TS1702 I keep trying to make an In-App purchase but something keeps popping up thst reads "Please Contact Itunes Support to complete this transaction." It's really making me mad, so what should I do?

Do you guys even read the "Terms and Conditions" ? There are thousands of words. who know what term I am violating. It works fine before 12/01/2012...I bet they don't even know what caused this problem...They keep asking me to read it without solving the problem...

I have the same problem and I contacted iTunes support but there is no direct contact for iTunes support. Technical support emailed the iTunes dept and they didn't know what the problem is because there were no outstanding charges or flags on my acct so they said to call my card holder. I called my card holder who said there was no charges from iTunes and no problems with Apple charges so they didn't know what was wrong. I reset my device and the problem is still happening. I'm going to make an appointment at the genius bar to see if they can help me.

As to why you are getting the message, then it could be due to a number of reasons e.g. past billing issues, account issues ...

You will need to do what it says, contact iTunes support. Click the Support tab above, then the Get Started link in the Contact Apple Support area and you'll be guided. We are all just fellow users here and so have no idea about the cause of the issue nor any ability to resolve it for you.
