    Are you referring to Apple Remote Desktop, Apple's software for managing networked Macs? It sounds to me like you're referring to a remote connect app you purchased for use on your iPhone to connect to a Windows system, and if so you should start by contacting the support resources for the app you purchased, and if you can't get help there try asking in the iPhone forum.

    I use GoodReader on my iPad and use the GoodReaderUSB tool. the GoodReaderUSB tool allows you to transfer entire folders into GoodReader without loosing the folder/file structure.

    Yes, you can do that.  Settings>icloud, scroll to bottom of page and tap Delete (if it's currently logged into some other account).  Then sign in using you ID.  Somehow, what you were doing before ended up trying to create a new account/ID.  That you can't do more than five times.

    Thanks for the question. (-50) is a timeout error that can occur when downloading content or when simply trying to access the iTunes Store. If you have automatic downloads enabled, you may be experiencing this error when iTunes is attempting to automatically download available content.

    Updating your OS has nothing to do with this. What happens when you look at your purchases list. Do you see it listed there?

  • I purchased a Photoshop app but it will not download onto my iPad.  to synch, but this has been no help.

    After the app would not download I tried to reinstall several times.  I keep getting a popup that says to go to iTunes and synch to install but this has been no help.

    Do you have enough room on your iPad for the app?
    Has the app downloaded to your computer/in iTunes?
    In iTunes, is the app selected as one to be synced to your iPad?

    Hi,
    I bought the "South Park Imaginationland" game directly from my Ipod Touch and a box appeared, saying that I needed to connect my ipod to get the game download on it.
    I connected my Ipod and checked the "available downloads" in the store menu, but iTunes tells me that all my purchases have been downloaded.
    The apps doesn't appear in my Applications section, nor in the iTunes "download" folder on my computer.
    The apps had been factured to my account, so the problem isn't there either.
    I also have the lastest version of iTunes.
    When I tried to download it again, from iTunes or my iPod, it told me that I had already buy it and that I only needed to download it.
    I have a lot of free apps on my ipod that work well and this one was the first that I paid for...
    Please help me!
