"Your current audio hardware selection dos not have any input channels." My question, therefore: Do I need to buy an external microphone? I have an HP Pavilion Laptop, running WIndows 8.1. I thought I had a built-in microphone. But ,maybe not. Please help. Also, WHAT KIND of microphone - exactly - should I buy? Thanks for your help.

Go to Edit Menu/Preferences/Audio Hardware and ASIO tab and click on it.
Under the Input tab, make sure that you have your microphone selected.

Sounds more like you have a problem with your apple id. For starters go to that page click manage my apple id and singn in. If you can't sign in reset password.

if you can sign in there, try to sign in to itunes on your computer.

Could you please let me know what version of OS are working on.
You might receive this error when you attempt to install on a drive with the HFS+ Case Sensitive file system, which is not supported for installation of Adobe Creative Suite 6.
So, please try installing on a drive that has been formatted with a supported file system.
You might refer the KB doc link mentioned below for the same:

Try updating the Media Player while using Internet Explorer. The Windows Updates site uses ActiveX to perform its' functions. Firefox doesn't support ActiveX.

Remember, any purchased item from the itunes store is forever associated with the Apple ID used to buy it. So when you get prompted for an ID/password and it doesn't accept it, then you are using the wrong ID.
Go to Settings>iTunes and App Stores, be sure it's logged into the ID you have set on the iphone (since that one seems to be connecting with the right ID). If you've done this, then you might wait a bit to see if the "cannot connect to .. store" message has to do with internet connections.

When I run the Receiving interface i get an error that the period is not open. But all periods are open from Jun 14 through April 15.

I am running the following inserts and all periods are open but I still get this error in the po_interface_errors table.

I went to Inventory > Setup > Organizations
but I do not see a place to open a period under an organization. If there is another place to go let me know.
I looked under calendars but that does not have anything to do with periods as far as I can tell.

Taken at face value, you're having trouble with an Apple Application Support program file there. (Apple Application Support is where single copies of program files used by multiple different Apple programs are kept.)
Let's try something relatively simple first. Restart the PC. If you're using Vista or 7, now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "Apple Application Support" and then click "Repair". If you're using XP, head into your Add or Remove Programs control panel, select "Apple Application Support", click "Change" and then click "Repair".
If no joy after that, try the more rigorous uninstall/reinstall procedure from the following post. (If you've got XP, although the procedure is for Vista and 7, just read "Computer" as "My Computer", read "Uninstall a program control panel" as "Add or Remove programs control panel" and assume the system is 32-bit, and you'll be doing the right things.)

Procedure
Check the definition of the analysis process and make any necessary changes. Redefine the analysis process in such a way so that the update does not produce duplicate data records. You could ensure against duplicate data records by proceeding as follows:
Check whether all key fields are filled correctly in the field assignments on the data flow arrow that enters the DataStore object.
Insert an aggregation node in front of the DataStore object and aggregate the data to match the key fields of the DataStoreobject. In the settings for the aggregation node, use the key fields of the DataStore object as grouping fields and all other fields as aggregation fields.
Points will be definitely assigned.

Hi,
The values in query may have different combination of characteristics.. may only few of those are Key field to the ODS.
So Wen you display data , you can select the Key fields and sort.
And about aggregate...
Eg:
report values
X       y        z    K1
aaa bbb ccc    10
aaa bbb ddd     20
now ODS has X y as key field then load wil fail as u can see 2 records from report/query
So wen you put aggregate block on query ( and filter with z or not present in ODS) out put then
X            y          z (filtered)         k1
aaa      bbb        ccc                     30
if you need the Z value then i think you need to use transformation.

If your email account offers a webmail access, I suggest checking the webmail - log in to your account using the webmail access, and I predict you will see all those "unread" emails there and can dispose of them from there.
