and it was only for a song for xmas day as i had an idea plus i hav a imac osx 10.8.2
the card was from asda in bolton lancashire that my sister got me for the idea i think the staff knew there was a problem with the card

Prepaid iTunes cards, if that's what you mean, are not specific to any version of iTunes. I presume you're following this procedure to redeem the card:

So when I plug my iPhone 3GS into my iMac, for music reasons, it says I have 123 songs. When I plug my iTouch into my iMac it says I have 565 songs on my iTouch. I have the same apple idea for both my iPhone and iTouch, how do I transfer my 565 songs on my iTouch to my iPhone? PLEASE HELP!!!
When you connect your iPad or iPod to the Mac, click on the device name in iTunes - don't click on the arrow on the device. Then click on the Music tab in the main window pane. Now you should see 'Sync Music' and all your playlists, artists and albums. Here you mark the checkboxes for what should be synced.

Automatic set up for mail isnt working, on the "welcome to mail" pop up its not recognising my password and gives me no option to reset, which password should I be entering? Im assuming its the one for my Mac ? also tried my Yahoo one but no joy.....
start mail then:
Preferences> Accounts> click the [+] icon and fill in the blanks.
select POP account
Here are the basic server settings for Yahoo! Mail:
Incoming Mail (POP3) Server: pop.mail.yahoo.com (Use SSL, port: 995)
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server: smtp.mail.yahoo.com (Use SSL, port: 465, use authentication)

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. Since you are posting here, I take it you already have an Apple ID.
You can setup that Apple ID to work with iCloud. See:
Set up your Apple ID for iCloud and iTunes - Apple Support
And you usually want to stick with one Apple ID as having multiples can cause confusion (especially with purchases).

Having just upgraded to it and being a loyal CL customer since I've been building PCs, decided to upgrade my Audigy 2 and bought an X-Fi Gamer only to be rewarded with the inability to install the drivers, and I find out I'm not the only one and it actually seems...very common...what? Are you even serious Creative? All these posts about people not being able to use your cards with Windows 7 and you don't do a thing? Anyway, if someone has a mirror for the supposedly working unsupported drivers that would be great, every mirror I've found is outdated. If someone has them and they work, great, but I'm seriously never buying one of your products again if this is how you do customer service. If not, newegg's return policy is great, Asus here I come, sooner or later

I cannot send an email from my iPad 2? No problem receiving, why does this happen? Have tried the suggestions for setting up email and after doing the sync mail through iTunes receiving worked great but still cannot send? Any help would be great!
The fact that you can receive means you have a valid e mail address, and have established the connection to the incoming server, so all of that works. Since the send does not work, that means your outgoing server is rejecting whatever settings you used formthe outgoing set up. Try them again.
Google your particular isp, and ipad and many times you will find the exact settings needed for your isp. Or tell us here, and soneone else may be on the same isp. Some mail services need you to change a port, or have a unique name for the outgoing server.

ITunes match is only attached to Apple id that you used to subscribe.

Hey just doing a check. In. Do you have any more information about the Lightroom app for tablet? Like when it is coming out, what features will it have? Because I can't Waite. Especially for editing a raw file on a tablet. Excited.
I do have a Few questions. 1. Will the app have a library mode that allows the photographer to display the raw files on the app like how photo shop touch does. Example. When your import a photo from the iPad it shows up in the photo app that Apple makes. But when you take that photo into photo shop and save it as a psdx file, the project or photo does not show up in the original photo app by apple.
2. Will the app use the smart previews when you import a raw file on to the iPad the same as you do with a computer?
3. Do you have to Waite to go home to edit a raw file or can you edit on the tablet once you import the photo from camera to iPad? Instead of going home import to computer into Lightroom 5, then to adobe cloud, then to iPad.
4. Will the app display catalog, book, etc modes like Lightroom 5 has?At this stage, we don't know any more about Lightroom Mobile than Adobe revealed in Sep 2013

I am being prompted for the questions for my apple ID. I have put what I think are the answers and it is still not letting me purchase games from my account. I try to send the answers to my e-mail and I am not getting them. I had account issues about a year ago where my id was spelled wrong. Could this be associated with that?

I am unable to access the iTunes store for the last two months, I've tried removing the software and re-installing the latest version for Windows XP and still no access; is there a solution that would allow me to get access again?
