You don't say which film you're struggling to download, I had problems with a-team and I ended up emailing the address on the leaflet, turns out they had a lot of problems with people's codes, they then gave me a new code to use! I have now managed to get the film downloaded?

Yes, the old album art view is gone, bu you can see the album art for a song that's playing by clicking on the art image and it will open a bigger view.

Check the mute switch on the side above the volume rocker. If the red dot shows, the phone is muted. You'll still be able to play the ringtones to select one.
I find that the switch can be thrown to "mute" by accident when I put my iPhone in my belt holster.

Please try the following steps,
1) Visit the My Apple ID website at:
http://appleid.apple.com
2) If the site is not displayed in your preferred language, click the Change Language link in the upper-right corner, type the name of your language in the field that appears, then click the Save button.
3) Click the "Manage your account" link.
4) Type your iTunes Store account name (which is your Apple ID) in the Apple ID field, type your password in the password field, then click the Sign In button.
5) Click "Addresses" in the column on the left. If you have multiple shipping addresses, remove any out-of-date or duplicate addresses by clicking Delete. Also, make sure the state or province field is filled out correctly for each address. To edit an address, click Edit. Edit all of your shipping addresses and make sure the appropriate state is selected in the State drop-down menus.

Hi, I am trying to connect my MBP to my tv through HDMI and minidisplay. I can get sound when I am watching a dvd, but when I try to watch youtube or something on the internet there is no sound. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The MBP is mid-2012. The display is working fine when I connect it to my TV. I have a HDMI that can carry sound to my LG tv when it is coming from a DVD. I have changed my preferences in sound to output to be LGtv, but it still won't work when I want to have sound from the internet or from iTunes.
I attempted to change the settings in MIDI setup, but that also isn't making it work.

There doesn't seem to be any way to watch live, unless it just hasn't started yet. Unfortunately I have to go to work in a few minutes so I can't check again tonight.

My Iphone 4 keeps trying to turn itself off and also takes random screen shots. I think it might have something to do with the Sleep/Awake button but any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's a lot of music i've bought and can't play. How do I fix this?

Forget the pad for a moment and just think about I tunes on your computer. Every now and then( 3 times over 6 years) when doing an I tunes upgrade, I tunes seems to lose track of some of my music files. They show up in the I tunes listing, but when you try to play, it cannot find the source. The cause is always that I have somehow moved some or all of the music to a library that is outside of the set of libraries I have dragged into I tunes.
On your computer, search for one of the songs. All the missing ones are probably together, and when you find one, you will find the rest. When you find it, note the directory and file path to where it lives, then add that path to your I tunes

Note, the original listing will still be in I tunes, so you will get double listings for theses songs, and no easy way to tell which is the valid ane and which is not, other than the ! Symbol when it cannot find the file. I know of no good way to get rid of the duplicate listing except manually going through and deleting them.
One you get them back into your I tunes library, they will sync and play fine.
Second side effect, if you are streaming to atv, and it comes accross one of those entries that leads nowhere, it simply stops streaming, and you have to restart the play.

Star Trek ID 1/5 iTunes extras "Movie Cannot be Played"

I recently downloaded my digital copy of Star Trek into Darkness.
The movie plays fine, the Extras work.
Except for extra feature "Brawl by the Bay" which gives me the dreaded message "Ths movie cannot be played on this computer."
This is odd to me as everything else in the files works fine.
I'd prefer not to redownload these extras, as I have a very slow internet connection, and this is the only one that does not work.
Does anyone have any idea why it would be doing this, or how I could fix it?

I really don't think there is just "some setting" that you need to change, to get this to work.
What does sound unusual to me, is that you say you are downloading the same product twice -- direct to the phone, and direct to your computer. The normal procedure would be to download it once, to either device, then do a "sync" between the computer and the iPhone to get the product installed onto both devices.
