TS1389 iTunes song won't play says it's says This computer is not authorized to play but the rest of the album works that I paid for

Bought an album on iTunes. One of the 27 tracks on the album won't play. Get a pop up window saying - "This computer is not authorized to play "All Time High". Would you like to authorize it?"
I sign in with my Apple ID and password and then I get the message saying "This computer is already authorized."
How can I play the track?
