Trying to delete bpm workflow items using SWWL

Hi All,
I'm trying to delete workflow items of a BPM that is stuck. I'm using SWWL for this.
However, I get the following error:
Work item 000000002255 locked by user WF-BATCH.
(enqueue error)
How do I delete this locked work item??
I'm suspect that this is causing all my other BPM's to get stuck waiting forever. These other BPM's were working correctly earlier.

HI,
Try completing it manually from SWIA. also check for SM58 (enter WF-batch for user in selection screen) and complete the LUW manually.
alwo try SAP_WAPI_Workflow_resume or resume_workflow. pass the instance id of workflow (not workitem)

Have you confirmed that you successfull purged iTunes Match by also looking on an iOS device? If so, keep in mind that Apple's servers may be experiencing a heavy load right now. They just added about 19 countries to the service and I've read a few accounts this morning that suggests all's not running perfectly right now.

Deleting all workflow items from SAP inbox

I'm doing some Workflow testing and I've got a bunch of work items in my
Inbox. Is there a utility I can run that will just delete all of the work
items in my Inbox, regardless of the status?
any suggestions????

So if I don't want a user to receive a particular Workflow message everyday, how can I cancel that? Can someone tell the transaction code and procedure to do this?

Strange issue while trying to delete files - locked item that I can't find

I am working on clearing off some hard drive space, and my first step was to remove some unneeded items from an external HD to make some space there. When I drag the folder I'm trying to delete to the trash, I first get a message that the items will be immediately deleted (I think because my internal HD is quite full?) and that's fine because I do want to delete these, so I say OK. It starts the process of deleting, and counting how many files it's deleting, then gives me a message that the operation cannot be completed because item "xx" is locked. The only solutions I have found on here involve unlocking "xx" but my problem is, when I search the computer and/or the external for item "xx" nothing is found. I'm really not sure if the issue with item "xx" is an issue with the drive or with the computer, or what to do about it?? If it's the drive, I suppose I could back up what I do want to save from the drive then re-format it?? Any help would be greatly appreciated, and please word any answers as if you are speaking to a complete idiot, because with regards to this kind of information, you are! Thanks!

Trying to delete my Contacts Storage using Clear Data button however it's Unavailable

Just recently upgraded to a Droid Razr (been a long time blackberry user) and really just beginning to understand some of the features. During the initial setup I didn't handle my contacts the way I would have preferred and would like to start over. From what I can decipher, I should be able to go to Settings>Applications>Storage Use> and then chose "Contacts Storage" to completely delete my contacts via the "Clear Data" button.
However, the "Clear Data" button is grayed out and unavailable. I've tried using "Force Stop" thinking that if this application currently had the data in an open state then that might be why is was unavailable. However, it doesn't appear that "Force Stop" ever actually stops the application and it certainly doesn't allow me to chose "Clear Data" afterwards.
Does anyone know how I could either make the "Clear Data" button available or another method to completely remove my contacts?
Some other info that might be helpful:
Hardware: Droid Razr
Android Version: 2.3.6
Data Size: 31.29MB
I do not want to "root" my phone at this time. If I were going to make a wild guess, I think it could be related to Backup Assistant (same idea that if an application has locked the data, it's not read/writable). However, I don't see any way in the phone to disable Backup Assistant to test this theory. Furthermore, I have disabled sync with all other contact services (facebook, linkedin, etc.) so if I can ever delete my contacts... the deletion won't propogate to my original sources.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Take a look at these instructions i Found And you might be able to Get Rid of them by Tapping on the Contacts up on Top then hitting your settings and Tap Manage Contacts that might give you the option there to get Rid of them. You could Export them to your SD CARD Then once in there Format the Card. But a word of Caution if you have an Pictures or Songs in there they will be Wiped as Well..

Power Cycle the device and repeat the steps above by CHECKING the Contacts check.

How to use CSAP_MAT_BOM_MAINTAIN for deleting / changing sub-items?

I'm trying to use CSAP_MAT_BOM_MAINTAIN for BOM create / change / delete.
Issue: This Function module is not working when I'm trying to delete / change sub-items of a BOM. I'm getting update termination (ABAP/4 processor: SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC) during BOM post.
Is there a way to fix this?
(1) BOM creation part is working fine
(2) BOM item (without any sub-item change) change / delete is also working

BOM_USAGE : Ther many BOM available that is sales BOM and Production BOM etc here you need to mention usage of BOM that is for sales or production
I_STKO : Enter the BOM Header information . Note : Ask your Functional consultand
Apart form this parameter, all are optional so do worry

When I am trying to forward workflow item using SWIA , I am getting the message like " WS is not a valid object type for a task".
It's in statuts "STARTED" and AGENT is "SAP WORKFLOW".
How can I forward this item to user as workflow administrator.

1. If you have the workflow instance number
Oepn table SWWWIHEAD through tcode se11/se12/se16
Enter the instance number in field TOP_WI_ID and execute.
You will find there are multiple woritem there.
Get the workitem whrere WI_TYPE is 'W'.
That is the dialog workitem of that workflow. ( There may be the multiple dialog workitem as per the workflow design )
Now forward the dialog workitem through SWIA
2. If you hav woritem number which is not wokflow instance number
Open table SWWWIHEAD through tcode se11/se12/se16
Enter the instance number in field WI_ID and execute.

Now get the top wokitem id adn open table SWWWIHEAD through tcode se11/se12/se16
Enter the instance number in field TOP_WI_ID and execute.
You will find there are multiple woritem there.

Delete freight cost items

I am trying to delete freight cost items. When certain items are of a certain type and have 0 cost value I need to erase them. The problem is that I need to do this automatically, is there a user exit or a FM or BAPI or BADI to do this?

Problem solved.
I used the user exit EXIT_SAPLV54B_004
Because the items that had 0 cost value were generating error on the transfer of the costs, what I did is change their status like this:
IF c_scd_item-vfkp-netwr IS INITIAL.

    c_scd_item-vfkp-stber = 'C'.
ENDIF.
IF NOT c_scd_item-vfkp-stfre IS INITIAL.

How to delete a list item in Sharepoint 2007 via SOAP?

I am looking to delete a list item using soap web services. I am using the Lists.asmx web service.
The XML looks like this:

Activating "Workflow can use app permission"

I am trying to activate the "Workflow can use app Permissions".
I am getting the error "System.ServiceModel.Security.SecurityAccessDeniedException: Access is denied. "
The user is part of the SiteCollectionAdministrators.
What other permissions are required to activate the feature?

No I don't think you have to configure the App Domain to use workflows.
Do you also have a User Profile Service (preferably with User Profile Sync) up and running? 2013 workflows (like Apps) use properties in the User Profile to pass identity back and forth. If you are going to run using App Permissions the workflow
service is still going to want to be able to identify the initiator of the workflow. For that you need User Profiles.
Also, is your user just a Site Collection Admin or are they an actual member of the Site Owner's group? Its not clear from the documentation whether activating that feature is a permission dependency or an actual group membership dependency.

SWWL - being used to clear Inbox for Workflow Item in error

Hello,
We are currently using SWWL for clearing Workflow Iitems from the Inbox if they have errored out directly in production. I have tried to review this in the forum and generally have come to the conculsion that SWWL should not be directly used in the production environment. Is there any standard SAP Note where SAP recoomends not to use SWWL ? If so , alternatively what is the other way to do this ? Do we have to use RSWWWIDE , which needs to run regulary to clean up the Work-Items which have errored out ?
I am a functional consultant abd would like to propse the correct methods of deleting these workflow's. if there ar any other ways of doing this, please let me know.

Regarding your quest for an official note from SAP you need look no further than the [online help|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70ehp2/helpdata/en/f4/843239cb0211d1950d0000e82dec10/frameset.htm]. Aside from consistency issues it may even have audit implications if you use workflow for any auditable businessfunctions (e.g. approving purchases). If this report is found to have been run in production, there is no way of telling if it was used as an electronic shredder to destroy an audit trail.
To get rid of errored work items you should cancel the workflows. They would then be archived if you use archiving. Edit -> change -> delete logically. Otherwise SWPR can delete them en masse, but you may need to apply a note.
HOWEVER, all the above aside, this should not be necessary in first place. The scenario you describe is a business case that should be part of the workflow if it happens regularly. This is what workflow is for! It should be designed to recognize the deletion of a delivery and complete when it happens, removing itself from the user's inbox. Workflows in error should be rare and caused by (usually technical) exceptions that are either unexpected or very rare. If you have regular errors, it's a business scenario that needs to be modeled. Even if it's by putting a deadline onto the workflow to cancel after some obsolete timeperiod.

I'm not exactly computer literate - I don't even know what the m4v is, but I've read some discussions saying to shut down the computer - which I did - nothing everything else I've found on the m4v is too technical for me to grasp.
