IO_ERROR, HTTPStatusEvent.HTTP_STATUS, you have something like this:

if (_verbose) {

Exporting ST01 trace output cuts column info

Hi experts
I must export RFC trace information from ST01 Trace Analysis to any external format (XLS or XML or RTF...). My problem is: the info in Object column is shorter than that shown on detail screen. For example, in main screen Object column shows only BAPI_MDPROVIDER_. If I double click that line, a detail screen shows a longer text for Object column, whose title becomes "Function Module", with value BAPI_MDPROVIDER_GET_VARIABLES.
I need the full name of the function module available in the detail screen. However, I could not find any way to expand Object column width in main screen.
How can I customize width for Object column on ST01 Trace Analysis to get the full length information? Is there any external tool capable of reading a ST01 trace file?

I really appreciate your suggestions but the problem still persists.
I opened an issue at SAP and support team answered that the standard output from trace analysis on transaction ST01 "is working as designed" and they cannot give me an alternative solution. I requested them to provide the layout of the records written into the trace file in order to decode the information needed, but I was told that it could not be provided.
Well, if SAP is unable to provide a solution then there's nothing else we can do.
Case closed (unfortunately).

JFET Curve Tracer Problem

Hello All,
I have tried everything to get this circuit to work, but it just won't cooperate. I put it on a breadboard and used myDAQ as a function generator and it worked just fine on an old Tektronics scope. Hi Barry,
It looks like the problem is R1, move it around and you will see the problem.
I replaced the Tektronix scope with the 2-channel, the B/A button is easier to access.
