Trying to cancel a Monthly GSP since December!!!!
I bought an iPhone that came obligatory along with a monthly GSP (during 2 years) but since I live in Brazil, I don't need it, it is useless for me. But the seller told me (assur eme) that I only needed to call a phone number he gave me (it was a BestBuy flyer), I would be attended in Portuguese and cancel it - very simple (calling from Brazil: 00 + company code + 800-556-56565). Or I could do it via website (BBYINTL) I returned to Brazil and then the number didn't exist - actually it called some embarassous sexual content stuff. I tried the website - nothing there. Only an email. I wrote an email then. A lot of days after got some kind of automatic answer. I tried to explain my situation. I sent all scanned documents via email - I can't sent the originals via regular mail because I need them so I won't have issues with my country's Customs. The same receipt where is the monthly GSP, is the same that has the eletronics I bought. Several days after, got another answer, kind of automatic ("Please send the doucments to the adress, see our policy below blablabla"). Then I decided to simply not to pay the bill so that way you would automatically cancel it. However, it is automatically charged on my credit card. So I asked my bank to cancel it. My bank get in touch with you. Apparently then you said okay, let's cancel it, but that would take up to 60 days. 60 days came and went away and you keep charging. Asked my bank again what happened. They get in touch again. You asked 60 days. I am tired and feeling abused.
As you probably know, BestBuy in Orlando/Miami area is full of Brazilians buying LOT of stuff from you - and from others... The flyer I received was written in Portuguese and some sellers was prepare to attend us, speaking Portuguese and having information regarding Brazil. I don't know how come that I received such a mistaken info then. Even more, what a awful customer support you have. Email, phone, chat, facebook, nothing works. You are just polite: "hey sorry, that's sad to hear about it... I hope we can do something." HEY - I am not a child!!! Talk to me serious and SOLVE things out!!!!
I will be telling my story in every trip's blogs (we used them a LOT to exchange tips), tourism forums, facebook groups, tourism agents and so on because I am EXTREMELY angry about it, it doesn't seem to have an end, impossible to talk to anyone, that's simply the worst buy I ever made. I was incredibly better received at Amazon and iStore. You will probably keep receiving a lot of Brazilians but I will get sure you will lost a certain amount if I don't get a pretty decent support to compensate all the mess until now.

Geek Squad Protection (GSP) is a great way to make sure your phone is covered should any issues arise. However, in the event that the service no longer meets your needs, the plan can be cancelled. It should never be a hassle making changes to your GSP plan, and I sincerely apologize if you’ve had to contact us through multiple channels to get assistance.

It looks as though Derald on our Facebook team was able to assist you via email, and per the case notes your GSP plan has effectively been cancelled. I 'm unable to cancel my month-to-month subscription
When trying to cancel my month-to-month plan / subscription I get an error messages staying I should try it later again. However later (1 day or 1 hour) still gives the same result. Sadly the chat with an agent is not available on the pages it is listed on and a non-clickable link! How do I cancel my subscription if the cancellation service does not work and I cannot speak with a person?

Just how is it that one is FORCED TO PAY? Seems to me that it is a choice made. Terms are right there in the contract, you can either agree or not agree. One of the basic rules where any contract is involved is to read it.
In this case it may not even be an issue, as the OP indicated he is month-to-month.

@urdaddi - Even if he indicates, he is M-2-M, he could mean that he is paying m2m even if he has a annual contract, So I just wanted to confirm.

Trying to cancel month to month membership
I am trying to cancel my online membership to Creative Cloud but seem to get the run around and I am not able to get past step 4. I get no option to choose a reason why I want to cancel. I get frustrated, stop trying and give up. So I've paid for Creative Cloud for the last 2 months, even though I don't want it. Where's a phone contact so I can cancel immediately?

My iPod touch 4th gen. Won't charge with a enercell charger that I've used since December. It will only charge with the apple USB cord that came with it. And even the takes it about 6 sec. To realize its charging. Help me fix this?
Yes, I've been using it for months. And I can charge other devices with it. (my iPhone) but something weird just happened..... I kept on pluging it in the iPod and sometimes it would start to chàrge then sometimes it won't charge. Charges every time with the iPhone though.

Using wall charger and am now getting error message "charging not supported by this accessory." Have been using since December and this is first time I have encountered this.
Did you look to see if there is debris or dust causing the problem? Get a flashlight and take a look to make sure.
Is there something in the USB end of the cord perhaps?
You didn't answer this question ....Are you using the charger and cord that came with your iPad?
You could try changing cords if you have another one available to see if it is the cord. Have you tried connecting to your computer to see if you get the same message?
You could try a hard reset by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears, let go of the buttons and let the iPad restart. Then try the charger again. -
Trying to cancel but not showing my subscription

What's the reason?I haven't seen any since December 20th. It is going to depend on your applications, and they usually close off the developer area around the holidays. If you want to check, go to the App Store link and click on Updates to see if there are any there. You can do that manually. There is no specific schedule as to when app updates come out.
