TS1205 My iPhone 4S doesn't even show the sound bar. Even if I go into music, there's no sound bar at the bottom. What's wrong?
I admit, I did drop my phone into a cup of juice, but only up to the home button was submerged. From then the sound wasn't working. I put it in a cup of rice, and the sound resumed working again, but soon after it stopped working again. Not only is it not working, but sound bar isn't even displayed. When you press the side bars nothing happens, when you go to music there's no volume bar at the bottom of the page, but my ringtone continues to work. Is there anything I need to do to fix it, or should I buy a new iPhone all together?
Did you try to reset your iPhone? Hold down Power and Home buttons together until Apple logo appears.

No I haven´t take it to Apple Store, i think I will actually. My iphone was jailbroken and ulocked with gevey sim, but when this failures began i decided to restore it, and I did preserve the baseband, but when I took it into one of these "Places" they told me it would be a good idea to do a clean restore and see if this fixed the problem so I upgraded my baseband, and right now my iphone is freshly restore, no jailbreak no nothing.
Btw yes something like a year ago my screen was replaces by others not by apple, but I didnt had any issues after this.. until today (a little more than a year later). -
In iTunes the iPhone device icon will not show up whenever I plug in a USB into my PC but the iPhone icon will show up in 'This PC' so if anyone who knows a resolution to my problem with my iTunes or PC,it would really help me.I need at least Help or some Tips.I have already tried many things to iTunes and my PC like trying to restore my PC but that do anything.Also,would it be fine if i contacted (call) Apple Support? I changed my gmail password after suspicious activity was detected. It works fine on my computer but my iphone 5 doesn't recognize my new password ("cannot get mail" message). I've tried changing my phone settings to the new password, but no good.

It sounds like you have modified the password settings for your Gmail account after changing the password. Thats where I would have started too. Next I would restart the device and test it one more time, and then remove and add the account again in Settings:
Get help with Mail on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Restart your iOS device.
Delete the affected email account from your device.
Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
Tap the affected email account.
Tap Delete Account.
Add your account again.

After installing an app on iPhone 5s, I can't use it outside of wifi (using cellular or mobile data) and the app is not listed in settings to enable its use of mobile data - any clues on what is wrong here?
Steps to take to resolve this issue:
1/ Turn off Wifi
2/ Ensure Mobile (cellular) data is on
3/ Turn iPhone OFF and then ON (re-boot iPhone)
4/ Without turning Wifi on, open an app that requires mobile (cellular) data.
5/ The app will now show on the Settings list with the option to enable or disable mobile (cellular) data
6/ In time all apps that require or use mobile data will be added to the list automatically. -

My "Apple TV" is hooked up via HDMI to my Marantz receiver. Everything works fine when watching movies. When trying to watch a show or listen to music, there is no sound. Has this happened to anyone else?
Perhaps you should ask over in the iPad community, you may get better answers there.

i had bought iphone 4 from singapore and now i am relocated to india.....there is some hardware problem in the phone due to which i m nt able to use it.....how do i give the phone for repair and in which country?
The warranty is not international and only available in the Country of purchase .If the iPhone is out of warranty Apple or their Agents will also only give service in the country of original purchase.
So if you want Apple help you will have to return it to Singapore or find a 3rd party to repair it if they can in India as long as it is out of warranty and you understand that Apple would never help with that device in future if it has been opened by a 3rd party -

If you ran the battery completely dead, the screen may stay black for a few minutes until it acquires a bit of a charge.

I accidently "x" off the download of firefox 4 before it had finished and now the home page doesn't work. it loads but then wont let me search from it? i tried redownloading firefox but that didn't work is there a way i can resume the previous download?

I Need to know what's wrong with my iPod 5. it turn itself off this morning when I was listening to music. - Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Every time I open up Firefox it appears to open two nested and linked windows, each with their own minimize, maximize and close buttons but the both work the same. The homepage does not come up, the back and forth buttons do not work. Both the refresh button and F5 do not work. The Bookmark Toolbar does not show up until I disable it in View and then re-enable it and this causes the outer nested window to disappear or close.
This issue can be caused by an extension or theme that isn't working properly.
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
