I'm trying to find where to change these commands in the ASDM gui...
crypto ipsec security-association lifetime seconds 3600
crypto ipsec security-association lifetime kilobytes 4608000
crypto map outside_map1 2 set security-association lifetime seconds 28800
crypto map outside_map1 2 set security-association lifetime kilobytes 4608000
The screenshot you posted for the first part looks similar to ASA 6.4, however, ASA 6.1 doesn't have the bottom section labeled "IPsec Security Association Lifetime". I also checked ASA 6.0 and multiple 5505 units. Not that it's super important, because I just made the required Time Limit changes via the CLI, but it would still be nice to know where that setting is located.
The second screenshot was correct. I have been in there over and over, but it didn't really click in my head because the gui is listed at 8 hours 0 minutes and 0 seconds, whereas the CLI has it listed at 28800 seconds :)

I hope my code is readable. I am trying to get the command prompt that comes up from the Runtime.exec() to run a file called "test.txt" I know it would be easier to just do it by executing it from java but I want to see if it is possible this way. I thought the out.write would do the trick but I was wrong. Somebody help please....

Second, you should probably send the Enter key to the shell if you want anything to happen. (Not that I know whether it will work, but I do know it won't work if you don't press Enter.) -
i have iphone 4 and it connect to some wireless networks and some others are not visible while other lphones can find these networks and i tried to restart the phone many times and there is no result, kindly advice
Some updates and clarifications:
1. I already have my 2.4 channel fixed.
2. Wireless network name is 8 alphanumeric characters; no spaces
3. Already using WPA2 security with a 10 alphanumeric key (again, no spaces)
4. I am running Airport Utility 6.0, Mac OS version 10.7.4
I should also say that these problems started happening less than a month ago...prior to that all devices where working normally.
An added update: My two e-readers (nook ST and Kindle 3) are also refusing to connect...perhaps confirming that I have 2.4 GHz issues? -
I need these deleted text messages, they are very important. I have been up all night trying to recover these lost text messages but no matter how many times I try I can't get them. I haven't synced my device to itunes since sometime in 2013 and my icloud isn't working and doesn't say that it backs up text messaging. I'm out of ways to get my deleted text message. It's very important that i get it back. It can stop a lot of problems that I am having.
If you have not made a backup of the device while the text messages were on the device, then there is nothing that you can do. If you have created a backup of the device with the messages on there, then you can restore to that backup. The iCloud backup does backup SMS, so if you did make one, then they would be there. Otherwise, you are out of luck.

Trying to install speedit what do these commands mean?
Install.sh :

How do I run this?
Don't I need to point spmething to the command?
I have a foldert on my desktop named Speedit.
Inside it are three files:
Install.sh
speedit.kext
uninstall.sh
Can anyone give me specific commands for installation?
Install.sh has this inside it:

1) http://www.increw.com/downloads/speedit/
Download "SpeedIt V 1.0 Preview for Tiger 10.4.8"
2) Extract its contents in your home folder, so that all the files like install.sh are in your home folder
3) Enable root user if not enabled already, open "NetInfo Manager" in Applications/Utilities folder and click Security (from the menu on the top) then click Enable root user.
4) Open Terminal and type these commands:
su (then type root password)
./install
That should load SpeedIt, remember you will have to do step 4 everytime you reboot. Also stay away from CoreDuo Temp because it will interfere with this utility as it uses a different version of speeit.kext if you want to know the temperature just type this in Terminal: sysctl speedit

I'm trying to find an easy way to import my MP3 collection into iTunes without moving, copying or changing it.
I can't believe that iTunes doesn't have this feature, as even the most basic music players always have this.
I only use iTunes to sync my iPod, as I like Media Monkey to play my MP3s.
I have 137GB of MP3s, mainly from my ripping my CDs, LPs and downloading from Amazon. I've only purchased a handful of songs from iTunes,

Okay, no problem.
If the top bar menu is not displayed in top left of your iTunes Library, use the CTRL+B keys to turn it on:
On that menu, use File/Add Folder to Library and navigate to the folder you wish to add:
If you wish to add just one song, notice the File/Add File to Library command on that menu as well.
Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop from the file's location into your iTunes Library.
That's all there is to it.
By the way, it is possible to have Amazon MP3s downloaded to your computer and then automatically added to the iTunes Library by the Amazon downloader. I do it all the time.

Actions; how do I find what commands don't work in actions?

I'm frustrated in trying to create an action make a channel into a layer.
Sounds easy, right?
I'm got hung up on several issues though, which raised a bigger question:
• In the approach I'm taking, I want to select the target channel during the action.
When I click on Channel X during recording, the action records the step as
"Select X Channel"
Unfortunately the particular channel is hardwired into this command so that would
mean making three different versions of the action. I have tried looking for a
more general form of the command, like Select Channel that then takes the
particular channel as a parameter, e.g. from a drop-down menu. That at least
would work in an action. But no such. (I tried some other ideas like using
Calculate or Channel Mixer which come close but not close enough.)
There's a more lame design: selecting the channel before recording the action, then
creating and deleting extra "internal" channels in the action -- it does work but it
isn't where I started so I lost a lot of time trying to find something that appears not
to exist.
• The lurking question here is how you find
(a) whether there even exists an actual generic form of a command
(b) whether the command works in a way that makes it possible to use in an action
Web searches don't lend themselves to finding information like "what commands
don't work in actions". I would really appreciate pointers to any in-depth documents

Well i found one of my older actions which must have been recorded in an old version of photoshop that named the channels with numbers.

I lost an xcel doc a couple of days ago. Tried to find the Library folder in Users but not there when I use Finder (even when I do shift-command-G). But when trying to upload a photo in iphoto I found the library folder in Users. I can see my doc in Office 2011 Autorecovery, but can't access it! How do I get User to show Library then I can get to my long lost document?
The auto recovery dat should be in the Microsoft User Data folder in your documents folder, not in the Library. However, I Haven't had to look recently.

Hello! I had Photoshop Elements (and some other products) installed on my Laptob, but lost them because of a system breakdown. Trying to install these programms again, I logged in to my account "my adobe" and immediately found my products listed there plus a link "download here". But clicking the link didn´t start anything. Nothing happened. How can I get my prgramms installed again?
Try using a different browser if the link did not work.

I purchased a new laptop. I'm trying to find the same version of Acrobat Pro 9.5 I have on my old laptop to install on my new computer. Any help?
I'm using an iMac with the newest OS X Yosemite. I tried to reinstall Creative Cloud, removed all the programs. But I still get the 'old' 2014 version with the Lionhead, not the Sunglasses (october 2014) with interactive libraries. I use Adobe iPad apps, for instance Adobe Brush, Adobe Shape and Adobe Color and it's so great to have all the things you make with these apps in your Illustrator & Photoshop libraries. Somehow it worked om my laptop, but not om my home computer.

Trying to find the prefs for importing text (retainFormat)
In my (model only) plugin wich only deals with custom data link, I'm trying to find the last chosen user preference for things like 'retainFormat' for importing files.
What I want is my plugin to do exactly the same as when a text file is dragged from the desktop, but then from my own source.
Everything works just fine, except for the options in 'IImportManagerOptions'.
I can't figure out a way to get to these. Is that only available for UI plugins?
Anyone?

Every time I try to access my emails on microsoft outlook I get a message from windows that mobileme services have stopped working. windows then tries to find a solution and says mobileme is not installed correctly. When I try to repair or uninstall via the control panel my pc cannot find the route????? I do have an iphone and ipad. What can I do?

HELP!!!! I have spent hours trying to find out how to embed an image with a link, or embed a Microsoft Word document with a hyperlink built within the document -- not as an attachment into my email -- but where it shows as the email content when opened! Does ANYONE know the secret? Can it be done, or not? My PC clients do it all the time easily. Then I want to be able to send the embedded image/document (not as an attachment, but visable within the email when opened) to many email contacts at once, BUT the individuals receiveing them DO NOT SEE the other email contacts. Actually these are the metrics which are available in OEM for the DB releases up to 9i. Post 9i releases , these metrics are obsoleted.
