TS1702 i cannot update any of my apps and my password is correct

can anyone please advise, i cannot update any of my apps 6 updates waiting to download, my apple i.d is correct

By 'other things' you mean ?
Have you logged out of your account on your phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then logged back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it ?
If that doesn't fix it then you might need to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

    Ask Apple to re-enable it. I had an unauthorized purchase last October. They disabled my account until the problem was solved. However, I asked them to reopen it, and they just asked me to provide some security information (billing address, a recent purchase you made, etc.), and then they re-enabled it.

    You can't fix it. The apps are tied to your boss's Apple ID and so you'll need it to update those apps. The only alternative is to delete those copies of the apps and re-purchase them through your own iTunes Store account.

    Hi. I had this problem and ddi this which worked. Sign out, then in through the update window. Download each update one at a time. It is longer, but works.

The same thing happens when I try to download any app. It just continues to go on forever in the endless circular motion next to the app on the App Store.     Is this issue isolated to just the App Store and not the iTunes Store or iBooks Store?

    If you haven't been able to connect to the iTunes Store:
    Make sure your date, time, and time zone are correct in Settings > General > Date & Time.
    Note: Time Zone may list another city in your time zone.
    Make sure that your iOS software is up to date by tapping Settings > General > Software Update (iOS 5 or later) or connecting your iOS device to iTunes and clicking Check for Update on your device's Summary page.
    Check and verify that you're in range of a Wi-Fi router or base station. If you're on a device with cellular service, make sure that cellular data is turned on from Settings > General > Cellular.
    Note: If connected to cellular data, larger items may not download. You may need to connect to Wi-Fi to download apps, videos, and podcasts.
    Make sure that you have an active Internet connection. You can check the user guide for your device for help with connecting to the Internet.
    Make sure that other devices (portable computers, for example) are able to connect to the Wi-Fi network and access the Internet.
    Try resetting (turning off and then on again) your Wi-Fi router.
    If the issue persists, try troubleshooting your Wi-Fi networks and connections.
    Although you are not getting an error message, we need to know you can connect okay.

    I have an iPhone 4s that runs with a version of 8.1.3 ios, and no matter what I do I cannot update any of my apps that need to be updated. I have tried updating using my wireless, connected to my computer, and nothing works at all.     You are required to provide credit card details to download apps be it free or paid.
    Nothing will be deducted from your credit card if the app is free.
    There will be a authorizing hold of US$1.00 to verify your account information. It will be credited back to your account later.

  • I can't update any of my apps. I have an old email address that I forgot the password to. I set up a new apple idea (I do know the password to this one), but every time I try to update my apps, it brings me back to my old email.

    I've tried many times to get rid of my old iTunes account. I have made a new Apple ID and I do remember the password. My 2 main problems are, i can't update ANY of my apps (and I have 53 to update now), and I can't get rid of my old old email that I forgot the password to. Every time I try to reset the account and start a new iTunes account, it will ask me for my new email. I've tried multiple times to change it, bbut every time i do, it asks me to put a password when for my old email that I forgot the password to reset the account.

    Once you purchase or download an app it will always be associated with the Apple ID used to download it. When that app requires and update you must use the Apple ID and password used to download it in the first place. The only way around this is to delete the apps the require the old Apple ID and download or purchase them again with the new Apple ID.

    My husband and I are using the same iTunes account on all mac & pc computers, but the libraries are different on each machine.  We always manually manage our music (no auto sync).  iTunes is up to date on the PCs.  My husband uses our joint iTunes account on his pc, but once again, has a different collection in his library from those on the other machines.  He can't load any music from his PC to his iphone 4.  I can load music from my mac library to my iphone 4s, but cannot load from my pc library to my iphone 4s.  How can I switch my main library that it syncs with from the mac to the pc?
