DO NOT remove either folder. DO NOT mess with any OS X system files either. If you have dupliocates check your files in iPhoto, iTunes and your iMovies libraries. Also check your data files, under ALL circumstances stay away from any OS X systems files or you will probably bork your Mac to the point it will not run.

If a user account is deleted and the data for that account is not deleted, it is placed there. Yes, you can delete the files there.

I would like to verify if you have other Exchange backup at first.
If you don't have a full backup for Exchange data, it is not recommend to delete the .bkf file directly.

before upgrading to Lion, I switched from MobileMe to iCloud. At that time I used my MobileMe user name and password. I purchased additional storage space to 20GB. I was unable to send any emails during this time. After researching, I upgraded to Lion and changed my icloud mail usuer name and password from the original I used from mobileme. How do I get my upgraded storage to my new account. I intend to delete the first one.

Unfortunately you can't, the additional storage belongs to your first account, you can't transfer it. -
I was given an iPhone 4 from a friend and I was trying to reset it to factory settings but it won't let me. It's keeps popping up with a box to put in my friends iCloud account password in but I don't know it. How can i delete their iCloud account without knowing their password?
You cannot delete the iCloud account that is signed on to Find My iPhone unless you know the password. This is called the Activation Lock:
ACTIVATION LOCK
It is an anti-theft security measure that is a part of iOS 7. You can only get around this by following the steps in this support article:
Find My iPhone Activation Lock: Removing a device from a previous owner’s account
Contact your friend. This is the only way around the lock.

If you purchased about 2 years ago new I am sure it is a Intel iMac. To find out what type of iMac you have just click on the Apple menu item in the finder and select about this Mac. I would check the ISP mail site and get the correct outgoing mail server info.

I had the same experience as you did, but in my case it was a big fat pdf that Mail insisted I had to download before I could view it. As happened with you, I saw the file actually downloading, and after a time I was able to view the pdf. It's been my assumption that the pdf is still somewhere on my iPad, but I have no idea where, nor how to delete it if it is still there.

The iPhone 3G is Not Compatible with iOS 6...
It also appears that your phone may have been Hacked and / or Jailbroken...

My ringer is no longer working for text and email notifications. Only working for phone calls. I have gone through all the settings to see where something is off. Not finding anything. I have tried changing the tone and it just vibrates on everything.
Ok so I happened to figure it out while on the phone to apple support. Even though the guy was very nice, I think I knew more than him! He was explaining very basic resolution principles I played about. I had the second option in displays resolution. All I did was unplug the HDMI cable, click on 'best for display' then plugged the HDMI in and my resolution on the normal monitor changed to the normal blue, then went black momentarily and then changed to a strange resolution but another window appeared that said SONY BRAVIA HDMI at the top! Hey presto! Don't know why it didn't do it yesterday - I probably left the HDMI cable in or something! Oh well. Problem solved!

It sounds a lot like your phone was hacked or jailbroken to unlock it prior to your trying to update it.
If that is the case, it is nowpermanently bricked. -

When you said you have no fax machines on your line, that does include computers directly connected to the phone line?
The reason that I ask is a computer with a dial-up modem (a non broadband modem) that can connect to your phone line, can have software that makes the computer act as a fax machine.

My touchscreen blacks out while on a call so I can't multitask. If I am on a call and a new call comes in, I can't see who is calling or even think of answering because the screen is blacked out.
Thank you so very much! My husband is in Afghanistan and calls at different times. If I am on a call and can't answer him it could be days before I hear from him again. I never thought to just restart my phone! Duh...this is my first smartphone so I am learning. All day people were calling while I was on the phone but I couldn't answer. I've gone to the link and downloaded the up to date Firefox. Drag Icon into Applications and then to dock but it still remains a message that I'm not working with the most up to date version

I cannot find an add-on or other feature of Firefox to enable me to enlarge the web screen a bit for ease in reading. I have already adjusted my Windows visual settings, but these do not seem to affect Firefox. IE allowed me to do so-- is there an add-on in Firefox so that I needn't hit Cntrl-+ on every web page to enlarge the font?
The Firefox Page Zoom feature does a domain by domain level of saving the users preferred zoom level settings, there is no default Page Zoom level setting in Firefox.
