What model iMac and what version of the Mac OS is installed? "About this Mac" from the Apple menu is a good place to start.

Activation Lock cannot be bypassed, you will have to recover the email and password used to activate it. -
I have paid for a movie rental, when trying to download but wifi got interrupted , therefore I can't see the movie in the download section , it's disappear and I have paid for it , how can I find the movie and continue the download ?

Am i the only one who when trying to enter the code for creative cloud activation ?
I give up,i have been trying to activate a 3 month subscription for CS6 from Staples and every time i try the code it will not work. I have used the chat live and spent about 3 hours already going nowhere. I do not like talking on the phone to some help desk overseas and the only thing i think left to do is to return the junk.
I tried all that and even took a picture of the numbers and blew them up so a blind person could read them and had 3 others read them off. A simple way to fix the problem is get someone on Adobes staff to find a font that most people can read from whatever product the stick it to.

Hey John,
Not sure if it helps or not, but I know sometimes with codes like that its really hard to tell certain characters apart, O - like in Oscar versus 0 - number and number 1 versus lowercase L like in Lima.
Might test entering it both ways if you have any suspect characters?

i cant connect to my wifi due to the fact that it says its a wrong password and ive tried resetting all the ways i can and it still says i have the wrong password what can i do
Do other devices connect to the same wifi router?
Have you tried powering off and then back on the router?
Did you connect before OK?
Have you reset the iPod?
Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Setting

'“Install Wacom Tablet.pkg" can't be opened because the Identity of the developer cannot be confirmed.'
I have been trying to install the driver for a Wacom Bamboo Pad. There are several driver packages listed on the website (the device is supplied ready to run with Windows devices) and I have tried tried downloading all the available drivers which apply to my set-up. Some will not open at all and I get a 'Damaged' message on my screen. Of the ones which open, I can download the .dmg and expand it but when clicked it opens as a window with multiple choice of languages and an icon which instructs you to click to open.
If I do this some versions repeat the 'damaged' message but the later ones generate a window saying:-
'“Install Wacom Tablet.pkg" can't be opened because the Identity of the developer cannot be confirmed.' - this is as far as I can get it to go; most frustrating!
I understand that Apple's security updates have recently included an alteration that causes this result, and that there is supposed to be a legal (i.e. Apple sanctioned) workaround to allow files like this to be opened. If this is so, can anyone enlighten me?Many Thanks, Kurt.

I tried to update the software for my iPhone 4S, 16 GB to the most recent version (8.1?). I don't know what I was updating from, because I can't access that, but it was whatever was installed on it (I got it about a year ago, so probably 6.something).
It froze, and now won't turn off, or on, or sync with my macbook plus, which is what I have always sync'd it to. (I backed it up and sync'd it right before I tried to update the software.)
Since it originally froze almost 3 hours ago, it shows a white screen with the apple on it and a line underneath. When I try to sync with my laptop, it says it needs me to enter a passcode on the phone, which I can't enter because the screen is frozen. So I'm unable to access the iPhone portion of iTunes.
I have tried to turn it off, with no luck. I have tried rebooting my laptop and syncing, but I still get the same result.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
I really wanted to wait to update the software, but I was having internet connectivity issues for the past 3 weeks, and Sprint suggested updating the phone's software.

Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, the iPhone won't update and is stuck. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help you resolve or isolate the issue.

I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 for Windows 7. I need to re-install it because my computer crashed. I saved the outer box, but I do not see a serial number and it is asking for it when I am trying to install the CD software. I went online, but the only serial number I see is when I registered the Photoshop Elements 2.0.
The serial number will be on the disc case, not the outer box. Find your serial number quickly

My granddaughter put the Start Up Disk in the drive inadvertently and now the drive will not eject it or start up using the HD. I have tried all of the suggestions for opening it that appear in the manual. Help? It is her computer, a iMac G3 or G4 with superdrive, the one with the ball shaped base. Thank you.
It's a tray loading drive, there should be a little hole next to it, just large enough for a paper clip. Stick the end of the paper clip in it and the tray should open.

perhaps it would be less expensive to just install a new disk with a larger capacity on your current MacBook Pro, rather than plan on buying a new Mac with a larger disk? Once your current disk has been cloned to the new disk, and the new disk has been installed into your MacBook Pro, that would allow you to keep Photoshop 5 on your current MacBook Pro. -
in on asset class i have created 2 assets by using of aso1 after that i acquired one asset for that i run the depreciation for first 5 periods, it has been showing depreciation for those period but if i am trying to run the depreciation for second asset it is not showing first 5 periods why it is not showing? Repeat run you can do only for the last depreciation period. For the asset which you are tryin to post depreciation from July to Jan, please check the asset value date which you have given while posting the transactions or in the asset master.
If the asset value date is in July, then deprecaition from July - Jan will get posted in the current month depreciation in total. You will not be able to post depreciation individually month wise using AFAB.
