it was working normally last time i used it (last night) and in the morning it was off and it didn't turn on not even connecting it to my laptop, or charging it with the plug and i checked the cable, i even changed the cable twice and the cable was working with my ipod so it was not the cable. It didn't even appear as connected and the screen was just off.what should i do?

If you ran the battery completely dead, the screen may stay black for a few minutes until it acquires a bit of a charge.

Sounds like your iPhone was previously hacked/modified/jailbroken and the
update relocked it to the original wireless carrier. If this is the case, only that
wireless carrier can unlock it.

What wireless carrier are you attempting to use it with?
Does the app Cydia appear on your iPhone?
What does it say when you look at Settings=>General=>Carrier?

Hold down on the home button simultaenously holding on the sleep wake button (power button) hold it for more than 15 seconds this will then shut down the device.
If the device is already shut off do this same sequence to see if you get an apple logo. If you get the logo allow the device to login. Write back if this does not resolve your issue.

hopefully you have a backup to either icloud or itunes because you need to but the device into recovery and then restore

If your iPhone is still under the warranty I would contact Apple support and browse the replace or repair section. Because of the incident the iPhone should be repaired free of charge.

I was trying to take my Mac air to factory default settings.
I've done all that it says in the documment i was following, and them during the process it asked me the APPLE ID.
I put the apple id i have in my iphone. But it's not the one... it's said that i don't have any OSX associated with it... so it can not install the OSX.
So what can i do?
