Trying to upgrade Apache on Solaris 10; errors with make

Hi all, I have Apache 2.2.6 running on a Solaris 10 server and I want to upgrade it to Apache 2.2.25 using config.nice. I've been having lots of problems related to the compiler, but I finally got config.nice to run. Now when I run make (using GNU make) I get the following error:

I've searched and searched and haven't been able to find anything that explains what the problem is. Can anyone help me with this?

I've tried running it with /usr/local/apr-httpd/build-1/libtool and get the same error.

have you tried a gmake distclean and then rerun configure with all your options to make sure the build/obj dir is clean?

Try popping out the SIM card and turn off the phone.
Pop in the SIM card once again and turn on the phone, make sure that the SIM card is placed and seated perfectly in the tray!
Tell me how did you unlock your phone!?

    # Starting at 3:0:0 is a slight abuse of the versioning system, but it
    # ensures we're past soname libgmp.so.2, which was used on Debian GNU/Linux

    # gmp 3 mean 3:0:0 is right.
    # We interpret "implementation changed" in item "1." above as meaning any
    # release, ie. the REVISION is incremented every time (if nothing else).
    # Even if we thought the code generated will be identical on all systems,
    # it's still good to get the shared library filename (like
    # libgmpxx.so.3.0.4) incrementing, to make it clear which GMP it's from.

    # In libtool 1.5 it doesn't work to build libgmp.la from the convenience
    # libraries like mpz/libmpz.la. Or rather it works, but it ends up putting
    # PIC objects into libgmp.a if shared and static are both built. (The PIC
    # objects go into mpz/.libs/libmpz.a, and thence into .libs/libgmp.a.)
    # For now the big lists of objects above are used. Something like mpz/*.lo
    # would probably work, but might risk missing something out or getting
    # something extra. The source files for each .lo are listed in the
    # Makefile.am's in the subdirectories.
    # Currently, for libgmp, unlike libmp below, we're not using

I tried upgrading to iOS4 from iTunes 9.2.1 running on my iMac G5 running OSX version 10.5.8. An error occurred while restoring the ipod: (-402653173) and the i Pod is now frozen and unusable.

  • Trying to upgrade itunes on windows computer error comes up invalid signature and will not install, trying to upgrade itunes on windows computer error comes up invalid signature and will not install

invalid signature error when trying to install itunes 12.01?

Praise God - I found the solution after hours of work: (1) Uninstall all Apple programs (itunes, Quicktime, Bonjour, .....); (2) Go to "Common Files" and delete all Apple files - this might be difficult for some are locked from you - you may have to change the "Owner" of the file in order to delete it - if that doesn't work "Rename the Apple Follder to something like Apple Old - that's like deleting it.  Then download 10.5 from Apple and away you go - yippee.

  • I tried to upgrade PSe-13 and get Error Code: U44M1I210.  I restarted and had loaded Elements and Premier elements separately and got same error code for both.  Someone said to Remove and reinstall but has that worked for anyone??

I tried customer support and got "not my job"

Meowia for Error 201 please see Error downloading Creative Cloud applications - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/error-downloading-cc-apps.html.  Error 213 indicates there was problem locating the update or an incorrect URL.  The troubleshooting steps are still the same as both errors are related to failure of the current network connection.

  • Forte 62, Solaris Compiler error with purify

    Hi all;
    I am using a Solaris 2.8 machine, a Forte62 compiler in 64 bit mode.
I have set all LD_LIBRARY_PATH up and it compiles most my code till it gets to the part that it purifies. It gives me this error:
ld: fatal: relocation error: R_SPARC_DISP64: file /purifycache/vob/tools_SunOS/Forte6U2/WS6U2/lib/v9/crti_pure_p3_c0_111202109_64.o: symbol exshared0: offset 0xffffffff7a6faeb4 is non-aligned
Any ideas on what is causing this?
    Thanks a mill
    Ter

The problem appears to be in purify code. You should contact their tech support.

  • A705w-Trying to Play Call of Duty 2, error with video card

i get the error message that i dont have the right video card and that the computer hasn't initialized right.
Can i go out and buy another graphics card that will support the game?  or should i just buy i new computer.  I'd rather just get a graphics card instead of spending a lot of money on a new computer.  I went to the website www.canirunit.com which did let me know if my computer was capable of running COD 2, it said that the CPU speed wasn't fast enough and that my graphics card wasn't good enough.
let me know what i should do!

Thanks Jack Black, but I'm afraid the problem is that my Display Driver is not compatible with DirectX 9.0c. The Call of Duty 2 game installs in my computer the Directx 9.0c application, so I do not need to download the program from Microsoft website. However, in spite of having the Directx 9.0c installed in my laptop, it still does not run because I guess the Display driver should be compatible with the new version of DirectX.

  • Trying to install iTunes but appears an error with Bonjour... Please HELP

Can't install iTunes because appears an error that says like, bonjour can't be found, contact customers service

"quicktime is not a valid short file name"????
That's usually related to trouble with the QuickTime.msi.
Unfortunately, these sorts of msi-related troubles have gotten more complicated to deal with ever since Microsoft pulled the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from their Download Center on June 25. First we have to find a copy of the utility.
Let's try Googling. (Best not to use Bing, I think.) Look for a working download site for at least version 3.0 of the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. After downloading the utility installer file (msicuu2.exe), scan the file for malware, just in case. (I use the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware to do single-file scans for that.)
If the file is clean, to install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you've downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any QuickTime entries and click "Remove".
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try installing iTunes again. Does the install go through properly now?
(If you do find a clean download site for the correct version of CleanUp, please don't tell me where it is. Without wishing to sound paranoid (although I grant it does sound paranoid), there is a non-zero chance that posting links to download locations for the utility here at Discussions leads to that download location being shut down.)

trying to install itunes on win 8.1.  keep getting error apple application support not found.  asks me to uninstall and install itunes.  i tried several times and keep getting same error.

With the Error 2, let's try a standalone Apple Application Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of the issue.
Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:
    http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
Download and install the free trial version of WinRAR suitable for your PC (there's a 32-bit Windows version and a 64-bit Windows version):
    http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm
Right-click the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe), and select "Extract to iTunesSetup" (or "Extract to iTunes64Setup"). WinRAR will expand the contents of the file into a folder called "iTunesSetup" (or "iTunes64Setup").
Go into the folder and doubleclick the AppleApplicationSupport.msi to do a standalone AAS install.
Does it install properly for you? If so, see if iTunes will launch without the error now.
If instead you get an error message during the install, let us know what it says. (Precise text, please.)
