TS1424 Some purchase are on my bill that are incorrect how can I appeal to Itunes to address the issue

Help there are over £200 of purchases in my itunes library tha I have not purchased I can not see how to contact itunes to report the problem.
What can I do?

Check your cc statement with your purchase history. Make sure that you have talked to the people in your household if they had access on your account. This is to avoid banning your cc from being used in the store.
Contact support and provide the dates, amounts of the purchases. If it's visible in your purchase history, take note of the order numbers.

My purchases are corrupt, how can I re-download them?

A lot of my files of puchased music became corrupt. How can I re-download them and keep all the data ie: play counts, ratings ect.? When I go to download them they are marked "downloaded". What's up with that?

If you are in a country where re-downloading is possible (iTunes in the Cloud and iTunes Match Availability by Country - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5085), delete the track (and the original file) and download again (Downloading [using iOS or computer] past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store - http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519). See tips on downloading in https://discussions.apple.com/message/19097773, especially unchecking the "Allow Simultaneous Downloads" box in the downloads tab of iTunes.
This will reset your playcount, ratings, and date added since you are essentially adding them as new tracks again. I don't know if a way for you to keep those without typing in 2 pages of instructions on using Applescript.

It would be best for you to open iTunes, sign in and view your account. If all the purchases were paid already instead of entering your new card information, it will give you an option for "NONE" as a payment method. Again this is not applicable of you have a pending charges with iTUnes

My web pages text is blurry some letters are faint how can I fix this

the text on my web pages has some faint letters in the words and others there is only half the letter appearing.
I have tried view, zoom, reset. helps on some but not on the rest of page.

I have cleared all settings back to default

A couple of things.
First, do you have ClearType turned off at the system level? Firefox doesn't have it's own version of ClearType built in, unlike IE which will apply ClearType even if you turn it off at the system level.
Second, Firefox sometimes displays ugly fonts if it is incompatible with your graphics card drivers. The workaround is to disable Firefox's use of hardware acceleration. Here's how:
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced
On the "General" mini-tab, uncheck the box for "Use hardware acceleration when available"
This takes effect after you exit and restart Firefox.
Any difference?

Only way to get it back is to restore your phone from a backup, if those pics were included in that backup.
But most likely those pics are gone.
What you should've done was import http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083 the pics to your computer and after you restored from your old backup, you could sync those new pics to your phone via itunes.

If that is your intent, finding a substitute program that will run on your Mac may not be as efficient. Others can advise you on alternatives, or you can post a new thread specifically with that question.
BTW: what Mac and what version of OS X?

i think i might have to go into apple hopefully they can do something about it... i also enjoyed using it as an ipod too.

What do you mean 'did not download' ? Are they new purchases that you've done on your phone ? Past purchases that you are trying to redownload ? Did you get any error messages when trying to download them ?
What you can redownload will show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone (music won't show there in all countries). If they are old purchases and not all music shows there then check to see if any are hidden : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919

It sounds like some apps were purchased using another Apple ID.
ALL purchases are permanently associated with whatever Apple ID was used to originally obtain them. Apps can not be updated without knowledge of that ID and, more importantly, its password. Apple IDs can not be merged and purchases can not be transferred from one ID to another.

Ok, that's plenty of space.
Check the S.M.A.R.T. status on your HD: Boot from install disc (insert disc > restart > immediately hold down the c key and keep holding it until you see “Preparing Installation”) > at first screen select the language and click Continue > click on the Utilities Menu in the menu bar > select Disk Utility > select your HD in the panel on the left side (the name of the HD’s manufacturer and the model number, usually the top item in the list) > look at the bottom of the main window next to S.M.A.R.T. status and see if it says “Verified” (good) or something more ominous like “Failing.”
If S.M.A.R.T. status is "Verified," run Repair Disk > click Repair Disk at bottom of main window. Run this at least twice, and keep running it until it says “appears ok” twice in a row. If that doesn’t happen, you may need a stronger utility (such as DriveGenius, TechToolPro, DiskWarrior) or if the directory is damaged beyond repair, you may need to reinstall the OS, or you may have a damaged HD which will need to be replaced (repair utilities can only repair the directory structure, not the HD itself). When this is finished, quit Disk Utility, quit the installer, and restart. Once booted normally, go to Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility and run Repair Permissions.

The Firefox [https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Page+Zoom Page Zoom] feature does a domain by domain level of saving the users preferred zoom level settings, there is no default Page Zoom level setting in Firefox, as with some other browsers.
