I am sure that this question has already been asked and answered a thousand and one times. Please forgive the repetition. I am just hoping to find out how to re-load songs which only downloaded partially to iTunes, most likely because of internet connectivity issues during the download.

Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past music purchases, delete the current copies from your iTunes library, go to the iTunes Store home page, click the Purchased link from the Quick Links section in the right-hand column, then select Music and Not on this computer. You should find download links for your tracks there.
If the problem persists, or that facility is not yet available in your region, contact the iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history, or via Contact Support.

Delete the song from your library and re-download it from the Purchases section of the iTunes Store.

Ok, I'm on iTunes...it looks fine now, I updated all, but there still is no icon showing on my iPad, it shows. On the left side of my setting on the iPad it shows netflix, but no icon......netflix said this is an apple problem.

My Thai language song titles change to random symbols when added to iTunes. How can I prevent this and get the titles to appear in Thai?

My wife bought a Thai mp3 CD. When saved to the mac the titles appear correctly in Thai language. When we use iTunes to search for music and import these songs, iTunes changes the Thai language character to random symbols basically making the titles illegible, and the playlist unuseable if we want to select any songs by title.
Any idea how I can get iTunes to display the song titles correctly (in Thai language)? i.e. as they are in the folder that the songs are saved in?

You haven't opened an account with that Apple ID in iTunes. Open iTunes and log in. A dialog will appear in which you need to enter your Apple ID and/or password. Below it you should see a link for creating a new account. Click on that link to get started.

My last computer died, but we've been able to transfer my files onto an external hard drive to put onto my new computer.I have now got exclamation marks next to 100 songs which I downloaded from Frostwire years ago. How can I fix this?

I have also tried to consolidate the files as I've found people suggested, but that is not working. I have also read that you should tell itunes that you are moving the music, but my old laptop cannot be read when it is on. Is there any other way tofix this issue? I don't want to have to buy over 100 songs which I already have.

No, you simply do not. Apple does not sell insurance.
Apple offers an Extended Warranty called AppleCare.
Warranties doe not cover lost or stolen devices. Buy a new one.

unless that message is erroneous, you'll need to upgrade your os to use whatever you dl'd.
with a cc subscription, you can use cs6, cc and cc 2014.

You have two devices....the Netgear and Time Capsule both configured to act as routers on the network. You only want one device providing this service.
I suggest that you configure the Time Capsule in Bridge Mode as suggested to eliminate the Double NAT error. Unfortunately, the Guest Network cannot be enabled in this setting.
No other adjustments are needed and everything else will operate normally...and the Time Capsule will still be providing your wireless network signal.
Once the Time Capsule is configured in Bridge Mode, it would be an excellent idea to perform a complete power cycle on the network to allow things to reset properly.
Just power off all devices on the network in any order that you want
Wait a minute
Start the Netgear device first, and let it run a minute by itself
Start the Time Capsule next the same way
Continue starting devices one at a time the same way until everything is powered backup
The other option you have is to "ignore" the error and the light will turn green. The Double NAT error may...or may not cause some issues for you down the line. The next time that you update the Mac operating system, or update the firmware in the Time Capsule, it may likely change the Time Capsule to Bridge Mode automatically.
If your Guest Network "disappears", you will know why this happened, and you will have to manually configure the Time Capsule again in Router Mode to provide DHCP and NAT services.
Double NAT can also cause a slow down of web page loading. You may...or may not....notice this.

I go to hit the Ping button for any song and get the error code -609, what does it mean?

Normally that hits people when they're trying to download album artwork.
If you sign out of the Store and then sign back in again, does that fix your 609?
(That's usually worth a try with the artwork variation ... fingers crossed it'll also work with your Ping 609.)

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:

If the data is on a remote server (for example, PHP running on a web server, talking to a MySQL server) then you do this in an AIR application the same way you would do it with any Flex application (or ajax application, if you're building your AIR app in HTML/JS).

I thought the purpose of purchasing from itunes when you have icloud is that you don't have to download each song/album that you want to hear. I get like 5-10 songs from the last two albums i have downloaded, but not the entire album.

Are you talking about iTunes Match? If so, you don't have to download entire albums, all you have to do is play the songs you want to hear.
If you're asking why you have to download the music at all rather than just playing it from iCloud, the music has to be stored locally on your device, either in permanent or cache memory, in order for your device to play it.

It's not a virus.
Your ISP (Internet Service Provider) is redirecting your browser. Use Open DNS to avoid that. Open DNS adds security and anti phishing filters and it's free.
Open System Preferences / Preferences then select the Network tab. Click the Advanced tab then click the DNS tab.
Click +
Enter these numbers exactly as you see them here.

Click +

Then click OK.
